Fantastic experience: Honestly the most effective workout class I’ve ever been to! All the staff are so friendly and approachable and always take the time to explain the technique properly and make sure to correct your form. I always leave feeling completely exhausted but so high on endorphins. Would recommend this to anyone, from beginners looking for a challenge to experiences athletes looking to push themselves.

Fantastic experience: Where to start the good people training club has changed my life! Prior to joining I had not been consistent with exercise or routine. The workouts are inclusive of all stages of fitness and achievable, which keeps me coming back for more. It would not be the same if not for the coaches who do an amazing job motivating, assisting with technique and taking the time to get to know you as an individual. In addition the members are so welcoming and friendly, its hard not to leave smiling. I feel stronger, healthier and more motivated than ever before. I have found my community and made some great friends along the way.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Good People Training Club twice a week for the last 11 weeks, and that in itself is its own glowing review. I am allergic to mornings, I had never in my life done a push-up and I, like many people, had a lovely decorative gym keychain for about a year before I decided the funds might be better spent on something I’d *actually use*. I came to Good People looking for a place where I could be trapped in a room and told what to do for 45minutes (I think I literally said this the first time I went). Having grown up dancing I knew I liked moving my body, and I liked when I was strong, but my foray into the world of gyms as an adult taught me that although I liked lifting weights I was rubbish at guiding myself through exercise. I was scared of hurting myself, I was TERRIFIED of being perceived and I was overwhelmed at all the different exercises and variations and what constitutes good form for each. My very first morning at Good People , coaches Joey and Adam made me feel so at ease. Not only was there a clear plan, and great instruction at the top of every set of exercises, but the first time I had to sheepishly admit I couldn’t do the *easier* variation there was literally no drama. Like I can’t explain it wasn’t a performative no judgment zone, there just wasn’t any judgment. We just figured out what I *could* do that would work the same muscle and I did that. This has been consistent week after week. I can finally do a push up. I’m still allergic to mornings, but it’s *worth* battling to pull myself out of bed to go and get strong with these Good People. Coaches Joey, Adam and Zoë keep me motivated to get stronger with their encouragement and kindness. I’m never worried about hurting myself bc I’m never stressed to check in and ask about form. The other people at the club are always so friendly and welcoming and the lack of judgment extends to them too. When it’s busy and I have to work in with someone else, I never get an eye roll or even a look for having to pull weights off when it’s my turn Honestly, I really can’t recommend Good People enough. If you’re scared about starting, if you want to just do something for you without all the toxic nonsense I encourage you to come along. It’s actually, dare I say it, pretty fun.

Fantastic experience: HIIT 45 in Wembley I joined HIIT 45 after realising I’d lost my time and had reduced energy after having to young children. I was doing Pilates to try and re-grain my fitness and body however, the intensity just wasn’t there. I never done any sort of weights or training as like HIIT 45 but knew I was up for the challenge. When I met Tom, he was only energetic, positive, supportive and kind from the beginning and continues to be. In a matter of a month, I lost 2 kg of body fat, was more toned and continued to get stronger/fitter throughout the journey at hit 45. Not only was it fun and encouraging day on day at hit 45 but the community that Tom has built with amazing! My close girlfriend joined and loved it too, it made me get up every morning and train. No matter if I felt a little bit flat I still got up and went to train… “funky sock Friday” was great and always had a few laughs - see everyone smile while they’re training for themselves, whether it’s fitness or fun and with friends. Tom has been an absolute godsend for me and an angel, as I have a serious back issue called spondylolisthesis and he modified every single training session (including to make sure I mix it up with Pilates/walking etc) so I could remain on track. We love you, Tom and HITT 45 Wembley community! They also have fun events and parties to make it all the more a community feel. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Everything about this gym is great! Workouts are challenging but can be tailored to any fitness level. Trainers are really experienced, knowledgeable and so good at motivating and supporting everyone individually. Fantastic experience: HIIT45 has been an amazing experience. There’s no egos from the trainers and the crew that attend. It’s such a safe place to work out in a group and to your own ability to meet your own goals. Joining HIIT45 has been a great decision and I’ve definitely felt an improvement to my fitness and strength, both in the surf and running.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough positive things about this gym. I joined this gym with the intention of just doing their six week challenge, which is amazing and very motivating, but I just can't see myself anywhere else. The workouts are different every day and so creative. The coaches are encouraging, knowledgeable and attentive to my abilities. The gym is clean and professional. They make working out fun! And not a chore to get up at 5:30am.(They have other times too) I highly recommend HIIT45 Training.

Fantastic experience: I live in Hillarys and definitely worth every drive down so happy to have Tom and the team cheering me along the way. Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever been as strong or cardio fit as I am now. When I started in October last year I’d was having so much trouble with my lower back and was literally about to start cortisone injections- plus my heaviest I’ve ever been. I had to go back, right to the beginning of lifting barely anything and working on my form and the coaches have guided me the whole way! Lifting my heaviest ever, no pain and I actually enjoy running thank you so much legends… got about 5kg of body fat left to shred and I’m at my ultimate goal

Fantastic experience: The guys at HIIT45 and the workouts they design are First Class! I love the way you can ratchet up and down depending on your fitness level, ability or mood on the day. That said, you will always leave feeling like you have had a great workout under the watchful eye of the trainers who not only push you, but make sure you are safe. Have tried F45 and other group fitness classes, but the variety and leaning towards functional weight training here makes this the best place I have ever been. Cheers TK and Team

Fantastic experience: I'm not quite sure where to begin. I feel like simply saying this gym is "amazing" doesn't do it enough justice! I'm heading into my 12th week of training at HIIT45 and I can confidently say I don't want to go and train anywhere else! I approached Tom Kinneen (owner and coach) a few months ago expressing how I had lost my love and passion for training (which is a big deal for me as it's always been such a huge part of my life) and I felt my fitness had plateaued. He and the other coaches welcomed me with open arms and introduced me to this new style of training. The coaches and incredible training community that has been established at HIIT45 helped me navigate my first 6 week challenge, where I lost 8.5kg + 7.3% body fat! While I was so stoked with these results, more importantly for me was I had reignited my love of training and found myself waking up every morning excited to go and train! A few weeks on from this 6 week challenge and I continue to notice positive changes in my training, my 6km pace is back to where it was almost 5 years ago and I'm enjoying running again!! Thanks so much to the incredible HIIT45 trainers and community <3

Fantastic experience: HIIT45 has a great mix of people and the trainers pay more attention during the class than I have seen at other gyms. The gym is always clean and the equipment is set up in a way that gets results - You can tell that thought has gone into the underlying training principles that the gym was founded on and it is evident that they constantly respond to member suggestions/feedback. Over the past year or so that I have been a part of the gym I have observed that regardless of age, sex, fitness level or training intention everybody is able to find one or two people that they will "click" with... This makes it very easy to find a training partner and it helps everyone stay accountable. If you want to get competitive I suggest grabbing a Myzone monitor! Keep up the great work team

Fantastic experience: HIIT45’s positive culture creates a fun team environment for people to achieve great results. This is the first gym I’ve been too that is (1) Truly fully inclusive and doesn’t charge any additional fees to participate in their ‘6 Week Challenges’, ‘beach sessions’ or other programs, (2) Has trainers that genuinely care and (3) Knows how to burn fat without burning muscle. ‍♂️‍♂️

Fantastic experience: HIIT 45 Classes have by far been the most fun form exercise I have come across since capture the flag in primary school. What makes it so fun is the diversity in exercises, never leaving you bored doing the same old gym routines. The trainers energy and engagement with everyone in the class is phenomenal, you’re constantly being motivated and pushed to improve! There are so many different times to go to a class making it super easy to fit into your day. The feeling after smashing a class is second to none, my mood and outlook on the day is immediately improved. I STRONGLY recommend HIIT 45, I am obsessed, I love it!

Fantastic experience: The team at HIIT45 are fabulous! Trainers are encouraging, push you to achieve your best within your current skill set. They offer technique training with Sasha which I found really useful in making sure I’m using the right muscles in exercises . I did the 6 week challenge and it was the kick start accountability I needed to get back into fitness after almost 18months off postpartum. In just 6weeks I feel fit, strong and love exercising again! Thanks HIIT team for all your encouragement and support!

Fantastic experience: Cannot fault this gym! Personalised nutrition plans, attentive trainers and a great experience overall. The dedication Tom and his team have to improving the health and wellness of their clients is second to none. Knowledgeable trainers that ensure your moves are correct and that you get the most out of your workout are unheard of in group training sessions, but at HIIT45 it felt more like PT sessions than (at time) large group training. Give the challenge a go, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I have tried many gyms and fitness classes in the area - but Tommy and the team are second to none. Dedicated, engaged, personable, knowledgeable and hold you to account. The gym is approachable and has a fantastic culture that has a supportive, not competitive atmosphere. There’s no wonder about why they have such a loyal following!

Fantastic experience: I was never out of shape and went to the gym regularly before i decided to try the 6 week challenge at HIIT45 but i'd never managed to get the results i wanted training by myself. Participating in the 6 week challenge has been a fantastic experience for me, not only has it given me great results but my general feeling of well-being has improved remarkably. I have far more energy then i ever had before and doing an early morning class wakes you up like nothing else. The meal plan has made me a better cook and my recipe base has increased and become much healthier. All the staff are friendly and helpful but push you to make sure you're not slacking. Can't wait to stick with the program and see just how far it can take me.

Fantastic experience: PRIOR to HIIT45 I was a member of the a commercial gym and regularly exercised. However, like many, I experienced moments where there was a lack of direction and equipment availability that lead me to lose motivation. Joining HIIT45 was the best decision I have made. I enjoy getting up each morning to do different workouts with experienced trainers who motivated me to do my best. The gym has a friendly atmosphere and I have never felt out of place with the range of fitness levels coming together to work out. I also live a fair distance from the gym, however my experience here makes the drive worth it. Would highly recommend to anyone who would like to start or continue their fitness journey here. A gym worth joining.

Fantastic experience: I started the 6-week challenge with Hiit45 back in April. I was initially not a fan of group classes and having heard mixed reviews about other gyms wasn’t sure if I’d like it. But I really liked it and am still going! There is a great community at Hiit45, everyone is friendly and the trainers are great at helping you learn, build confidence and push through the hard points. I’d recommend it to anyone who is thinking of giving it a try.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many different gyms till now n was able to get results. However always find it difficult to enjoy it after a while n as a result lack of accountability. Negative experience: I would like all people thinking of joining the 6 week “free”challenge to know that this is false advertising- a financial transaction is required before commencement of the 6 week “free” challenge. It was also very disappointing that the owner was over 30mins late for the initial consultation.

Hi HHTV - I’m sorry you feel that way - actually people absolutely do get this promotion for Free. In fact, many have and you can read all their reviews right here! Right down below but if you click the link to the ad it actually says that you can get it for free if you complete the program in big bold letters…I’m sorry you were excited about getting dialled in nutrition, exceptional training and ridiculous results all for 0 dollars without holding up your end of the bargain The ‘Challenge’ didn’t speak to you and that’s ok - it’s definitely not for everybody, only the people who have made a hard commitment to change their health and their life. Yes, people reading this review - 4 times a year we run a “Free Challenge’ in which we “CHALLENGE” our competitors to complete 6 Weeks of Training & Nutrition, and IF they do they get their training, nutrition and coaching for FREE! The Challenge is bomb over 200 people have done it and have received RIDICULOUS results because of it . Yes, in order to help 100’s of people we get the occasional person who either didn’t read the whole ad or thinks we should run a gym where 10 years of expertise and 100,000's of education and constant learning so that we can get the best results should be given out 100% for free. We have to market so we can help more people. So if you have read this far, it’s my hope that this review doesn’t scare you away. Fantastic experience: HIIT45 Training has been the greatest gym experience I have ever encountered. After years of attempting to commit to various commercial gyms and being so anxious to actually go to the gym, I have finally found somewhere I feel so comfortable. The sessions are different each time so it doesn’t get monotonous. The trainers are fantastic and so knowledgeable! They will encourage you to go further and harder than you thought you could. As well as correcting your form to prevent injury and target all the right muscle groups. I have seen so much progress in my physical appearance, my confidence and my energy levels. My only warning is that if you start going, you’ll find it very difficult to stop!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Tom and the team at Hiit45 Training have helped me smash my goals during the 6 week challenge (i lost 7% body fat!) and I loved it so much that I am going to continue my training with them. Their sessions are always fun and they offer lots of support which helped keep my motivation levels high. They genuinely want each member to succeed and this helped with my accountability to training. Thanks team, super happy :)

Fantastic experience: I started my 6 week challenge with Tom and it is one of the best transformation challenges one can go through. I got introduced to a meal plan initially along with a weight and BMI check. The next 6 weeks were all about fun group classes that tested and improved my physical fitness step by step. The people here are super friendly and regularly check on your progress. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is looking for a change in their fitness routine.

Fantastic experience: What can I say, just finished another brilliant training session with the guys and girls at HIIT45 Gym. Let me preface this story with my story. I was a pretty lazy person who wanted to change. I hated my body at the time and thought I looked terrible in every photo of me out there. I saw a Facebook advertisement as part of the new year, as you always do and thought, it'll be just like every other gym, where you're wandering around the gym floor wondering what will be good for you. I yearned for a "boot camp" like experience that would push me and teach me the ways of being fit. I wanted someone to take me aside and teach me the ways of healthy eating. As I said I was lazy... I had tried other diets before, emphasis on trying, but to no avail. I would always think, there's no accountability if I ate this piece of chocolate, apart from the dread that I felt when I looked in the mirror, but obviously, that wasn't enough for me. In comes Tom, who runs HIIT45. I booked an appointment to see what the gym was like and what the people were like. It wasn't your typical gym junkie staring in the mirror whilst doing exercise gym, it felt homely. Tom quickly took me under his wing and explained what the gym routines were and showed me the detailed health plan that went along with it. I was finally given what felt like the holy grail of weight loss, so I made the decision to start the 6-week training course. Now that the course is over I can seriously say that it is probably one of the best things I have done with my life, changing from a 100+kg guy into a person with confidence and self-worth. Even though it might not look a lot to me, people have stopped and given compliments, people saw me before this challenge and are now in awe as to the changes I've made. Dropping 10.8kg was a challenge, and a challenge it was. But now that it's over I feel that sense of accomplishment and want more. I will be continuing the gym sessions because everyone pushes me closer to my goals of becoming happy with who I am. If you sound like me, I encourage you to give it a go. The people here are wonderful and super supportive, with every training that I felt sick or every training that I had injuries, they helped me through it and genuinely wanted to see my progress and were happy to see me every morning I went in. The guys and girls at HIIT45 are amazing.

Fantastic experience: The crew at HIIT45 are awesome! I signed up for the 6 week challenge not really knowing what I was getting myself into and the results have been incredible. The trainers are all super encouraging and really understand how to push you without being too pushy. The meal plan is very clear and easy to follow with enough options that you can keep things interesting but not so many options that it becomes hard to follow. There are tonnes of class times to choose from so its pretty easy to fit into your schedule, even if you are very busy. After dropping just over 10% body fat in 6 weeks, I don't think I have ever been in better shape nor have I ever had muscles this defined. Will definitely be continuing on at HIIT45 and would recommend to anyone who is looking to smash some goals!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my 6 week challenge at HIIT45 and have booked in to continue training there. The staff are great- knowledgeable and enthusiastic and genuinely invested in assisting everyone who walks through the door. The ability to choose from a wide range of classes throughout the week made it really easy for me to fit the amount of training I wanted to do around my busy and always changing schedule. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking about joining a gym.

Fantastic experience: Signed up for the 6-week challenge at HIIT45 Training very apprehensive about how I was going to go. The trainers were very helpful. Every session was different from the last and the food plan was easy to follow with a huge amount of variety. Having lost 8.2% body fat in 6-weeks I'm in the best shape of my life. I'm so very glad I completed the challenge!

Fantastic experience: Cannot thank HIIT45 crew for this amazing experience! I never thought I’d actually miss working out when I miss out on a session!! Definitely something everybody should try if they want to get into the routine. Even after the 6 week challenge is over I’m still following my diet and eating healthy has become really easy! Cannot recommend Tom enough for always pushing me to do my best with each rep. Also really enjoying the boxing classes to mix it up a bit, again something I’ve never tried before but really loving it now. I don’t think I could ever stop coming to HIIT45. Thank you again Tom and Brent for everything!

Fantastic experience: I hate gyms and I've tried almost every diet fad and weight-loss program in the book. HIIT45 popped up on my Facebook page (I was sucked in by some pretty good marketing), I made an initial appointment and then almost cancelled it out of fear. I've had lower back surgery and neck surgery both in the last 3 years and have visited the physio every week for 2 years. I found it hard to believe Tom when he said he could help transform my body (and life). But he is honest about it not being a magic pill - it takes hard work and dedication. And he was right. The 6 week challenge involves a basic common sense eating guide (protein/veggies/carbs/fats) and a commitment to attend classes a minimum of 3 times a week (with both morning and afternoon classes available). The classes are fun, high energy, small (so I feel like I have my very own PT) and filled with an amazing crew chasing their own goals. And there are no mirrors! The trainers are wonderful - Tom, Jen, Brent, Nick and Demo. I thank you all for supporting my journey. They provide variations for those with injuries and the exercises are varied so I don't get bored. I lost 9.5kg in 6 weeks by attending classes and regaining control of my eating habits. The HIIT45 FB community was key to sharing the journey with others, swapping food ideas and remaining accountable for your actions. I have stayed on at HIIT45 and now choose to attend classes 5 times a week. And I haven't been to the physio since stepping through that door 3 months ago. Best health related decision I have ever made.

Fantastic experience: It is absolutely amazing! I have lost 8.4 KG in 6weeks and my body fat went down to 10%. Tom is a great trainer, explained everything that I don’t understand. The diet menu is very easy to understand, if it’s not on the list then don’t have it! There is also another bulking diet that I am following which I have already gained at least 6KG muscle. Fantastic experience: I am 31 and just over 6 weeks ago I weighed over 97kg and was 25% body fat. Now after completing the HIIT 45 - 6 week challenge I have lost 10kg, am weighing in at 87kg and my body fat is now at 10.5%. I HAVE AB’S NOW!!! I am someone who has always been active, played lots of sports and always been someone who goes to the gym. I have a physically demanding job that has caused my back regular soreness and fatigue. On a mental level, I had started to become very short tempered and not nice to be around and I didn’t know why. I thought that I did everything ok with training and never thought about my diet at all. After starting my own business, I started coming up with more excuses of why I couldn’t get to the gym or why I couldn’t eat properly. After having a meeting with Tom he quickly equipped me with the tools I required to go about making the changes that I needed to make. In very basic terms he ran me through the program and told me what was needed and expected, what to eat and how much. The program included a recipe list that was very easy to make and follow and tasted absolutely delicious. The classes are awesome! I have loved how no two classes are the exact same so there is no getting bored with what you are doing in the gym. The support from Tom and his trainers during the classes, before and after is awesome. I can’t thank Tom and his team enough for what they have done for me. They have given me back my confidence in life. Taught me just how easy it can be to set and achieve very realistic and workable goals. I now have more strength, confidence and belief that I can do the things that I set out to achieve because of this program. Anyone that is looking to lose a bit of weight, take back control of their life or just have a really good gym with a personal touch and a friendly feel then I can’t recommend HIIT 45 in Wembley more highly. The program works and to Tom thankyou for giving me every chance to get back to being the person that I wanted to be, it has changed me and my outlook for life and I am looking forward to continuing to train and grow with you at the gym.

Fantastic experience: Great place with an awesome vibe. With the no fuss classes and healthy eating plan, I lost 6.8kgs in just 4 weeks. Tom was great with keeping us all accountable with the healthy eating because he wants everyone to achieve their goals. Definitely recommend to anyone that wants to actually reach their goals also!

Fantastic experience: Just completed the 6 week challenge, wow not only did I lose those stubborn kilos that have been hanging around for years. But my strength and fitness levels are huge improvement. The food challenge was a real eye opener and surprisingly delicious, will definitely be sticking to the food plan from now on. The classes are well balanced and the trainers are great modivators and know their stuff. Tom was great and full of knowledge, was surprised how much he knew about Keto and how supportive and always encouraging everyone. Highly recommend and can’t wait to continue the fitness journey

Fantastic experience: After having my baby I tried every quick fix under the sun to loose weight and feel like myself again. The six week challenge is the way to go. The food is more than enough, inexpensive and it actually works. I loves the work outs and always left the studio buzzing! Tom an Jenn are the best trainers I have ever come across and most importantly....that support and accountability, thats where its at!!!!Looking forward to continuing on my journey and training hard with these guys. Fantastic experience: I started 6 week challenge at Hiit 45 with 12.1% body fat and didn’t believe Tom when he said I would drop 5%, I finished at 7% body fat, so smashed my goal! Thanks to him and Jens intense easy to do workouts and basic, clear nutrition plan I achieved a 6 pac for the first time in my 25 years of life and feel stronger and fitter than ever! I definitely recommend to anyone any age, shape or size the transformations I witnessed from other members of the gym were incredible!! Ross

Fantastic experience: Big shout out to Tom and the team at HIIT 45! Some things can’t be faked like results, passion and support. The closed group was great for accountability, the eating guidelines had a variety of options and was easy to follow. The classes were always something different and I loved that you were surrounded by like minded people all working towards similar goals. I’m a small framed girl that is relatively healthy and active. However In 6 weeks I lost 5.2% BF and 4kg. My arms are the most defined they’ve ever been and my stomach hasn’t been this flat since I was a child. I feel strong and confident to tackle whatever lays before me. Thanks so much team!!!! Fantastic experience: I highly recommend HIIT45 run by Tom Kinneen, as a fun and effective way to reach your health and fitness goals. Tom has a wealth of fitness and nutritional knowledge which he readily shares with his clients. I recently completed a 6 week training and nutritional program with HIIT45, attending 3 classes a week and eating meals in accordance with a simple meal plan. I started the program feeling tired and unhealthy, and finished feeling energised and healthy. As a result of the program, I lost 7kg in weight and 8% body fat. I could not have done this without the support of HIIT45 and its members. Such a motivating environment!

Fantastic experience: I have been training at HIIT45 for over a year. From my first session I was sold because of the quality of the training, effective workout style and focus on technique. The gym is a great space, well equipped and modern. They also have boxing classes which is awesome if you want to mix it up your training. All the classes are guaranteed to give you a good workout. I just completed the 6 week challenge and it was the best thing I have done. I lost 10.8kg and 15.5% body fat. Tom Kinneen is super knowledgeable not only it training but in nutrition as well. Fantastic experience: I've tried so many things, and with a shoulder injury and crazy schedule it's been hard to find something that works for me. Tom motivated me to commit to an easy to follow meal plan, regular workouts and a target of 10kg in six weeks... I made it to 10.4kg and feel so much stronger and healthier in my approach... I've actually kept most of my healthy eating habits since the challenge too!! The team at Hiit 45 really give a damn about you, it's a great crew that train there and has totally changed my fitness and focus. Highly recommend!
