Negative experience: Some machines are too close. Smith machine is too close to the squat rack and deadlift platform, and the seated hamstring curl and the quad extension machine is too close together

Fantastic experience: this is my go-to gym!!! i absolutely love this place, i virtually live here. the staff are always super kind, supportive and helpful, they make me feel so so comfortable. and these new free classes are absolutely awesome!! i highly recommend 10000/10

Positive experience: Great gym and I love it only been going here for 2 weeks now. Woulda been a 5 star but I agree with another comment I read here, the class playing music over the top of the gyms music is a Lil too much for me, I'll prob try a different anytime if it happens too much

Positive experience: The advantage of this particular gym is that you can choose the music to play. The disadvantage is that there's a class sometimes that plays it's own music via Bluetooth VERY SUPER LOUDLY. IT DRIVES YOU CRAZY.

Negative experience: unprofessional service ,the most horrible anytime I went . they charged me twice in a month and I don’t get any refund yet,that’s why I requested to cancel membership but they forgot about that ,so they still changed me again!!i have lost trust in this gym,bad experience

Negative experience: I've placed my account on hold till december due to losing my job because of covid. To my realization they are still charging me. Ive lost trust in my gym, ive been with for 2 years. You have my circumstances that slight bit harder. Ending my membership once someone picks up the damn phone.

Negative experience: Had issues from the start. They had my contract dates wrong and when I asked about it they said I was down for 10 months instead of 6 which was what I thought I was signing up for - I asked to see the contract and there were no dates on it. After 10 months I was still being direct debited fees after my third urgent email they advised I had to ask anytime Findon as my account has been moved to them without my knowledge. They couldn’t help me even though I signed my contract with them! Bad customer service and bad system regarding payments

Negative experience: Always over charge your membership fee over long weekend when the bank is not working. Then you have an email say that overdue membership with extra fee. It happen more than 3 times to me, send email to them, no one answer .

Fantastic experience: Best Anytime in SA for sure! Good range of machines, well spaced out and friendly staff! They also fix anything broken in a quick turnaround time. Been to almost a dozen around SA and a few interstate.

Negative experience: money sucking company. make sure you request everything on black & white! they will agree to one thing and say another.
