Fantastic experience: I recently spent a week in the Gold Coast and attended classes at F45 Labrador - it was awesome! Coach Ash and Coach Ray made me feel very welcome and it was great to be able to carry on my daily routine when on holiday :) The only downside was the heat - which was insane!! I hope to be back again :)

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing studio!! The trainers were incredibly welcoming and engaged! They were correcting form as well as encouraging all fitness levels to keep going! The vibe in the studio was phenomenal and something I’ve never experienced before!!! Members were loving their session and actively encouraging each other. I love the way you say good morning to everyone before the class by high diving everyone! Offering Stretching at the end of the session was great and my body was grateful!! Very much encourage people to give this studio a go!!! Loved it!!! Thank you and next time I’m visiting I’ll be back for sure!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend F45 Surfers Paradise for anyone that is wanting to gain focus, motivation and enthusiasm for training. The best part about F45 is that I don't have to think about what I have to do. Each day is a new, fun and challenging circuit, made all the more enjoyable with passionate coaches, welcoming members, pumped up music and great equipment. I love the community and that I am constantly pushing myself to my limits. Getting faster, lifting heavier and lasting for longer with every session!

Fantastic experience: F45 Surfers is the BEST F45 studio I've been to! The other members are so lovely and the staff are incredible. They make you actually want to get out of bed early to go and train because it is such a fun environment. You feel like you are just going to work out with your friends Would highly recommend joining the Surfers F45, I am very sad to be moving overseas without them

My partner and I both decided to get on board with their 8 week challenge and changed our lifestyle from late nights and wine drinking to early mornings and we have felt so motivated to wake-up and get to F45. The time simply flies while you are guided by trainers and surrounded by other motivated F45 members. I've been a gym goer for years but only discovered F45 in my 30's and I can honestly tell you that I've never felt or looked better and I get actually EXCITED to go and smash out 45 minutes of workout. Do yourself a favour and check-it out - you will see results quicker than you think! We have now finished our SECOND challenge - so so happy that we didn’t give up! Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this studio. I signed up whilst on holiday at Surfers. The team were very welcoming, very friendly. Great, spacious studio, huge and light and airy ! Fantastic experience: Ray and his team at F45 Surfers Paradise truly are amazing! Approaching 40 and having already had two ACL replacements made me sceptical to join, but after meeting with Ray my concern was put to rest. I had been suffering pain in my knee post second ACL replacement and had thought the impact of trying F45 would make it worse, but what transpired was nothing short of amazing. After a month of going my knee pain had subsided and after 6 months it had completely gone away. I wanted to see what was going on so I went and had an MRI to confirm what I was feeling. The specialist confirmed I had tissue regeneration from the activity I was putting in at F45. After this I was confident that Ray and his team were changing lives so much so I joined a 45 day challenge and the transformation continued. Today I am in the best shape of my life and considering I had played 14 years of rugby in my younger days this was really saying a lot. I'd tried other F45's and gyms but nothing compares to the knowledge, personal interest and support you get from the team of trainers at this F45. I signed up for the F45 challenge and put on more muscle in 45days than I had doing other 12 week challenges. Ray, Maria, Jasmine and Sol will help you reach your goals. Do not sign up anywhere else. Fantastic experience: I would have never shared a picture in a Speedo three months ago. F45 literally changed my life. I lost fat, gained muscle, improved my mental health and made lifelong friends in the Gold Coast. Founders Ray and Ash genuinely care about your progress and are on a personal mission to see everyone improve. Follow their word like gospel and train everyday. It will change your life.

Positive experience: Trainers are awesome, they have good energy It’s good all round fitness :) And good fun But Ray the Manager has his eyes on the dollar signs as opposed to looking after his clients I’m still waiting on my body scan results from 2 months ago (which I have paid for) After me texting and calling Multiple times and being assured they will be sent to me. Disappointing Challenges are not worth the extra money

Negative experience: F45 car driver on the 28th of the 9th at 7.15pm travelling on Smith Street was obviously drink driving and not controlling his vehicle properly. If you are going to have a company logo and name on your vehicle maybe use it correctly. Plate - 45LAB

Fantastic experience: I changed to Surfers Paradise Gym initially purely for convenience as it is close to home. I have found the trainers all very welcoming and attentive. They are constantly checking form and looking for ways to push you to train better. I love the stretching sessions after each class which enhances the team atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy training at F45 Surfers Paradise, the trainers are very friendly, full of energy and always pushing me a little bit further. The studio is always clean and the equipment well maintained. Ray the owner of the studio has done an amazing job in creating a community as you can see all the members enjoy the classes and the activities organised. Also, Ray has helped me to organise a corporate well-being program for where I work and my collegues and I are loving it so far!

Fantastic experience: Great Trainers who look after you with different alternatives if you’re injured - I have a injury in my lower back and the trainers made sure I was ok the way through the class. Friendly Vibe, great location for holiday goers, clean and hygienic plus the music was awesome.! Definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: Best gym! The staff are welcoming, supportive and knowledgeable! The gym is always set up ready to go, the classes are fun and it's an all round good vibe! The trainers actually care and take an interest in your goals as well as personal life and it's very refreshing. Carrying an injury if I ever need to change up an exercise the staff are super quick at giving me one I can do so I can move on. Absolutely love coming in every time! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have tried many F45's throughout my time and Surfers is the one I have stuck with and plan to stick with for a long time. The team is amazing. The commitment, fun and supportive nature of all the trainers is commendable. But most of all the community feel is incredible. Fantastic experience: It’s all in the eyes! Honesty, commitment, compassion, and drive, this F45 crew are there to get you to your goals. Mine is to increase flexibility, stamina, and shape up. Have been going every day and have so much fun, the trainers all have tonnes of energy and cheer you on, have been fantastic support and helping with adjustments for almost every exercise as I have a couple of injuries.
