Positive experience: Great gym. Not crowded and good equipment

Negative experience: No one answered the phone during reception hours, and even after leaving a voicemail, I never received a call back despite trying multiple times on different days.

Negative experience: super old equipment and front desk never ever answer the phone

Positive experience: Nice gym. Very clean and tidy. Top quality equipment. Amenities are clean and well looked after. Staff are great.

Negative experience: Need to neuter their front desk workers. Female staff member here who will try to talk with at length/flirt with every man who walks in and out of the doors while ignoring the female guests, following them around the gym while they try to train and even out into the parking lot in some instances. Was happy to let it go until she started trying to bother my partner LOL. Super unprofessional to say the least and pretty disgusting to have to witness, to say the most. Management must not care or they'd have done something about it by now. Too bad because it really is a nice facility, double floors, lots of fans and plenty of equipment!

Fantastic experience: Been a member for a bout 1.5 years now and very happy with the gym facilities, range of equipment, hygiene and cleanliness. The best part about this gym is the people - from the PTs, to the amazing staff, and the great vibe of all the members, it's no wonder the owners call PF Hornsby the "Family Gym". Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: The gym overall is great, it can be really quiet at times if you like that. The only issue is that some of the equipment can feel quite dated but everything is maintained and works well.

Negative experience: Another simpleton company that puts its junk mail into my mailbox that is clearly labelled NO JUNK MAIL. Or maybe they are just pig arrogant?

Positive experience: Here is better than what you expected. Clean and convenient. They fix machines fairly quickly. I don't like the music they use though. Also can't see any actual cameras!!

Positive experience: Joined about a month ago and no complaints really. I don't much care for the soccer mum music but I can wear headphones I guess (Their crowddj selection is very limited)

Fantastic experience: I have been a number of plus fitness gyms and find out horsby pluss fitness is one of the best places to go. It is a very clean and has vast choices of equipments. I particularly like the treadmills which has equipped with flat TV. The staff are also helpful and friendly. Undercover car park is also bonus.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for almost 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. The staff are very informative, helpful and always up for a chat! The community that trains here is very considerate and have been an encouragement to me whenever I've trained here. The environment is very welcoming and safe which is a massive bonus. You won't regret training at Plus Fitness Hornsby!

Staff are always extremely friendly, gym equipment is clean and sturdy. The plus fitness environment is great especially for a first gym, the community and environment is really positive and is a great space to workout.

Fantastic experience: Good gym and fairly spacious with a good variety of equipment. Staff also very friendly and easy to deal with - best experience I’ve had with staff at any gym. Toilets and showers could do with a bit more cleaning but nothing major.

Fantastic experience: Quiet, clean and well maintained. Plenty of cardio equipment, free weights and weight machines. Workout videos available in private room as well. 24hr convenience is amazing.im usually out of hours but when I've met staff they have been supper friendly and helpful. Gym itself is 2 storey and photos are only of second story as there were people in lower level at time of review.

Fantastic experience: Plus fitness is easily one of the cheapest gyms and most flexible when it comes to putting membership on hold. And generally you get more than what you pay for with their little extra group work out room with on demand workouts. But Hornsby is easily the best of them I have been too, cleanest and you can see the managers go the extra mile with this one

Negative experience: I joined this membership in Padstow, the staffs introduced me that was only $13 per week and I can do the gym in different plus fitness in Sydney. This month I got email noticed from Plus fitness Hornsby as I am doing higher frequency in Hornsby (only 3 times per week sometimes nothing)and I got transferred to under their member and will changed the rate as $16.95 per week. I will definitely not going to this place anymore.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, never too crowded. Wide range of equipment in good to brand new condition, plenty of dumbbells and free weights. Always clean, able to create a playlist to play on the gyms speakers. Free underground parking is a another plus. Definitely feel safe at night.

Emily that runs the gym is hands down the greatest gym manager we've ever had. She keeps everything running in perfect oder and is legit the heart of the community here. she keeps this place spotless. Ando!! jacked tanned and juicy the man the myth the machine!! Fantastic experience: Very spacious and lots of equipment, great gym

Fantastic experience: Always friendly, great playlists, good layout.

Positive experience: Descent equipment and less crowd at night. The peak hours are what they are. The staff wasn't that helpful but then again I don't go on peak hours any more.
