Fantastic experience: Beautiful gym ️‍♂️ 10

Negative experience: Fairly good gym but the PTs are pretty slow to organise your free session and generally rude. Was on a machine next to the PT and completely unprovoked I got rudely told off for using it for too long and resting for too long between sets (2 mins).

Negative experience: Too crowded, too many Karens, too many kids, not enough good equipment, hack squat machine is weird, leg press machine sucks, no safety bar on the bench press or incline station, and not many Olympic weights to go around. I smell pee near the squat rack. Some Karen reported me for using chalk when the whole gym advocates for a strongman type of workout, and not having to utilise chalk is that I could get an injury or slip my grip when doing a pull or push workout. The vending machine is overpriced, 3 dollars for a bottle of water when another plus fitness gym sells them for 2 dollars, what a total rip-off. I wouldn't go to this gym; go to another plus fitness gym; avoid this gym. I don't even know if it's a plus fitness gym or not; it's like a woke feast gym.

Negative experience: Beware. Read the contract before you sign. My daughter cancelled her membership over 6 months ago but was still being debited. She called numerous times and even went into the gym prior to leaving the shire to cancel as was moving away from the shire. Had to send rental proof that she had moved. She also has an auto immune disease and has not been working. They demanded she come in to fill in forms although she had already attended the gym before she left to cancel in person…She has been paying for a membership she is unable to commit to for health reasons and moving away. Plenty of gyms to choose from can name a few with easy exits and not having to attend the gym or ask for proof ! Your response is terrible poor management!

Negative experience: I do not like the new layout its all black how boring. The seated row is awkward and the dumbbell rack has been moved

Negative experience: Have robbed me of over $400 in fines over the years. employees dont understand internal processes and the management is horrible

Fantastic experience: Loving this gym so much just downstair my apartment. Well-equipped, organised and fully supported by kind onsite staff. Getting proper PT sessions from trainer at very reasonable price, which motivates me a lot as well.

Negative experience: For the simple reason that the people here are racist, I came here last week with steel cap boots and they asked me to leave because that’s their policy which is fair enough I didn’t complain but how come right this minute I’m looking at the staff members having conversations with people training in steel cap boots. Is it because they’re Australian and I’m not?

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a few gyms using the fitness passport. This one is still my favourite even though it’s not my local. The equipment is clean and well-maintained. The ones at Golds and FF have a metallic smell to them and some rusting. The padding on the weight machines were all recently replaced here. Good value for money too. The kiwi lady is really nice, sorry I should get your name haha. Actually all the staff are lovely people. Between 10-2 and after 8pm are good times to train on a weekday. Friday evening not that busy too

Fantastic experience: Loads of equipment, clean tidy gym

Negative experience: We joined this this 8 weeks ago. Me and my wife been there and talk with them before join the lady told me we have a personal trainer for 1 week. We join and it’s been 8 week no one gave us a time .We went to this gym maybe 4-5 days in 8-9 weeks. I have to cancel my membership and have to find a responsible place for us. Also they reply as a fake review. So should I give a screenshot of my texts and the bank statements? Do you want that ?

Negative experience: Too many wannabe's hogging machines for nearly an hour camming their girlfriends with speaker phone on and shoes off... sitting on machines. They should be banned. This is happening at 10pm at night also. If your serious about bodybuilding, i suggest you look elsewhere.

Negative experience: Watch out for unauthorized charges on your account with this dodgy business. I cancel my gym membership nearly 6 week ago and I am still being charged today! I only found out today when I checked my bank balance. I am calling the bank first thing in the morning. Thief!!

Positive experience: Have been coming since opening back in 2019 and never had a problem. Finding it difficult of late trying to find a time during the week, after work, that isn't packed with people taking up almost all of the weights area. Not the same chilled vibe it used to be. I tried to give 3.5 stars but couldn't. The gym itself is clean and equipment well maintained. This is just my experience with the number of people at peak times.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending this gym for just under 12 months and love it! The staff are incredibly friendly and joining the classes taught by the PTs has been so much fun. I highly recommend this gym. :)

Positive experience: (EDIT: For posterity, the owner responded that they've been having issues getting replacement parts from a supplier. The equipment has been broken for about 6 weeks now, and another machine - the multipress - is now also broken. Again, it's still an overall positive rating from me, because all in the gym is still pretty cheap and affordable, but I think it's pretty clear that my criticism was not unfair.) Really convenient, with friendly staff. Going to a gym that's open 24/7 has been quite helpful for me. A big downside is that if a piece of equipment is seriously damaged, unless it's one of the more popular ones, it will remain broken for upwards of a month. A little frustrating, but that's the downside to going to a gym on the cheap, I suppose.

Fantastic experience: Nice and new gym, usually not too many people there during evening time. The area is good and well ventilated. Weekly price is fantastic.

Negative experience: So I called up as i have moved in close to the gym. Currently I am with Anytime and was wondering how this gym would compare. They wouldn't even let me try out the gym for the day and offered nothing other than a no when asked. Bad customer service wont ve joining

Fantastic experience: New outlet 24hrs operation. Spacious. Plenty of parking available at South Village Shopping mall or look for roadside parking. Not many classes

Positive experience: It is one of the bigger Plus Fitness gyms I have been. A lot of new equipment and is close to shops. So you can workout and do your grocery shopping at the same time. Not sure how often it is staffed though.

Fantastic experience: They got 2 new benches.

Positive experience: I tried this gym for the first time last Sunday and its brand new which I love. It's got everything I need. Unfortunately while I was trying to work out there was another person taking photos of me. I know it's not the gym's fault, but I just felt super uncomfortable after that so I dont know if I'll go back to that one again.
