Fantastic experience: Great gym. Managers are friendly and help beginners find their way around. Gym is always clean and stays on top of repairing out of order equipment. 10/10, would recommend to anyone from beginners to experts.

The gym maintains a high level of cleanliness, creating a pleasant workout environment. Moreover, I never had to wait for a machine, making my fitness experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been with this gym for well over a year now. It's small, but has everything you need. The community is tightly knit and everyone is welcoming especially the staff. Mitch and Reuben have been so welcoming and kind from day one, and have supported my fitness endeavours the whole time. Awesome to chat to and ask advice.

Fantastic experience: Have been going here for some time and the trainers and staff are always friendly and open for a chat. Very on top of cleanliness and always clean whenever I’m there. Nice environment and open floor space, good for cardio and stretching. Weight space is always clean and everyone puts their weights away. It’s a great gym close to the shops so I can complete any errands I have to do right after or before. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Don't be afraid to walk in through the door. Mel and Phil ( two friendly trainer) will take care of you and help where they can. Don't expect luxury like pool and sauna. You rock up, exercise to your heart's content, have a chat with friends and go. That's what it is about. I like that nobody really stares at or tries to land with other people. (Have seen/experience that before @ other places.) Also the discipline with cleaning after exercise is great! Do your thing, afterwards wipe down the equipment. Alco wipes at every corner at the place. Too easy. I was able to fix my damaged knee and recover from back injury. Phil (the trainer) and another Phil (Physio) look(ed) after me. Thanks a lot.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Ifeelgood Alexandra Hills for over 2 years now and the experience is fantastic. The staff are always friendly and willing to help no question is to much trouble. I have been a member of other gym's over the years and ifeelgood Alexandra Hills is far the best, it is the only gym I have always felt comfortable going to for a workout, it is the only gym I recommend people to join. I have just finished my 2nd 8 week challenge and thanks to Alex my pt and Julie our group pt I have acomplished most of my goals, I couldn't have come so far without them, thank you guys.

Fantastic experience: My gym! Awesome! Have just discovered this great gym. Love all the different gear available to workout with. Location - close to home, can nick to the shops after a workout and 24 hours. I can train anytime I want to. Love Sundays for an early morning session.

Fantastic experience: ifeelgood is my favourite gym in the Redlands. I love the friendly and helpful staff - the great range of up-to-date equipment and it is always very clean - very well maintained. If you want a great workout - I strongly recommend this gym - and they have some great PT's as well !
