Negative experience: Came to the gym at 9:30 looking to potentially sign up as a new member. Couldn’t get past the locked front door; could hear/see people inside they just ignored me. Guess they are not interested in new business.

Fantastic experience: Always immaculate, smells great and has the nicest staff. I was very nervous the first few times heading in; it was so relaxed and easy and the owner helped me with the machines a few times with no judgement. I really appreciate what you have created.

Negative experience: I've made the decision to join this gym a couple of weeks ago. Equipment and cleanliness up to standard. Very approachable and friendly staff. What drives me crazy is when you have to pay and not get what has been promised. When I signed up one of my spesific questions to the staff was if there is a shower. Yes indeed there is, but with NO HOT WATER!!!! Should my question rather be if there was a shower with HOT WATER??? Lame to say the least.....

Positive experience: Equipment not really up to date and need more space for floor work space.

Positive experience: I've been going to this gym for the past 2 years, it's changed for the better since the OMG Fitness days. Staff are friendly, they have great equipment and facilities at really good rates.

Fantastic experience: Clean and friendly gym. All the equipment you need and caters for all shapes and sizes, ages and both genders. Love the weightlifting ‍♀️ platform and the ability to use the class room when no class is in it. Allows for privacy. Great gym at an affordable not an exuberant cost.

Negative experience: I was going through the joining process online, but closed out of it to explore other options. Then I decided not to join any gym for now as I have 3 young kids who can wake up any time in the middle of their sleep. Few weeks later I find unrecognized direct debit, call the bank, and find out it was this gym. I emailed and called several times only to get a response that they’ve done nothing wrong, and my access card was ready. I asked why I did not get the confirmation via email when I was signed up (not knowingly) - never got an answer. Very strange, when they cancel the membership, I get an email straight away. I asked why I was never followed up when they prepared my access and I never showed up - no answer. The only response I got - we cancelled your membership, so we are closing your case. Just sharing what I went through, will leave the rest to the readers to decide.

Positive experience: I have rejoined this gym and they have a new staff member now. Kim has been very professional and read all terms and conditions when I went to rejoin.

Positive experience: Clothing quite expensive for range. Limited range. Prefer other stores. Limited homewares. Lots of items unavailable on line, out of stock instore, or discontinued. Sizes in sheets + colours eg. Queen sold out. Cheaper prices at other stores

Negative experience: NEW MANAGEMENT is VERY VERY RUDE... clearly poor customer service skills. Equipments are getting really old.Membership is way too expensive in my opinion in comparison to Jetts or Anytimefitness who has global locations and friendly staff. Lastly the Toilets and Showers were really FILTHY and requiring immediate upgrade for health and safety reasons.Seriously please stay away from this place if you could for your own good.

Negative experience: New management, bad service basically. Loyal customer for years and apparently counts for nothing. Taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing! There was no consideration for our 10 years of loyal business. It was never communicated to us that we were on a 10 year old promotion, until now, and even then after 10 years nothing in your email to us reflected the support we have given this business over the period. In my mind, that is bad customer service, and most people would see it this way, because customer loyalty was not taken into consideration. 10 years!........read that again 10 YEARS.....and all you offered was.......drum roll.......nothing.....you call that fair? If that's your definition of fair, then you need to check the dictionary again. You treated us like loyalty counted for nothing, and your actions reflect this. I certainly don't accept this treatment, which is why 'YOU' have lost long term clients. Have a nice day.

Positive experience: The best part about this gym is it is a 24.7 gym. You can actually go and hit the gym at any time of the day or night for as long as you wish, which is actually amazing.

Fantastic experience: Love my gym! Both my sisters and friends joined this gym 2 years ago And so I joined at the start of this year and have been there ever since! The staff are always friendly and helpful. Even the people at the gym are nice and lovely to talk too. Love how they do all different types of classes which I will soon try out haha! But overall I’ve never had a problem, and have been recruiting people to come to this gym.

Fantastic experience: Staff are amazing! Alway's welcomed with a Hello & a smile. They make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. Any question's or worrie's & they're there to answer them, or even if it's just for a friendly chat. Definitely recommend OMG First gym I've lasted longer than a year at haha!

Fantastic experience: Friendly knowledgeable staff, plenty of well maintained equipment, great fees for 24 access and classes, and any issue, however minor, has always been resolved efficiently by management. I always see familiar faces of those people who train at the same time as me. And as a bonus there is a small area for kids to wait playing and watching tv, where I can watch them while I train. Happy to recommend.

Negative experience: Do not join this gym. They will say that you owe them money 18 months after you leave and follow through with debt collectors with no letters, emails or telephone calls after you paid out everything owed on leaving. Very disappointed...

Fantastic experience: Amazing facilities! Awesome staff and lovely atmosphere

Positive experience: Just joined yesterday. Not keen on the direct debit they make you sign up for as it incurs admin fees. Lighting inside is poor, possibly intentional and it's quite dark and crammed with equipment but the fees at reasonable.

Positive experience: I use to be a member of this Gym but sadly had to leave due to moving. I only saw the staff on sign up as I trained after staffed hours being a 24 hour gym. Great amount of cardio machines as well as fixed weight and free weight area. I never attended a class or used the end room with the mural on the wall but if I moved back to the area I would definitely go back. At night it is quite dark and when the lights go out if no one else came in it was difficult to navigate back to the door to open it to re-activate I’m guessing was a timer.

Negative experience: Nice facilities and very busy. Okay if you like that atmosphere. I found the staff to be light on - no tours, no explanations on the ins and outs of the gym. And the personal training session that was meant to be included in my sign up was cancelled ... via voicemail. No follow up appointment offered. Left me thinking meh... If I wanted big chain gym feeling I would have gone to good life or lifestyle. Same price as well.

Fantastic experience: Been going for about 7 years. I love it. Its close to home. I just go in do my workout, no fuss, then im out. I see Andy and his Wife down the gym every week, they are a local Family doing thier best to provide a gym service for the local people. I would rather put my money into a local family and small business than any of the large franchises such as worlds gym or Anytime Fitness. I just like to see the small guy battling the large guys. If you know what your doing its great, all the fundamental equipment is there. Everyone minds there own business and gets on with their workouts, but if you need help, the staff are very helpful, and so are the members. If your looking for an Instagram Gym, where eyes are on you, this is not that gym. This is just a down to earth get on with yer workout gym

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Temple Fitness for 2-4 months now - I personally worked out with a staff member for the first month and he helped me constantly which was always super helpful. They recently had a staff change and it's called "OMG" Fitness - this is sad, but the equipment involved inside of the gym is extremely good when it comes to progression and bulking. Extremely good gym - highly recommend it over anything else. Great people and great staff.

Fantastic experience: Ive had a great experience with Temple, within the first week of trailing the gym, 3 of the trainers/desk staff know me by name and always acknowledge me when i arrive or they see me in the gym. The Gym has new and fresh equipment and the classes are small in size which is very beneficial! I was completing a session by myself when a staff member who was out of uniform doing her own workout assisted me with a machine, always helpful! very happy with my membership and the facilities at this gym

Positive experience: Equipment needs replacing, staff never took us around and explained equipment/safe ways to use it and the staff there seem to not want to speak and or engage. Local gym so i will stay BUT could do with a staff overhaul.

Positive experience: I have signed up recently, its fairly well setup and about to be expanded, the staff are friendly. Compared to some other gyms they are expensive and you have to ask for a program , where other gyms do it off the bat and find out what you want to do and achieve. I wasnt shown around at all, like bathrooms, lockers, equipment, so i guess i will have to find all these things myself. Ill stick it out for a little and see how it goes
