F45 Training Nerang

Fantastic experience: I’ve loved classes with F45 Nerang so far! The class times and length are perfect to fit in my schedule, and the classes and instructors are great!

Fantastic experience: Never thought I would be the person who looks forward to fitness yet, at 47 I felt redundant and signing up to F45 has had me excited to get up and face the challenge of the week, or challenge myself with a class .PTSD, menopausal and underweight, after only 2 weeks , I have slept better, and have noticeable body changes in muscle tone, strength and posture, plus the environment ,trainers and other participants have you feeling as if you always belonged!!!! Classes have a wonderful energy, I got a full body workout and the members also are very supportive. Fantastic experience: I was apprehensive to join but I gave it a whirl and that was 2017! I’ve done gyms, spins and other types of classes but this is where I belong. Everyday is interesting, I just have to show up, listen to fantastic music and dance between sets. No one is standing around staring at you - they are all too busy! So fun and friendly and helpful. And I’m the fittest I’ve ever been! We have fun fit days everyday!

Fantastic experience: Wow what an awesome community, F45 Nerang is such a welcoming environment to come and train, improve fitness and functionality. Heaps of session times so you can always get in that workout. Lots of variety in classes from cardio, strength and even mobility. This place caters for a beginner of any age right up to top athletes looking to do cross training. I myself have had great improvements in my performance as well as managing weight. The trainers are all so willing to give you any extra advice you need. I’m almost 700 classes in and I feel like it’s only the beginning.

Fantastic experience: 8 weeks into my health journey and feel very proud, the moment I walked through the doors of F45 I felt so welcome. Exercises are varied, the trainers are so encouraging and want us all to succeed, they all have their character I love them all. Great vibe and the sense of community is so important. Fantastic experience: The ONLY gym I’ve ever managed to stick with (for 5 years now!) let alone actually enjoy coming to! There’s a lot to love… The ease of turning up and being told exactly what to do, no time wasted trying to figure it out for yourself every day. No two days are ever the same so you can’t get bored! The supportive F45 Nerang community who all want to see you improve. The amazing trainers who always give the best feedback to perfect your form and work around any injuries. And a massive bonus… No bloody mirrors or Instagrammers making it the most comfortable space to be pulling ugly weightlifting faces and getting sweaty in without judgement, haha.

F45 are great workouts for all levels of fitness so don't worry if you're a beginner or getting back to exercising after a long break.

Fantastic experience: Having been with numerous F45 studios across Sydney and Queensland for the last 8years, I have not found any that match Nerang. The ongoing love and support I have from the trainers is beyond anything I have experienced and the community of people around me has encouraged me to push harder than ever and also achieve results I never thought possible. Social anxiety has been a bit issue for me especially with gym environments, but I am honestly the happiest I have been in a very long time mentally thanks to these guys! Every day is a good day at Nerang, even if you don’t feel the best, you will once you leave xoxo much love

My only regret is I didn't start sooner (as thought you had to be fit to join, you really don't have to be, they will get you there!)
