F45 Training Craigieburn

Fantastic experience: F45 functional training is an excellent way to stay fit. F45 services at Craigieburn are excellent. Staff is very helpful and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I started at F45 Craigieburn in December 2023. From the very first session I felt welcomed and comfortable. The trainers are all so lovely and knowledgeable. I haven't done any weights for a while so I needed to ease myself back into it. I started off with a couple of sessions a week and now I do 4 to 6 a week and look forward to going each time. I've even done a couple of 6am sessions, which is totally not me! In my first 5 weeks I gained 1.4kg of muscle and lost 1.6% body fat. I'm very pleased with that. I've just started my first 45 day challenge and looking forward to killing it.

Fantastic experience: I started F45 October 2023, joining the 45 day challenge. I joined to re-motivate myself for my love of working out. Try something different with a group and really focus on my form. Biggest accomplishment has been consistency and a new morning routine. Coming to 5 classes a week and giving it my all for the 45 minutes I am there. I love all the trainers, pushing us to go a little harder, little heavier or honestly even just finish the class with how exhausting it can be. Also shoutout to Paige, if you’re lucky and unlucky enough to get her as a trainer for the day, you will SWEAT and feel so accomplished afterwards

Fantastic experience: Always been active throughout my life. On joining F45 Craigieburn 6.5 years ago with my daughter, it turned up my passion for fitness and healthy life style. Striving to increase my fitness has been an enjoyable experience at F45. Lifting heavier, pushing my cardio capacity all the time with the support and encouragement from the great trainers. Now my husband has fallen in love with F45 Craigieburn and gym classes are now part of our daily routine and we really try to not miss a day Our kids know where to find us if we're not home !!

Fantastic experience: My journey at F45 has been a wild one! Starting after 18 months of spinal rehab with based clinical pilates, I was ready to get my strength and fitness back. Early days were a mental struggle as I started to embrace my wholistic health journey. I had to jump so many hurdles... a shoulder re-injury, kidney surgery, ADHD diagnosis, new medication, sleep issues... it felt like I fighting something new every few months, but I kept going, slow and steady. I'm 12 months into the journey and 7kg down. I feel so much stronger and more capable 8n my daily life and fing myself prioritizing my long term health and loving the journey as I turn 40. Paige, Rachel, Leo, Bec, Mary, Sara and everybody at F45 Craigieburn have been encouraging and supportive. Let's see what the next 12 months has in store! - Pam (former "not-a-gym-person")

Fantastic experience: I love F45 Craigieburn, before I started 4 weeks ago I had never done any type of group exercise before and was a bit nervous about it. Ive always been very self conscious and worried about what people think about me in the gym; but I can happily say that it is the best gym I’ve ever been too. Coaches are so amazing and always pushing you to do your best, and the people you train with are so lovely. Thankyou to the F45 team you guys are amazing

Fantastic experience: Easily the best F45 studio size wise and they don't have cheap speakers like some studios that sound like iPhones are playing their training playlist.

Fantastic experience: This is the BEST option I have tried with getting on top of my exercise!!!! For years I was on and off with mainstream gym and I wasn’t seeing any improvement as I just didn’t feel motivation. But F45 Craigeburn have been SO welcoming and supportive of encouraging me to see gym in a different view. I am currently 2 months in and have already seen a huge difference within my core, fat loss, strength and most importantly my mental health! The trainers are really great at motivating you to that last second and support you with your motion and form, and encourage you to go heavier with the weights and push you to your fullest. The team at F45 are so kind and welcoming. I love it here and I am here to stay!!

Fantastic experience: Me and my wife been here for 3 months now. If you looking to escape everyday stress i Definitely recommend this place we couldn't believe how 4 days a week workout can change our mood and our body.

Fantastic experience: If you are bored attending to regular gym sessions this is the best place to go. It just motivates you to do the exercises within that time. All the coaches here are very friendly and kind. They just help us a lot to learn the techniques of every exercises even if you are new. Sometimes when certain exercises are hard, they introduce new ones on the spot to get the rhythm like the rest. I joined here without knowing any of these exercises but never felt abandoned. They reply to any message or email we send and always check on us in our absence. I am so glad I joined F45 Craigieburn.

It's been great being part of such a welcoming and encouraging community where there are always plenty of challenges to keep you motivated. I joined F45 about 6 months ago, and can hands down say that their engagement, both online and offline through the various lockdowns has been amazing. Would highly recommend this gym if you are looking at changing up your workouts or considering a new challenge - couldn't ask for a more supportive environment!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend F45 Craigieburn. I have tried many different gyms, PT, bootcamp etc. None have lasted and I wasted hundreds and hundreds of dollars on membership. F45 is challenging, supportive and never boring. You get the push of a 1-1 but in group setting. They cater to all fitness levels, and all shapes and sizes. You never feel uncomfortable or out of place and the trainers are the best!! Worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: I started training at F45 Craigieburn in November 2020 and although I was always intimidated by how fit everyone who I knew who goes to F45 is.. when I got there I felt nothing but welcomed and supported. I love that this is a locally owned family run business as well... love being part of the F45 Craigieburn family and can’t wait to see the results I can achieve in 2021. Would recommend to all :)

Fantastic experience: It's my 8th week at F45 Craigieburn and still enjoying. You can go at your own pace which i like but the trainers really encourage/push you which is really good too. Hi-5's all round after the session, makes you feel like one big group training together :) Music is good too.
