Fantastic experience: Plus Fitness Bankstown is a well-equipped, 24/7 gym with friendly staff and affordable memberships. It can get crowded at peak times but offers great value overall.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, I have lost my gym key when I inform to gym team , some arrogant lady said it’s not my problem what is this . She did not know how to treat customers, behave was very ridiculous

Negative experience: Usually a lot of rubbish and weights are everywhere. I try to put them back but there’s so much to put back

Negative experience: I visited yesterday night to this Bankstown plus fitness to rejoining they wanna change extra rejoining fees I told her i have a membership card and I talked to other branches they said no rejoining fees but this girl wanna charge me And she was shorting rudely.

Fantastic experience: The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or provide guidance on exercises. The atmosphere is welcoming, making it easy to feel comfortable while working out. I recommend this gym 10/10!!

Negative experience: Absolutely disappointed overall the gym it’s self is a nice environment but the manager is a absolute rude and disrespectful person I went inside the gym I tried telling her my issue and all I get is attitude and being looked at rudely which was bothering which is one of the reasons why I canceled my membership with plus fitness, overall her facial expressions doesn’t look welcoming and fit to be a manager

Negative experience: This gym sold a 24/7 gym access membership to my 14 year old niece without her parents or gaurdian's consent. They forced her to pay the remaining of her one year contract when she tried to cancel it, even after talking to her family and being fully aware that she is a minor.

Positive experience: love it because of the life fitness treadmills (other ones in the area don't have them). equipment is generally newer which is great although it does get busy. sundays are fine though

Fantastic experience: Great gym with all equipment you need for your fitness journey. More importantly i feel an atmosphere of respect when at the gym which is not common in other gyms in the area.

Negative experience: I joined not long ago, and I have seen one or maybe 2 people cleaning the equipment after using it, but I haven't seen one person with a personal towel. They use the equipment and sweat and don't even care about cleaning it.

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym located in the heart of Bankstown! We use this facility for a lot of our clients undergoing EP treatment/rehab and they love it here! It's got top notch equipment, looks awesome and has great staff (Carla, Brendan and Jack) helping to look after our clients :) We always recommend this gym to clients we meet because it's just the place to go for exercise!!

Fantastic experience: My favourite gym !!! i’ve been to a few plusfitness around the area and bankstown is honestly the best with the new and diverse variety of equipment. Leg days can’t get any better when you have hip thrust machine, pendulum squat and new pit shark belt squat machine ! Staff is amazing, Carla is always helpful to assist with any questions, PT trainers are knowledagble and very motivating. I had a session with PT brendan and reccomend. The big boss Jack is always open to customer feedback on how to improve the gym. Overall great experience at this gym

Fantastic experience: The first time I entered into Bankstown Plus Fitness, I noticed a huge difference compared to other plus fitnesses. And that is the immaculate vibes and energy each members contribute in for this gym! Bankstown Plus Fitness provided me with sense of belonging where I perceived the gym as a second home through number of kind and chill people such as the members! And I can’t express enough of the two staff that I’ve gotten closer to, Carla and Brendan. These two are the best gym staffs I’ve ever met, as they are my motivation to my gym goal!

Negative experience: Where do I even begin here? The gym in the evenings is an absolute mess and is completely filthy due to inconsiderate people in the gym not putting weights away and leaving plastic water bottles near benches There's also no signal whatsoever near the weight rack so you have to go to the back of the gym just to load up a playlist Back to the inconsiderate members, all you'll hear is constant weight slamming from dropkicks doing their set and dropping their heavy bars on the ground, and this can't even be fought with headphones Absolutely never coming back here, even if every other gym closed down

Negative experience: Cancellation of membership back in June 2021 just before lockdown notified staff, they tell not worry and they will do it for you. Only to find 8 out months later they havent done this and they send a overdue balance to a collections agency. Rang them gave them all the information they need and they still refuse to fix the problem. Its only a small amount checked my emails for any correspondence nothing from them nothing at all . I will most likely forward a complaint to consumer affairs.

Negative experience: worst experience ever. most of the equipment was faulty. Already gave them notice but they didn’t fix those.

Negative experience: I’m a paying member in plus fitness member for over 4 years now. For the nature of my job, I have to pop into the closest branch for a quick sessions mostly. Listening to podcasts and motivational videos gives me the motivation to be at the gym. However the Bankstown branch has the worst location for data network, 3G barely works from inside the gym. Upon asking the staff members for wifi to continue my workout, the staff member was very rude and completely denied that I could use their wifi to continue my workout.

Fantastic experience: My regular place to workout Highlights: 1. Adequate Parking 2. Clean gym 3. Huge area 4. Provided equipments covers almost all the essential exercises.

Negative experience: Dear Jack, The AC has not been working for months on end now and all members have complained to staff to advise you and even though they have advised you nothing has been done about it. This is becoming very frustrating as it is hot and everyone in the gym is sweating yet you are doing nothing about it. Myself and many other members have discussed leaving this gym because of the way you have neglected it and the way we as members feel neglected. We pay for a service and a normal gym and the simple things like AC has been broken down for months and you do not bother taking any action. There is not enough windows and seriously we feel like we’re going to suffocate. Please address this matter urgently this is very frustrating and unbearable.

Fantastic experience: Perfect gym for powerlifting/weightlifting/general strength training. 7 squat rack options, 2 deadlift platforms, bumper plates, 2 Ohio bars. Great options for all types of fitness preferences. Generally tidy as well.

Fantastic experience: The gym is awesome! I moved from Crunch Bankstown and have had no regrets at all for the last 3 years. Initlaly moved because Crunch was filled with sweaty apes and bad equipment. Here you're getting Rogue Ohio Powerlifting Bars, Klokov Olympic Bars and Bumper Plates, speciality, deadlift platforms and squat racks Staff and members are fully hektic as well. Morning staff and members have become a social group, a big part of my morning routine. Absolutely regrets, ould recommend :)

Negative experience: Came to the gym during staffed hours and no one was there. Called multiple times through out the day no one answered. Won't be coming here again! Wouldn't recommend!
