Negative experience: Trying to contact the club, unfortunately during the day hours, no one is at the club. Called multiple times, no answer.

Fantastic experience: Matt the manager is an absolute legend The gym is clean and well organised. Everyone is super friendly and supportive. Matt is an excellent coach and very incouraging.

Positive experience: Don't mind this gym as its a good location, plenty of parking and has enough equipment but would be amazing if we could get more cable attachments. Been to other locations and they have so many different cable attachments and double of everything. Different types of pull-down attachments put less stress on my bad shoulder. Also note there is no seated row, only a row machine. Also find some machines are far to close to each other. Almost taken my head off a few times.. Just little things to make this gym great! For the price we pay, would expect these things.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for a while (including through the ups & downs of the latest COVID lockdowns) and have only good things to say. Lots of parking, removing an extra barrier on days when motivation is low. Communication is clear, the club is well-maintained, and the vibe / layout makes it comfortable for anyone, no matter their workout goals. The manager's desk being at the entrance makes it easy to stay connected, and the current club manager, Zoe, is pleasant, professional, and strikes a great balance of being both accessible when needing any info & laid-back when everything's good.

Fantastic experience: Love Snap Greensborough joined from opening and it has all the equipment I require for a perfect work out and I am able to go out any crazy time that suits me and more often then not I am in here working out at some crazy hour. Music selection is good and various and covers everyone's taste.

Fantastic experience: Since joining Snap fitness I have thoroughly enjoyed my time there! The facilities cater for all and are in great condition. Awesome management team who are friendly and always up for a chat or willing to support your goals! Highly reccomend to anyone looking to join a gym.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with fantastic caring staff

Negative experience: Small place, not enough showers (just 2?). During the "staffed hours" advertised, there was nobody willing to talk about membership fees etc. Personal trainer seemed irritated that his colleague was absent, causing potential customers to interrupt his activities, even though it was only a couple of minutes. Would not dare inconvenience them again.

Positive experience: This gym is awesome! Staff communication with clients is great, machines are all new, clean environment, you get to choose the music to be played in there. Could be some more machines but i recommend everyone to visit this gym!
