Fantastic experience: After trying almost every commercial chain and small time gym with in a 15km radius none of them even come close to elevation. The immaculate state of the facilities and the equipment provided are more the best they can be. The first gym that I have been to that is genuinely there for the customer the type of community gym you don’t get anywhere else. It has taken me a long time to find the right gym and I’m happy to say I have.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing gym….! Fabulous space, lots of light, calm yet energising. Wonderful people. Joined for 2 weeks while on holiday, and wish could replicate the experience, atmosphere and vibe back home…! Can’t recommend it highly enough. Fantastic experience: The Best Gym I’ve Ever Been a Part Of! This gym is truly something special. It’s a boutique gym that makes you feel like family from day one. The owner Ali and gym manager Vanessa are incredible—they always make you feel welcome, notice your progress, and encourage you to push toward your next goal. The staff are amazing, always friendly, approachable, and ready to help with anything you need. What really sets this gym apart is the community. The members are so welcoming and supportive, creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable and motivated. If you’re looking for more than just a place to work out—somewhere you feel at home and surrounded by people who lift you up—this is the gym for you. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was needing to train for a trip that involved high altitude hiking, and the staff here were fantastic in preparing me for it. There’s a really inclusive atmosphere which makes it very welcoming and comfortable. There’s a good selection of equipment too. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Elevation is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been part of, the staff are super welcoming and always down for a chat, the equipment is next level and caters for everyone. I’ve never done altitude training before but now it’s part of my weekly training. The sauna is a huge added bonus and there is no more than 3 people in the gym at any time which very rare for a gym.

Fantastic experience: I joined Elevation about 8 weeks ago. I can't speak highly enough about the gym itself but also the owner and PTs. There is a real family/friendly vibe amongst everyone and the facilities available are great. Being new to the GC it was important I found somewhere where I felt comfortable and with Elevation I found the perfect blend

Lots of family and couples working out together and the trainers/coaches are really into holistic health. The vibe is pretty unique and makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Fantastic experience: Absolutely Elevation in Burleigh! The Altitude room works consistently and is always up around 3500 - 4000M. Great range of cardio machines, gym equipment and cable weights in the Altitude room … which has been wonderful in my slow recovery after spinal surgery. Heaps of gym equipment, machines and free weights on the open gym floor. Lots of classes and an infrared sauna. Elevation is an authentic gym where people actually go to train / workout and not look at themselves in the mirror. Friendly, supportive, health and fitness conscious community. Elevation Complete Health & Fitness Centre Burleigh is the BEST real gym on the GC! Thanks Ali.

Fantastic experience: A really great gym with its own special touch in the design to the place. The gym has all the necessary equipment to get you through a workout, and NEVER do you have to feel the discomfort of a busy gym, because it's only ever occupied by a handful of people. The staff are all friendly and will always give you a smile, along with gym members being friendly. Comes in handy that there is an altitude room as I am a trail runner and keen hiker so it definitely is a massive plus to have access to this facility. Really grateful that a place like this can be found on the GC still. Highly recommend Elevation to those starting out their journey in the gym or are looking for a quieter space to exercise.

Fantastic experience: I feel incredibly lucky to have found Elevation. It has become a place not only to build my fitness and health, but has also provided me a social outlet and a strong sense of community. The facilities in the gym are outstanding, and the instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging and professional. The altitude rooms have allowed me to workout more efficiently when I am time poor. Fantastic experience: Elevation Gym is honestly the best fitness spot I have ever been to! From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with friendly vibes and a well-designed space. The classes are well-constructed for all levels of fitness. Big shout out to the coaches - they are not just there to count reps; they genuinely listen to your needs and go above and beyond to help you reach your goals. This gym is the first one that ticks all the boxes for me. It's the perfect blend of top-notch facilities, personalised attention, and welcoming, motivating vibes.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym to be a part of! Ali and Cal do such a great job of creating a positive community. The gym itself offers a range of equipment from rehab to strength and conditioning, which is amazing as I have suffered injuries in the past. The altitude rooms are a staple too, they have helped me improve my CO2 tolerance so I can train more efficiently. Couldn't recommend this gym more!

Negative experience: Equipments very cluttered and shower really smells badly of sulphur. Probably better to try elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, great equipment, very friendly and chilled vibe. Low oxygen workout room is great for fitness and supplementing regular training. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an alternate to the typical busy franchise gyms.

Fantastic experience: This unique boutique gym is a key contributing factor for me to successfully stay motivated, fit and strong consistently over the last 6 years. After having trained in many different environments and gyms for 25 years, a gym like Elevation is rare. It can cater for such a large variety of training from weights, to strength and cardio classes, yoga, Pilates, an altitude room, and infrared sauna. There are no gyms like this on the Gold Coast. Love the high calibre, professional clientele/community feel. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

Fantastic experience: My teenage girls and I love Elevation. It’s equipped with everything you need for either a solid strength or cardio hit out. The space is comforting, the members unpretentious and it is never overcrowded so there is no jostling for equipment. Ali is always welcoming and eager to help whenever she can.

Fantastic experience: Just a really great gym. After trying out three or 4 of the big gyms that around Gold Coast I found this place about a year ago and it’s been transformative for me in both fitness and overall health . Knowledge of all staff is amazing and the atmosphere is relaxed , professional, encouraging , and non-intimidating, especially if you’re just starting out. I started from scratch and even though Ive always done a lot of general fitness, I knew not much about weights and machines technique and how to structure your training. I found the trainers and staff here have such good technical knowledge that you progress really quickly and in 8 months I’ve been able to reach all my milestones in strength, cardio , flexibility , lost 10 kg and huge improvements in both mental health and overall fitness levels. Because it’s smaller ,you get encouragement everywhere. I’ve started to really enjoy the early ,small group classes too (5.30 am onsite All Press coffee helps here! ) Really welcoming ,really well run one of a kind place.

They make exercise fun. I love every single class and trainer. My favourites include yin yoga, pilates, strength and elevate. I really enjoy training in the altitude room and I have never felt stronger or fitter in my life. I owe it all to the team at Elevation! I highly recommend this amazing gym community as they make everyone welcome and there is a class or activity for everyone ✨

Fantastic experience: The Absolute best!!! A little doorway into a fitness playground. This boutique style gym has it all, from state of the art equipment, altitude rooms and functional training area, to infrared saunas and great coffee. The classes are run by some of the best coaches in the area and cater to all fitness levels. There is also a collective of therapists practicing out of the space ranging from but not limited to Osteopaths, Myotherapists, Breathwork coaches and Acupuncturist’s. The place is truly a one stop shop with a great community feel. No egos here just a collection of lovely people that love to look after their health. Do yourself a favour and go check it out, If I could drop 10 stars I would.

Provides a great balance between your traditional gym and a more modern functional gym set up, with purpose built spaces to allow for more dynamic training and variation. Plus, the altitude rooms are a brilliant feature to help take your training to the next level. Ali and the team do an amazing job and have created an awesome personal, inclusive atmosphere which is a pleasure to be apart of. Highly recommend!
