Global Gym

Negative experience: They never answer calls or emails. We signed up to this gym and just want a receipt or a copy of our contract. We got sent nothing and there’s no way to get ahold of them.

Negative experience: Worse gym you can ever join in. i cancelled my membership as i am moving from the area. and then a month later they contacted my emergency contact person NOT MY NUMBER tho* claiming that the payment got declined, and after few weeks they called me for payment and when I went to pay for the two months that I never used anyway, I got told that they sent it to dept collections agency which they never advised me they will do that or time to pay before that will happen they only contacted me once in total . I don't recommend this place to anyone Very horrible experience be aware!!!

Fantastic experience: Global Gym is fantastic! Simon is always helpful and friendly, making everyone feel welcome. The community vibe is strong, and the equipment is top-notch. The clean, well-maintained facilities make it a perfect gym. Highly recommend! Their hoodies are super comfortable too

Negative experience: If you sign up you are locked in for regarding of your circumstances, forced to pay the remaining pf your membership ,they dont tell you this until after you sign the contract,

Fantastic experience: Wide variety of machines. Everyone’s friendly as. Staff are warm and welcoming and will have a conversation with you. Very good community to be apart of. Best gym I’ve ever trained at . Many bodybuilders with lots of experience to help guide you and give you advice/tips ect.

Environment is such a significant prerequisite for me when it comes to achieving my personal goals and global gym is definitely an environment where I can achieve those goals.The community itself is motivating and inspiring as we all have something in common and that’s to become the best versions of ourselves, many thanks to the staff that are not only accomodating but very knowledgeable!

Negative experience: The amount of people taking their shirts off to pose near me is disrespectful. If the owner can see this can you please ban this as it will deter future females aswel. There’s one boy who I think works there always doing it when I’m there so I decided to train elsewhere.

The vibe of the gym is one of a kind with amazing equipment, music and extra facilities including an infrared sauna. I recommend this gym to everyone, both beginners and athletes

Fantastic experience: Today was my first day working out at Global Gym (after a long break from physical activities). The facility looks really nice and they have a great variety of equipment as well. They have a ladies only section, which is brand new and looks great. Different from all the other gyms I've been so far in Australia, I got to meet the owner, who introduced himself to me and said I could go to him if I had any questions. My first impression couldn't be better!

Simon is always around helping people and making sure everyone is using the machines in the correct way and form. Fantastic experience: One of the best environments to train in, made by the super friendly staff and other members of the gym, not only do they accomodate to everyone of all ages but they have a women’s section in the gym which is amazing for us girls. Will recommend Global to anyone who asks!

Negative experience: They were a good gym but as soon as I wanted to cancel my membership, they needed a valid ID. As I didn’t have a valid ID at the time, the gym offered to put my membership payments on hold, I agreed BUT they stopped replying to my emails. This gym charged me a few more payments after offering to put my membership on hold. So I had to contact my bank to block the payments from them. I would love my money back but this gym seems too money hungry to reply.

Fantastic experience: I was just finishing up at frangos near plus fitness and I got a flyer from one of the guys at global gym who were so nice. We spoke for ages and decided to actually give it to a go. From the minute I walked in I could tell it was different from other gyms. No one stares you down, everyone is so friendly. I don't normally put reviews but I think this place deserved it. So keen to come back. For the lady that said they shouldn't be handing out flyers, pretty sure it's public property and I'm glad I checked it out
