Fantastic experience: Great gym. Staff are friendly and helpful. Gym is clean and no issues with people camping out on stations with their mates. Everyone seems to be of the same mindset which makes for a great atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to snap for a year now and I couldn’t recommend more! The staff and trainers (in particular James) are extremely friendly and helpful. Snap has such an amazing community, is always clean and welcoming.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever they are greedy make you fool by giving there rubbish plans without telling you there policy I pay 6 months as I m not able to attend the gym with some personal reasons I requested for cancellation but they said that it’s our policy you have to pay 6 months atleast means I pay them without any reason Greedy making people fools in this gym

Fantastic experience: Have visited multiple Snap locations and think this is my favorite by far. I typically go out of my way to commute to this location ~1hr. Lots of space and equipment, power racks, and clean facilities! Only two restrooms and showers but they are clean and well looked after. Hopefully this can be kept up!!

Negative experience: Don't be fooled by their marketing Facebook FREE six week challenge. I did the free 6-week challenge advertised on Facebook marketing. I came in all excited to start the 6-week program and then was told it's a $1,000 guarentee deposit which I happily paid and yes I did sign about 8 pieces of paper with very many terms and conditions and signed about 16 times but I was happy to sign them and I asked the salesperson "So basically this is a $1,000 deposit that if I complete the 6-week challenge I can use it as a credit and he said yes" so then when I finished the 6th week program I wanted to use it as a credit but it is only to be used as a percentage of a credit which is then locking in further payments at high rates Please don't be fooled. The 6-week challenge with the trainer was amazing Alex is an amazing trainer but I do not like the way this business sucks you in and is deceptive.

Feel very comfortable working out here as a female as well, as I know some gyms in the area can be overrun with school kids on machines for hours but this gym has more of an adult crowd which is more inviting! Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Alright gym, equipment is technogym(pretty bad). I witnessed Chris discriminating under 18s and kicking them out for having a cuddle. pump goes hard tho. Response: Explain this please. Also I would appreciate a source regarding the 16 year old bench press death. Which led to an additional $5, per week for ONLY under 18s. I haven’t been able to find anything on it and due to the severity of the event, I’d assume it would be easily findable.

Fantastic experience: The staff are very professional and friendly. All the equipment is new and in very good condition. The gym is also very clean with very hood facilities. I can highly recommend this gym no matter how old you are. I am a member and I am 73.
