Has a great chilled atmosphere, not overwhelming and overcrowded like the bigger gyms

Fantastic experience: Really great community with fun, monthly challenges, prizes and has good selection of equipment for the size of it. The staff are always friendly and the communal facilities (fridge, cutlery, crockery and kettle) make for an accommodating environment. Toilets and shower are always clean, and it doesn't have that gross sweaty smell that some gyms get

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Been coming here for about 6 months now and it's been great. Not too full on (afternoon sessions gets real busy) and very accommodating towards new members who've never been to a gym before. Big shout out to the reception/PT staff, they are always incredibly friendly and welcoming, definitely worth coming just down to meet them.

Negative experience: My daughter is 15 and has just joined. Because of your rule that she can't have access in non-staffed hours, she is forced to go during staffed hours until she turns 16. First week in and already she had to turn away this morning because there are no staff when you said there would be. She pays for her membership out of her allowance. The least you can do is be there when you're supposed to be. I have a good mind to give 4 weeks notice already. Anytime Fitness is looking more attractive. Do better.

Positive experience: Great staff, great nono-prerentious work out space. The only gym I've ever been to where I don't feel judged AT ALL by other clients.

If it wasn't for the awesome staff and encouragement from the gym members and staff Great bunch of people. 24 7 days access how awesome and safe is this.

Positive experience: Great small gym although needs more bench press and deadlift stations as there is only 1, everyone should know this gym is pretty cramped if u come and busy time and you likely won't use the machines you want to

Fantastic experience: I have now been a member of this gym for over 18 months and highly recommend it. All the staff are friendly, approachable, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about members and prove this by constantly going above and beyond. The gym caters to people of all ages and abilities. I have gone from a goal of getting up off the floor following knee surgery to deadlifting 60kg in honour of my 60th birthday and I know I would not have got this far without the amazing support of the staff and other members... It is like one big happy family.

Negative experience: THIEVES. Never return calls and regularly hang up on you. They WILL steal your money, still waiting for reimbursement of overcharge 6 weeks after having to prove to them that their system was at fault and management do not take any responsibility. Not even an apology when proven wrong. Members are ignorant of others and are noisy, dropping weights etc. General environment is miserable. Do. Not. Recommend. would give zero stars if there was an option. Needless to say I would never join again.

Negative experience: I signed up 3 People my family at this gym and after an hour, the staff said I am not applicable for the promotion. I asked two times at the reception there is any other conditions on this promo. She said nothing. Then next hour she called Im a original member and there is a condition which is for New-member. Three of all my family were members of ifeelgood since last year. Why only one of us is not applicable. Lmao Then they texted me my key is active. (Which was not true as i went to that night) Wonder how the gym processing going well? Horrible customer care. One of your staff Amelia made mistake to help customers signing up. Never apologize or at least trying to be functional Just so professional to clean and pick up her food rather than printing out a single piece of paper or saying sorry to someone who hsa to come back gym again for her mistake. Useless rude staff

Positive experience: OK as a small gym. Has enough equipment and not crowded in the morning. Unfortunately they no longer run classes in the morning so some of the social side of things have been lost. May be better in the evenings.

Fantastic experience: Can't say enough good things about this gym. There might not be as many classes as some gyms but quality makes up for quantity. Ella the manager is lovely, really helpful with training tips and how to use the various machines to meet your fitness goals. Great bunch of people at the gym, members are really friendly and approachable. Great place to train, members of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. If you find it challenging to keep motivated to go along to gym this is the place to come. The friendships, encouragement and positive energy help to motivate you to keep showing up.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym!!! I have been coming to I Feel GoodPark Ridge for 3 months now and i havent regretted one single visit except for those hurting muscles from the amazing equipment and facilities that are on offer. The staff are friendly, understanding, helpful and always there to have a chat. A congratulations to Lynnii the gym manager for the amazing job she does on a daily basis, Thomas, Brodie and Gillian for your amazing work with transforming bodies into machines. Would reccomend this gym is a must

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym, I learnt so much from the staff that were always helpful and went out of their way to explain different aspects of healthy living and keeping fit. The times I went were about midday and I saw Lynn a lot. She is amazing and will keep you on your toes. Definitely the best gym I have signed up to yet!

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely spotless and has a good range of equipment. The owner Lynni is always there to help you sort out anything you need. Toilets are way cleaner than other gyms too. 10/10.
