Fantastic experience: Joined jets knoxfield 3 weeks ago my son Thomas 14 years old was begging me to join a gym with him.I wasn't sure at 54 if it was for me, but I did and im very happy I did . We looked at a few gyms in the area but nothing compares to jets .I met the owner Bill cai such a nice guy and a true gentleman , he signed us up and now my wife Susan has also joined. The staff here Bree and co are so friendly and welcoming which makes coming here a joy great equipment ,members and environment . Thanks jets knoxfield we love coming here joe!

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience at jetts in Knoxfield, although a short stay, i was welcomed by Bree from the very start and i believe she also helped me cancel my membership through unique circumstances. All equipment for amateur level bodybuilding is more or less present at the gym and its overall a very fun environment with lots of competitions friendly people and very tasty muffins. Its a very very fun and friendly gym to workout in 10/10 would go back again when (if ever) i come back to the area. shoutout to Bree again. you're a legend

Fantastic experience: I have been a member here for a few years now and the owner & staff (present and past) have all been amazing. The members are friendly and of all ages so I would definitely consider it as a family friendly gym. I have made many close friendships here and it has become my 2nd home. It's kept neat & clean and the equipment is modern unlike some other gyms. I could not fault this place at all so definitely a major recommendation from me ❤️.

Fantastic experience: Spacious, clean and friendly staff. Parking plentiful and easy. Equipment is wide ranging and high quality. Highly recommend for people that are serious about fitness and also those looking for basic improvements in health.

Fantastic experience: My orientation at Jetts Knoxfield went great. Bree was a huge help in getting everything organised and answered all my questions promptly. The gym itself was very clean and had a very welcoming feel.

Positive experience: Overall a good Jetts. The machines are decent quality, there are always wipes and spray to clean off machines and the staff are nice. There are also monthly contests to compete in for prizes. The price can be a bit deterring compared to a few local gyms as it costs $17 a week, however it is worth it if you travel a lot or plan to go with friends due to the countless locations for their gyms.

I was really dreading the cancellation process but they made it so easy all I had to do was send them a text message and they processed it on the spot ! Fantastic experience: The management in the gym was amazing. The manager himself was a really helpful individual and helped me feel comfortable in places I wouldn’t necessarily be comfortable in. Im leaving only due to my change in location but thought I’d leave this review for the manager at Jetts as this person was someone who deserved much extra credit for their customer connection. This manager was Michael!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for about 12months now and i couldn’t speak more highly about Jetts knoxfield. Even from my first day i walked in off the street Mike made me feel welcome and part of the club. he still remembers my name, greets me every time i walk in and he’s given me pointers and helped introduce me to other members. i couldn’t speak more highly about him. the gym is clean, lots of equipment and a great atmosphere!!

Fantastic experience: So I started at Jett’s in 2019 when it first opened and it’s been a great experience since. I’ve accomplished a lot of goals with the help and encouragement of Michael the manager, who’s cheerful and positive attitude is great to see everyday. The equipment there is top notch, if I had any questions on how to use any of it Michael would explain it to and show proper use and technique, I only wish there was more equipment haha. I’m very happy with my experience at Jett’s Knoxfield.

Negative experience: If you’re a woman dont bother going here youre not safe.

Positive experience: Good gym but a few issues. There aren’t enough benches for a gym if this size and while it advertises as a 24/7 gym, there have been several times when the doors are shut and the fob scanner has been deactivated

Fantastic experience: A very cosy gym in a good spot, easy for me to get to. There are few machines, but if you come around during quieter hours this wouldn’t be a problem (I usually like to go in the afternoon or around 8pm). Super friendly manager as well!!

Fantastic experience: Great place great atmosphere.

Negative experience: Decent equipment and good sized space, but feels like the place gets cleaned once every blue moon. Bathrooms are usually in pretty poor condition and most of the equipment feels like it's got a layer of old sweat on it. That said, modern gear, good selection of equipment too.

Although there is only one squat rack that has a mirror in front of it, the assortment of machines is excellent as well as the range of dumbbells available. Positive experience: The equipment looks pretty new and it's clean but there's not enough machines. There is just one machine for squats, one machine for cable cross overs etc, so you end up waiting quite a bit.

Fantastic experience: This Jetts is very clean and tidy. There are rare occasions when a machine is out of shape. Michael is of great help and a good person to have a friendly chat with. During New Year’s holiday, I went to a Jetts in Sydney, and it was terrible! The walls were dirty, the leather on the benches we’re worn away. I wasn’t happy training there at all. I’m so glad I have this one near the house. 5-star to Jetts Knoxfield and Michael.

Positive experience: A very spacious gym, so the crowd doesn't really get in the way unless you're in that after office crowd. Only complaint is that weights are hardly racked in the weekdays which is annoying. New equipment and a deadlift stage present to go heavy if you're ready to unrack the previous person's weight off :D Good gym, good atmosphere to workout.
