Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this gym! The equipment is mostly new and extremely well cared for. I would like to commend the staff at the gym because they were one of the most friendly gym staff I have encountered. They were always happy to answer any questions and even showed me how to use some equipment I was not familiar with.

Fantastic experience: Overall a very good gym, that has a good variety of machines to target all workouts. Very nice facilities and not stanky and old like some other gyms. There is also a mirror situated next to most workouts places so you can flex your muscles and see how big they are becoming. I love the water filter, very clean and tasty water, and the filter shows how many plastic bottles that you are saving, so you feel like you are saving the world. Not a bad gym I must say.

Negative experience: Horrible service and atmosphere. Plus fitness attendant working at around 4pm on the 7th of September was very rude and snide. I just wanted some help and it's my first time going to this branch so i'm not sure how it works and she was very unwelcoming and doesn't seem to care about her job. I had a cut and wanted some medical aid but she was very unhelpful, guess she wants me to bleed everywhere. Also this plus fitness is tiny and outdated you're better off going to atarmon.

Positive experience: Everything is good ,perhaps few more new equipment would be nice and a place for drinking water would be more nice.

Negative experience: Would be great if they had air conditioning in the weights room

Fantastic experience: Great Place to exercise & work out . Staff are Super Super Friendly. Staff are there during office hours to meet & assist you . What I really like unlike other fitness centres is it is 24 hours while others fitness centers you will not be able to exercise if their office is closed. Located in Chatswood along the highway & very near the Chatswood train station. Its automated with card entry when you sign up as a member. The gym equipments are sufficient for most physical requirements. Equipments are placed on both upper & lower floors. My opinion its a big area. Understand there are emergency tags located on the board to use while exercising in the event there are severe health conditions in an emergency. Speak to staff to clarify & be safe training. Aways Check with your doctor or physician before attempting any physical or strenous activities. If unwell don't exercise & seek your own doctor or physician for proper treatment. Be Happy . Be SAFE. Stay CALM. :-)

The gym includes: - New equipment. - lock'n'load technology on machines for easy drop-set application. - Unique equipment & machines such as: Abduction/Adduction machine, Fixed incline bench press, Deltoid raise machine, Glute drive machine, Weighted leverage lat machine, Weighted leverage row machine, Weighted leverage shoulder press, Boxmaster, tank machine. - Fixed weighted bars go up to 55kg. - Plenty of weights & machines, never waiting on anybody. - Well thought out layout separating upper body and lower body sections. - Extra insulted flooring doesn't make noise when weights are dropped. - Clean neat & tidy. - Brand new fit outs. - Clear big windows with no frosting doesn't make you feel closed in, open window allowing fresh air circulation. - Mirrored walls throughout making it easier to check form. - Brand new bathrooms with removable shower heads includes shampoo, body-wash, deodorant, hair dryer. - Bathrooms on lower & upper levels. - Helpful staff who give great training advice. - Owner promises new equipment coming soon with future plans of expansion. - Friendly owner who is interested in feedback & wants to improve the gym for its members.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and well maintained( being brand new probably doesnt hurt either). Lots of space too with 2 levels and tons of equipment. I enjoyed working out here everytime especially on the 2nd level with big windows looking out to pacific highway at night.

Fantastic experience: I am a long term member of this gym. Aziz and the team have always been helpful and making sure I don’t feel lost with rigid rules that I faced in other gyms like only two breaks allowed in a year or minimum two weeks break only. That’s why I have been a long term member. No fuss or issues and Aziz is very friendly and stops to chat with the members. The equipment and cleanliness is always maintained. The trainers always eager to help you with advice and tips.

Fantastic experience: I use a lot of different plus fitness gyms as I move around a lot, this one has acquired interesting equipment that the other gyms don't have. The gym is divided into cardio and low intensity machine (downstairs), lower body with Hiit, cable machines and upper body(upstairs). Some of the pieces I like are the angled smith machine, "mag grip" bars, reverse lat pull down, standing calf and delt raise machines. I'm a little picky with the alphafit bench presses as I think their J cups are too deep. There's also at the time of writing this not that many weight plates, and also just one of each dumbbell increment. However, given that it's a new gym I can understand it's not that necessary to sink money into it yet. Overall good fit out!

Positive experience: Much larger and spaced out than the old Willoughby gym. Also has proper air con. Only negative is parking.

Fantastic experience: I rarely write reviews but insist on giving this gym a very postive one. I have been a member for a year or so before the gym changed owners. The new manager/owner Azzi has invested big time in the place, he also invests in his members and mingles with the them and asks for their feedback, improvements etc, that can be lacking with larger fitness centres. The gym ticks all my requirements - full range of equipment, very affordable, convenient,not crowded,good trainers.

Fantastic experience: The gym has changed dramatically since its opening a few years ago. The new owner, Aziz, has made this gym a definite 5 stars. It is a really hygienic, clean and comfortable environment for someone who attends the gym everyday and it feels like a second home. Best gym in the area!

Fantastic experience: Since the new owner Aziz came on board, all I can say is what a transformation. His approach and love for the fitness industry is exactly what this gym was missing. This is the most positive change by far and no doubt this is just the beginning. The gym is very well equipped to satisfy any fitness enthusiast. The owner and instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, approachable and an awesome group of people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe, its definitely a gym you can not fault. I would highly recommend Plus Fitness Chatswood/Willoughby. This place is absolutely amazing, love training here!

Fantastic experience: As the head personal trainer here ( and have been for over 5 years now) i have seen 3 owners come and go. Azzi by far has had the most positive impact on the club and i absolutely love coming to work everyday. AND i hear there is only more amazing things to come! Cant wait! Fantastic experience: I'm a local PT here at plus fitness chatwood and I absolutely love working here. Since the new owner has taken over, there is new equipment, new sledge, newly painted and more. You really need to have a look at the place to see how clean the place is.

Fantastic experience: Wow, I was working the Chatswood area and stopped by. I have to say this is one of the best Plus Fitness gyms I've been to! All the equipment is all new and clean! Also the staff noticed I was new and they were really helpful!

Fantastic experience: Just checked this gym out was blown away compared to the other Plus Fitness franchises. New equipment, Clean and Spacious Facility, Gym Etiquette was present (members putting weights back and using towels) all the things you find in an expensive gyms for the price of plus fitness instead. Best Plus Fitness I have been too and hope the other franchises can learn from the owners and the facilitiy, I had to shake the owners hand great job!!!!

Fantastic experience: Have been a member at Turramurra but this is closer to home now. Was initially disappointed because Turramurra is excellent, but the recent new equipment in Chatswood is perfect. Thanks guys, great work.

Positive experience: Great little gym, also very quiet too!

Negative experience: Descent equipment, low occupancy gym. But also quite dirty. No toilet paper in 2/3 of the bathrooms, shower curtains have mold all over them, and bins remain full of rubbish for several days. Toilets not cleaned, basins have mould and rust, mirrors are filthy, soap dispensors are often empty. Hygeine wipes are often empty, the temperature in summer is too high as they either don't switch on the AC or only one of the two AC units, which is not adequate for this space. What a shame, under the previous owners, at least you would see them clean and were friendly and welcoming.

Positive experience: A little old but good enough for after work exercise.

Fantastic experience: I have been training at Plus Fitness for over 6 months now and one of the main reasons why I go is because of the incredible staff that work there. Trent is so helpful and always up for a chat and made me feel so welcome from the day I stepped in there. Rachel is an amazing trainer and goes above and beyond for everyone who trains at the gym and is an asset to the company. Very clean space and love the members there too.

I also do personal training there and my trainer is always contactable, friendly and very motivating and I noticed results within two weeks. I highly recommend this gym to anyone.

When I moved overseas they were very helpful and explained everything that I needed to do to end my membership. Thanks again guys, strongly recommend training there. Negative experience: Facilities are clean and adequate but attitude of some of the staff leave much to be desired. There was ZERO contact made / interest shown to encourage me to keep my fitness on track. After a long absence no one made any attempt to contact me - they were happy so long as they were getting my money. When I attempted to cancel the membership I was told I could not cancel over the phone and would have to go into the gym in person in the hours that they had staff on site. What they slyly failed to tell me on the phone was that they needed TWO weeks notice so would bill me the extra month gym fees. The person I spoke to was rude and was very reluctant to allow me to cancel my membership. Not a good experience.

Fantastic experience: Clean, well managed, and not over-crowded. Excellent value as well. Worth noting the gym is open 24x7 for members, but the hours are for when it is staffed, if you are thinking of joining. Recommended.
