Negative experience: Don’t go there, once you sign up then all they care about your money. They won’t let you pause your membership. And they will just keep charging you for no reasons. Also you will have to pay for months before they close your membership. There are plenty of options in Truganina, don’t even bother looking at this one. As the management is just greedy and would rip you off somehow.

Negative experience: SCAMMERS Do not join this gym. I can’t repeat that enough. The gym smells all the time, equipment does not work, “staffing hours” are on the door but no one is actually there ever, the bathrooms are a mess and disgusting - worse than public toilets. The owner has over charged me completely and when repeatedly asked for a cancellation of my membership as well as an explanation as to why I keep getting charged on separate occasions - no explanation is received. You are better off joining any other gym in the area. Please do yourself a favour and AVOID THIS GYM AT ALL COST!

Positive experience: Awesome staff,only thing some regulars are not looking after their hygienes,so some time they make other people uncomfortable.That’s the only reason stopped to go their in bussy time.

Negative experience: current member WASHROOM STINKS, COMPLAINT TO STAFF. BUT NO UPDATE SO FAR. but now looking for other gyms to move to. gym equipment layout is crowded and cardio machines either squeak or don’t work. currently only three of the five treadmills work and one of them is a hazard.

Negative experience: A member who twisted there sweaty drench shirt on the floor it is disgusting and unhygienic and made the floor slippery. He was rude and I’m not going to anymore details as his behaviour is appalling as well. Time was 8:40pm-8:50pm 26/02/2022

Fantastic experience: A very good gym with good equipment and nice atmosphere. It has good amenities and also enough space for everyone to work out without bumping to each other. As it has 24/7 availability it is flexible for everyone who works round the clock like me. And it is located in a prime location with basic necessities to be available. Overall I would recommend to come and give a try and the staff here is also welcoming and helpful with every query.

Fantastic experience: I love it here...After school drop off it is very quite in which I love.I can use all the equipment I want/need.They always clean the machines everyday because I always saw the receptionist cleaning the equipment and tissues is always provided I don't have to look for it anywhere.
