Fantastic experience: Found my holiday gym! I’ve been heading up to the gold coast for years, can’t believe it’s taken me this long to end up at Jetts Mermaid beach cause it’s so much better in so many ways! They make it so easy, casual pass or you can do what I did and get a holiday membership, there really was no excuse to miss any training sessions. Staff are friendly, members are courteous, plenty equipment, and the gym is clean! I usually dread holiday sessions, but the last two weeks were great. Definitely holding into this fob to have it reactivated on my next visit. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: Jetts is the best chains of gyms in Australia. This branch is in a great location. My only suggestion would be to pay more attention to cleaning the bathrooms. There is mould and insects in the showers. This is so obvious and has been like so for a long time, it really needs to be addressed. Spray bleach in the walls next to showers and problem will be gone in weeks.

Fantastic experience: Continually, Jetts Mermaid does not disappoint. It is so wonderful to be a part of a gym where the Manager is so lovely all the time, not just when he feels like it. I respect that. His name is Josh. Another trainers name is Blake. Again, he is as special as Josh. Together these boys create a warm and fun environment to work out. They are steadfast in their convictions with health and strength training and it’s a joy to be a part of this wonderful culture that embodies this particular gym. No creepers, made friends with other normal gym users. Yeah, loving these guys. Loving this gym…..

Positive experience: Great gym and great atmosphere. Plenty of machines for all kinds of workouts. It's just the advertised 7-day free trial is only 4 days in reality since Fri, Sat and Sun the gym is unstaffed most of the time and there is no one to let you in.

Negative experience: i dont recommend Jetts Mermaid at All, they debited 150$ on my bank account for nothing, i spoke with "JOSH" the manager by email then i never answered again since 3 weeks, still waiting for my money....

Fantastic experience: So this isn't technically my home gym but im made to feel super welcome everytime I come here regardless. Left my towel at home today and the gym manager had me covered in a heartbeat! New equipment is epic too!

Fantastic experience: Great facility with all equipment you would need for a bodybuilding session. Well equipped with treadmills, bikes, rowers, stair/climber to get your cardio workout done too. The recent refurbished squat racks are also great, with all you need for a squat session.

Positive experience: It's a good gym for the price you pay. Not a very big place with much room but for lifting weights and for standard body building it's got everything you need and a few treadmills pedal bikes and a heavy kick bag for cardio. Definitely worth a look

Fantastic experience: Jets Mermaid Beach is a great gym and run well. I find the manager Josh to be very helpful and always pleasant. The gym is always clean and tidy and the equipment is all in good condition and great working order. There is a large variety of equipment which easily covers all exercise requirements. I would recommend this gym without any doubts what so ever.

Fantastic experience: Not only are the facilities top class, but so is the service. I accidentally left my wallet there and 2 days later it was still there, which made me very happy:)

Fantastic experience: I just joined up with Jetts Mermaid a couple weeks ago. Love it, Josh staff member made me feel very welcomed and familiarise me with all equipment and staffed hours. The gym is is clean and the everyone seems to be very COVID friendly - clean up/wipe down. Definitely recommend this gym, all equipment is great! Really enjoy my workouts here A+

Negative experience: Nice clean gym. Excellent management. They really go above and beyond your expectations. Going to have to change review to 2 star. I cancelled my membership ship for 3 months. Now I was told 39 dollars to rejoin. Been a member over 15 years. Bit rough when I still have door fob. Started at West Burleigh and mermaid. Same owner.

Fantastic experience: My name is Anna Covich, I have been a Jetts member for over 8 years. Blake Stegemann would have to be one of the best trainers I have met there over the years! He is very dedicated and knowledgeable, always happy to help, very professional and gets along with everyone. He is a good listener and understands chronic pain and has a sense of humour. I can’t wait for my teenage son to have a few sessions with him soon.

Positive experience: Nice gym, never busy, has many new tools, clean. There is a punching bag as well. Good value for money and the most important works 24 h Staff is helpful

Bec and the team are always helpful to answer any questions that you need with your training.Its lovely to have a friendly greeting. It brightens you up especially days when it is hard to get motivated.

Negative experience: Frustrated, couldn't find it on google maps(as per their directions link on website). The address says shop 23, Pac Fair center map doesn't list Jetts or shop 23, rang the gym 11.57 am on the Sat (12pm gym close) to get an idea of their location and got answering machine. Gave up and went to Bundall Jetts...pissed!
