Fantastic experience: Affordable, easy to access and has everything you want. Staff are super friendly and generous with their time. Equipment is all in good working order, and it being 24/7 is super handy. Being on the outskirts of the shopping centre has its perks also with ability to do a quick shop afterwards. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: The manager Paula is always nice and welcoming. The gym is small and could do with more space (here’s to wishful thinking hehe) but otherwise the gym is always well kept. I haven’t come across any rogue weights on the floor like other big gyms… The entrance/exit for 24/7 access works well and there is a shower available to use after your workouts. Has everything you need really. Thanks for creating this space. Cheers.

Fantastic experience: This Gym is amazing, Paula, Simon & AJ are so supportive and helpful, they actually helped me get off my arse and get going into the Gym, they genuinely care about you and your goals, the atmosphere is fun and energetic, real genuine community support. I'm loving the fast 30min group classes working out my whole body & core and feeling so much more energetic! Thanks guys love your work :D

Negative experience: Annoyed, waited 2 weeks for a gym key over Christmas poor customer service already paid fees referred me elsewhere and didn't let me work out.. I went straight to goodlife signed up and worked out the same day. Highly recommend Goodlife

Fantastic experience: A great inclusive experience with plenty of diverse equipment and friendly helpful staff. Although my time here has been cut short due to an injury I will surely be returning in the future. Highly recommend this gym to locals for convenience and price also.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym after seeing an exercise physiologist to address some health issues. I had a shoulder injury and some issues with my hip. I also have osteoporosis so need to be careful with my exercise regime. The PT sessions I attend with Simon have made an enormous difference to my strength, mobility and confidence. Simon is supportive, professional and really knowledgeable In his field ....an excellent trainer. The gym is spotlessly clean and has a welcoming atmosphere also.
