Snap Fitness 24/7 Palm Beach

Negative experience: I would give no stars if that was an option, went to train with my mate, who is a single Dad. We walked in with his only child who was happy to sit and wait while we trained and got turned around at the door as that was against the apparent rules. We didn't have a choice not to bring her and weren't even given a chance to train with herjust hanging out. Your not selling alcohol, she is of age to not be a bother and they wouldn't even reason with us, the result from staff was final and for that we cancel our membership. Thanks Jets but yeah not on!

Fantastic experience: Great facility and great price for walk in session

Fantastic experience: The gym was in good condition and had everything you need for a workout. Was busy for the size but it made it a fun atmosphere to train in . The thing that made this gym great was Andy the manager. He made trialing the gym an easy no stress experience and wasn’t pushy trying to get us to sign up after the trial. He knows all the regulars by name and you can tell really cares about the gym and the people who train in it. You’re a legend Andy and your customer service is what all gym workers should aspire to.

Negative experience: Worst snap i've been to, it smells really bad and the toilets and showers are disgusting. The equiptment they have is fine but very small so not much there.

Fantastic experience: Went to Snap for two weeks whilst on holiday. Gym equipment for the most part is easy to use although some of it is a bit stiff to adjust. Staff are very friendly and Andy was very helpful during my time there. Would recommend to anyone staying at Palmy

Fantastic experience: Go get some I only just started back after 2.5 year and super motivated again there is great people there and it will drive your life in the right direction.

Positive experience: Small compact gym but very well equipped.... best to go off peak times due to size.

Negative experience: It’s fine- good range of equipment and Atmosphere is not intimidating. Would be good if they made everyone wear shoes..... I do find that gross and its not really normal gym etiquette Only two stars due to broken equipment taking MONTHS to get fixed.

Negative experience: Visiting from another country, decided to pop in and ask how much a day pass was. The girl working there was so rude I immediately decided against it and left never to return. They have a very bad way of talking to potential customers, very unprofessional and rude.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service. I have been trying for weeks to fix an issue with the card they provided for 24-hour access that simply has never worked. This is enabling me from entering the gym which I guess is the only reason I am actually paying for a membership. Unresponsive emails & calls.

Positive experience: I was visiting from Canberra and purchased a week's membership, saving a few $ on the casual session rates. Despite being typically cramped for floor space, and some grubby patrons that didn't wipe down the equipment, I enjoyed my experiences here. Staff are friendly and helpful (and clean the equipment!), parking was straightforward (or maybe I just got lucky), and the music and workout vibe was good. Would visit again if I'm on the GC in future.

Positive experience: The equipment in this gym is all pretty much brand new, there’s not a huge area for stretching or doing floor style workouts. I’ve been a member here for years and this gym gives me everything I need out of a gym.

Given the location it would be great to see more weights etc as the general make up seemed a little weighted towards aerobic machines. Perhaps look to remove some of these to create a little room for more weights or a functional area. Good vibe and welcoming. A nice session away from our home gym in New Farm.

Fantastic experience: Finally a gym where you feel like you belong! There's no douchery, no pretentiousness, just full of good people out to stay healthy and have a laugh. The staff are always amazing and greet you with a smile when you walk in the door and they back it up with the service. For a gym that isn’t massive they still have a fair few machines to workout on, a great weights area and still a reasonably good size floor area, absolutely great local gym!
