Something for everyone!

Fantastic experience: I’ve joined the gym for around a month now and have been going to one class a day, trying new classes each time. Absolutely loving the coaches. They foster a “to your ability” approach with a fun and friendly environment. My class favourites have a calisthenics, Hit/Burn/Tabata (all similar) and pilates.

Fantastic experience: It is one of the best gyms I have ever been to. Staff, equipment, and workout areas are top tier. It's pretty impressive. I highly recommend it. The only bad thing I have to say, I wish there were more fans in the cardio area.

Fantastic experience: Passing through on a trip from Melbourne, rang Gold and asked for a day pass! This is an awesome gym with the best equipment to suit all levels, a cycle room and muscle room even a posing room. Clean amenities, small selection of supplements and gym wear and a great little Raw Bar with the best protein smoothies. Staff were super friendly too.

Positive experience: As a long time member, I can say this is a great gym and has a great variety of clean and well maintained equipment, staff are always very welcoming and friendly, pricing and access to the gym are also very good. The biggest let down that prevents me from giving this place a 5 star is the lacking of enforcement of video/photography policies. Members using tripods on the gym floor and recording themselves without any regard for other members privacy. This makes not only me, but other members that I’ve conversed with very uncomfortable and I have bought this up with staff in the past. I actually discovered yesterday that I appeared in the background of another members video that they posted on TikTok I am very unhappy about this. I’ve noticed that other gyms don’t really have this issue and often display signs around the gym outlining their social media and photography policies. I am happy to discuss this further and as mentioned, if I saw some enforcement would easily give this gym a 5 star.

Negative experience: Honestly the worst gym in Brisbane let alone the peninsula. Sign people up into lock in contracts without consent and then don’t even leave after the contract date is stated.

Fantastic experience: I am not a member , you need to be a Member to enter this Gym, my Son joined , I was allowed to sit at a table in their Raw Cafe to wait for him. I have been told only really good things about this GOLDS GYM I have been told it’s the cleanest equipment Gym on the Peninsula, the staff are welcoming and friendly Son is looking forward to attend twice a week already. Never been to a Gym before this is saying something!

Negative experience: The gym and equipment are good. No customer service. No one on staff even says hello. Doesn't feel like the gym family we all crave. I have never seen this gym be cleaned, not a clean gym! All I have to say is, bye

Fantastic experience: Gold's has everything I require for my rehab and strength training. I love how they have different sections to suit a variety of workouts, including free weights, cables, pin weighted machines, Gold's speciality machines, classes, yoga, power lifting, spin, etc. The PTs are excellent and work closely with the physios at Movement RX if required. This is not just a "muscle gym" - a wide variety of people of different age groups, fitness levels, goals, and abilities go here.

Fantastic experience: Equipment is like NO other gym in North Brisbane. Quality, ergonomically designed with consideration all and every body type. Brilliant spacing of machines on gym floor so you don't feel on top of one another like most commercial gyms, not to mention enormous spaces in Muscle Park for all avenues of strength/cardio training. Love the 360 degree handles implemented for comfort and versatility alongside the helpful and happy staff that are always on hand to answer any questions. Get to the MECCA!!! :D 11/10

Fantastic experience: Hands down best gym in the Brisbane Northside/Moreton Bay Area. They have EVERYTHING at Gold’s Kippa Ring New , modern , well working , huge range of equipment. Posing room. Clean facilities , an awesome atmosphere, absolutely lovely and helpful staff and trainers who are knowledgeable and passionate about health and fitness . A crèche, good range of group classes which are are a good work out. Also a health food cafe right within the gym and a mad range of supplements and other stuff. Basically it’s all there. Winning that I’ve got a membership there!

Fantastic experience: Golds Redcliffe is a fantastic gym! Boasting the high quality equipment and well maintained training/amenities areas of an internationally franchised group, with the friendly team you'd find at a little local club. You always receive a big smile and a "G'day" from the front desk. The trainers are extremely well versed in their fields, knowing how to help and push you towards your goals. For a great gym experience 11/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great community vibes over here at golds. All of the reception staff are exceptionally polite & friendly to members especially Kita & Kellie. The same goes for all the pt’s, group fitness trainers & management here that bring great value & results to their clientele.

Negative experience: The facilities are great, but most of the staff are arrogant

Negative experience: Beware - theft... went to this gym for a few months on a no-lock-in contract membership basis. After cancelling my membership they began to charge me extra times - more than fortnightly and as much as four times in a 2-week period for a fortnightly agreement, and continued to charge me after the 30-day cancellation period, they acknowledged the issue, now months later and I am still receiving unlawful debits to my accounts.

Negative experience: Good size gym good tunes, but the reason for a bad review they persifically said the contract wasn't lock in and turns it is and they try and change the story they tell you that you signed a 12 month and try and make you pay the full amount even if you went there for a week and move to another state very rude staff

Fantastic experience: Love this Gym! I was apprehensive about joining as I was hadn't been to the gym in a long time and I worried that it was for people with more experience or more of a body building background but I was so wrong. Ive never felt more comfortable at a gym and its the first time I've ever been so consistent with my sessions. Loads of equipment, lots of space. Staff are so friendly too!

Fantastic experience: A great gym! Has everything you want and need in a gym! There’s only one thing I would like to see changed and that is having 24/7 access to the car park door instead of just after staffed hours.

Fantastic experience: Pros: 1/ Good equipment and equipment variety, including less common machines (vs other commercial gyms) like the pendulum squat and belt squat. 2/ Spacious gym floor, not at all cramped. 3/ Plenty of plates. Feedback: 1/ More clips - I'm always looking for clips in the bench press area. 2/ The air at the main room's squat racks/platform needs more movement, the air is completely still, making it quickly super sweaty
