I have NEVER liked working out, especially in a gym! I LOVE F45! All of the trainers I have worked out with are so encouraging and helpful. They have done a great job creating a community. I feel better than I have felt in years! I am 58 years old… if I can do it, so can you!!
I had to have time off recently due to a work injury. Since I have re-started back all the coaches have been encouraging and providing me exercise modifications. It is honestly such a great feeling because I can still work hard with the adjustments the coaches give me.
I’ve been a member for 5 years now and would never consider another gym! Staff are not only friendly and welcoming they are knowledgeable whether it be needing help with swapping out exercises due to injuries or nutritional advice! WOULD 100% Recommend coming into our studio and join the fun! ????????

Fantastic experience: I discovered F45 Mitcham through ClassPass, and I’m so glad I did! I absolutely fell in love with the workouts and now attend 3-4 times a week as part of my routine outside of yoga. It’s exactly what I’ve been searching for. I’ve always felt a bit weak in my upper body and knew I needed to incorporate weight training, but as a beginner, I wasn’t sure where to start or how to go about it. F45 has been the perfect fit for me. The variety of exercises keeps things exciting, and one of the best parts is that you never know what to expect in each class, which adds a fun element of surprise. The trainers at F45 Mitcham are incredibly friendly and always take the time to correct your form and offer modifications when needed. The community here is also fantastic—so supportive and motivating. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I started F45 in 2017, when I was looking specifically for HIIT sessions, and there wasn’t much available. Since then I’ve done 1500 sessions all up, including several hundred here at Mitcham where I started about 15 months ago. Why do I keep coming back? This is definitely the most efficient and impactful work out you’ll find. Sure you could get a cheap 24/7 membership and laze around for no results. This F45 studio in particular has excellent space, facilities and some of the best, friendly trainers and fellow members you’ll find!

Fantastic experience: I began my F45 journey at Mitcham in February '24 and I'm pleasantly surprised by how quickly I've adapted to the new environment! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making it easy to push through the workouts and break a sweat! Fantastic experience: Easily 5 stars!!! The facilities are outstanding but truthfully I would expect that in a reputable fitness space so the magic comes from the passion, friendliness and professionalism of the trainers and the very inclusive community. I love that this is a family run business and it shows with heaps of smiles and personal attention/ encouragement given plus studio-unique innovations for fun challenges and chances to get involved along the way. The 45minute sessions absolutely fly by with expert tuition and cracking tunes. I am especially happy that classes run from 5am to 6:30pm so a time slot to suit everyone………plus online options too! F45 Mitcham; you will have fun getting fit- try it out!

Fantastic experience: I'm only a couple of months in with F45 Mitcham, and I love it. The gym has a lovely, family-feel, and the trainers are always on the ready to share technique tips and encouragement. Professionalism + friendly. All the members, many of which have completed some 300-400+ sessions (an inspiration!), are welcoming too. I always leave happier than when I arrived, after challenging myself to conquer the work-out. It is possible! The showers are a bonus, too. Thanks everyone at F45 Mitcham for your support.

Fantastic experience: I moved to F45 Mitcham some months ago, whilst pregnant with my second child. I came back to the studio at 6weeks post-partum, and started my journey back to pre-pregnancy fitness. The Mitcham team have been super inclusive and supportive at all stages of my journey. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging and next level excited for you, when you reach your goals! It’s never been easier to set your alarm for a 5am class, when this is the studio you go to.

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 Mitcham in mid-2023, after many years trying to find a gym which would suit me as a total beginner. My experience at this studio has been amazing and truly life-changing. While the facilities are great (modern, clean, spacious, well-maintained equipment — the owners and trainers clearly take great pride in providing the best facilities possible), the people are what makes this studio so good. If you find yourself in the position I was in — intimidated about joining a gym, about not being “a gym person”, and just generally reluctant to try it out — come down to F45 Mitcham, you’ll love it. Fantastic experience: F45 has helped me bounce back mentally and physically from COVID lockdown. I really struggled for a few years and to some extent had come to terms with that fact that i was an overweight “old man”. F45 mitcham and community helped me turn that around. Fantastic experience: What a facility! The gym floor is huge and pristine. Lots of fresh air and natural light - a perfect workout environment. The bathrooms are spotless. Fantastic experience: As I never been to zym since 2012 and was thinking I am never able to but these guys make me do it this is my second week loving it .To be honest the people come to the zym they all cheer up each other which I was worried about as I don’t know anything how I am going to fit in but literally it’s so cool never felt left out whoo whoo Loving the vibe here. Excellent workouts and you can do it at your own pace . I most love that trainers walk through and guide you . Thank you Jack,Alice,brook,Mike and Chris, for taking care of me and making my experience here so memorable! If anyone is thinking of doing it, you definitely have to!!

Fantastic experience: The staff has been really accommodating and made newcomers feel welcome. They have an encouraging way of pushing you through every exercise and are able to deliver guidance and corrections very well when they see you're having any sort of difficulty. Their space is also very nice, with great music and good equipment available.

Fantastic experience: Every class is worth attending. Trainers always pleasant to work with and never intimidating. They have all given me a warm welcome when I started and always looks after me (and whoever I encourage to come with me) when in class. Glad this is just less than 10 minute drive from home!
