Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the trainers and the vibe of F45 Thornbury along with the people I'm training with. My working out consistency has improved, thanks to the motivation and encouragement I receive.

Fantastic experience: I would rate this place 10 stars if I could. An amazing & supportive community with experienced and friendly trainers. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is, they can and will accommodate to everyone’s needs.

Fantastic experience: LOVE F45 in Thornbury, it really works. The workouts are short, sharp, and as hard as you want them to be. What’s great is you don’t need to think about the routine, it’s all setup for you. The workouts rotate through each body area really well, ie strength on Tue and Thu, then cardio Monday, Wed and Friday. The trainers are the greatest too. Very friendly, but they make sure you’re pushing yourself, while looking after any injuries etc. highly recommend as a gym, fitness and strength training in Melbourne.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never been able to stay motivated with exercise but I love this place because all you have to do is turn up. The trainers and the vibe take care of the rest.

Fantastic experience: If Elvis is the king of rock n roll, then F45 Thornbury are the kings of fitness! An amazing community/family feel with an incredible group of trainers who are both motivating and super friendly. Don't think about it any longer, go in and give it a go. You won't be disappointed!

Negative experience: No Covid vaccine check upon entry for casuals, masks not mandatory before and after workout and equipment not being disinfected after use. Simply unacceptable during these times.

Fantastic experience: F45 Thornbury is without a doubt the best studio I've been to. The staff are friendly, educated, approachable and really push you (even when you think you can't go up to the 12.5kgs) when you need it! The instant vibe when you walk in the door makes the 6.15 wake up in winter all worth it, and you're guaranteed to start the day on a high. It's been a ripper 1.5 years with the crew at this studio and I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Renee and Matt (as well as all the other instructors) are so welcoming and helpful. They all correct our techniques and make sure we are doing the exercises properly. Can I add... I had started running again about 2 years before I started F45. I had plateaued in terms of getting faster. And I didn't really lose any weight. I just went for a run again (first time since starting F45 about 1 month ago) I shaved off 5 min from a 9km run!

Fantastic experience: At first I was intimidated to attend any F45, I thought you had to be already super fit, alethic and be able to box jump on cue. I joined F45 Thornbury on their trial program and it was the best decision I made for myself. I had to let go of the BS I was telling myself and in return I was welcomed to a family - a fitness family. Matt and Sarah were very welcoming and if there was something I couldn't do I was given alternatives. I have now been training with F45 Thornbury since late Jan and willingly smash out 4 sessions a week . I actually look forward to going to classes - who am I? I have noticed a massive change with my strength, mental health and overall fitness. I highly recommend the team at F45 Thornbury, I have worked with most of the trainers there and each of them have been caring, helpful and encouraging. If you are reading this review and want to try them out tell them I've sent you :)

Fantastic experience: What can I say about F45 Thornbury! They are truly AMAZING in everyway. Since having 2 bubs my motivation along with my fitness completely depleted & with alot of weight gain I knew had to begin my health/fitness journey. The team are INCREDIBLE. Professional, motivating on a whole new level & friendly making each class full of laughs. I have achieved so much since I started earlier in the year & will continue to always recommend F45 Thornbury to all my family & friends. It's not just a gym but a family you work out with each day!

Fantastic experience: F45 Preston may not be the closest, most convenient studio to my home but I choose to come here because of the team. The trainers are what makes this place special. Every class is full of laughter, positive encouragement and an all round great energy. I'm so grateful to this studio for helping me reach my personal fitness goals, I'm so much more confident because of them :-)

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place! From the very first moment the trainers make you feel very welcome and give you the best possible support! As someone who never liked group training much, this is different. Love how structured the training is, taking away any uncertainty or insecurity you might have. Alley, Matt, Greta and co are amazing at what they do, so be sure to give this a go!

Fantastic experience: Amazing studio, not only do I always get a great workout in but the trainers are so supportive and friendly, always up for a chat and know when to challenge you to work that bit harder!!! The class timings are really flexible as well and make it easy to get there around doing shift work would definitely recommend giving it go!

Fantastic experience: My wife and have been attending F45 thornbury since the doors opened and have loved every single minute. The trainers are friendly, professional and motivating and I can't wait to get back once I recover from an Achilles tendon rupture.

Fantastic experience: Enthusiastic and competent couches, good vibes, always impeccable, and pretty incredible community. You never get bored, always a different training, in 45min you are done and you go as hard as you CAN. I've seen and visited many F45s in Australia and Thornbury is by far the best, it shows they care!

Fantastic experience: Trainers at FT45 Thorbury are passionate and very approachable and freindly. Elly is also an amazing trainer. Cardio sessions are slightly daunting for me but lovely Elly is always there when I need her the most to get me through the session. The atmosphere, vibe, and support is amazing at FT45 Thorbury. Highly recommended to give it a go.

Fantastic experience: The staff at F45 Thornbury have been very accommodating while I’ve been visiting Melbourne. They have excellent customer service and the trainers are always encouraging and kind during class. Fantastic experience: I began going to F45 Thornbury just a few months ago and it has been the best decision I have made in a long time. I could feel myself getting older and realised that I had not taken care of myself for a long time. I was overweight, constantly sore and lethargic and I had to make a change. I was so nervous about going by myself and worried that I wouldn’t fit in but the trainers at F45 Thornbury are incredibly knowledgable, encouraging and supportive. They make sure you are appropriately challenged and correct your technique if needed. They take the time to get to know you and are genuinely excited when you achieve milestones. I look forward to my almost-daily sessions and I can honestly say it has changed my life and my outlook on life. I feel fitter and healthier and more confident by the day. Fantastic experience: F45 Thornbury is a fantastic gym with a great community vibe. The trainers are experienced, fun and enthusiastic and will help push you to achieve your goals whatever they may be. The regular mini competitions and challenges help maintain enthusiasm for exercising, it really is the easiest way to stay fit and strong.

While training with them I felt motivated every session and the trainers encouraged and pushed me to keep going and reach new goals with each exercise. Fantastic experience: F45 Thornbury has completely revolutionised my fitness regime. It is such an inclusive and positive environment that actually makes me excited about working out first thing in the morning. It has really become the highlight of my day. It really is a glorious combo of ever-changing workouts and super nice staff - who are SO welcoming, motivational and body positive. I really like the concept of team training at the F45 Thornbury venue - when you are sweating, struggling and working hard, you feel as though you are in it together. Moreover, the Hi-5's at the end of the sweat sesh are a nice touch, as is the stretching and few minutes of mindfulness. I always feel ready to tackle the day ahead of me. I have almost completed a week into my two-week trial period and it is safe to say I am 100% addicted. Be right back, gotta refuel for my session tomorrow morning ;)

Fantastic experience: The BEST F45 studio! The trainers are all positive, vibrant and energetic. They support you no matter what level of fitness, always giving modifications to exercises and adjusting your technique when needed. I was a little nervous to try F45, but felt so comfortable as soon as I walked through the doors. The environment and group training is very encouraging and I like the group support.

Fantastic experience: Having tried F45 at various locations; a few weeks before a challenge, I signed up for the 2 week free trial at Thornbury and knew that this was the gym for me! The trainers are super motivating and supportive and love having a laugh with you. The members are fantastic and I have already made some awesome friends. The trainers are so nice and friendly and really motivate you - I live round the corner and started going about a year ago and enjoy it heaps, they have classes in the mornings, at lunchtime and after work, I go about four or five times a week as going to a session gives me so much energy and I feel much stronger and healthier - highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Coming to F45 with little experience of actually going to a gym before and only participating in team sports, I felt super comfortable and supported by the team at F45 thornbury, they are always pushing you to become the best version of you in an outside the gym. I cannot express how comfortable I feel every time I feel coming into the gym, meeting new people and seeing the friendly trainers again and becoming stronger and more confident in the process. Fantastic experience: I've trained at a number of F45 studios and Thornbury is a step above the others! The trainers are awesome - energetic and always happy to help out with correcting form and answering questions. I recently had an injury and they were amazing helping me to adjust so many of the exercises and generally checking in with how I was doing - can not recommend highly enough!

The staff are super friendly and are always teaching you how to improve your technique. They encourage you to go further every session to improve your performance. Fantastic experience: My two week trial lasted about two days before I was hooked! 6 months later I'm doing 4 to 7 classes per week. The classes are super fun and always different, you're always been pushed and challenged! :) Thornbury F45 is more of a big family group than a gym, with so much support and encouragement, from not only the trainers, but the members too!! The trainers are knowledgeable, they will push you, but they will also take good care of you :) I've never felt stronger, and never ever felt this motivated before with training/gym but it's so worth trying! I really struggled with cardio/HIIT classes before but since joining F45, I have discovered my love for weights, and have seen the best results (So far down around 10kgs) and have even started going to the cardio classes! - give them a shot if you're on the fence! :) and become a part of this awesome fam! :)

Fantastic experience: I have joined the studio 2 months ago with the intention to go only for period of the challenge, but now the 5am class is became part of my routine, I haven’t been feeling so good for a long time. What I love about the thornbury studio that is a friendly environment, the trainers since the first day, made me feel that I was in the right place and I this is what make you feel that you want to come back!!!!

Fantastic experience: The trainers are super helpful and motivating, supporting me through return to training after injury and illness. Always positive and happy to modify exercises as needed. The studio is well laid out and clean. It has been the best exercise classes I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot! It’s also been effective.

The staff are super friendly and very encouraging, ensuring safety but also making sure you push yourself to your limits and get results. The workouts are geared for every fitness level and the studio is beautifully designed with shower facilities. Do yourself a favour and give it a shot! You won’t regret it!!
