Fantastic experience: Just swapped over to Pumpin and I love it! I’ve found my motivation again and have created some goals to work towards for 2025. The facilities are amazing and lots of options to choose from. I recently finished an 8 week challenge with them and it was great, super supportive environment, lots of goodies provided through out the challenge and really affordable! Cant wait for the next one! Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym and facilities, owners are very helpful and make the whole experience run smoothly! Many different areas to train with a lot of unique equipment you can’t find elsewhere locally, would recommend to anyone regardless of your fitness journey as there is something for everyone.

Fantastic experience: Pumpin Iron has EVERYTHING you could ever need. It is the biggest gym on the South Coast and is home to some amazing human beings. The atmosphere is a vibe and the members are always happy to help. The owners are very knowledgeable, professional and are always happy to help.

After taking 4 years off the gym I was incredibly nervous about joining a gym again however the PUMPIN team were so great at helping me get back into it. The creche is run at the same time as a morning class which is perfect for me - my toddler loves going to the gym as much as I do!

The membership is by far the best value for money and inclusive of 24 hour gym access, classes and using the creche. All staff are welcoming and the gym itself has encouraging & friendly environment. Fantastic experience: By far the best gym in the area, great staff, great deals, best pricing for what’s included; Weights room, CrossFit area, boxing room, cardio room, saunas, classes, 10% off supplements. Couldn’t ask for a better place to go and train, or to even clear the demons on the bad days and no matter what mood I go to the gym in, I always leave happier thanks to the staff and other clients. Couldn’t recommend a better gym if I’m being honest.

Fantastic experience: Spent a few weeks in Nowra travelling Australia. Pumpin Iron Gym has everything you need, 4 areas to work out in, and not too crowded. The staff are awesome... so if you are travelling or live in Nowra, this is the gym to go to.... will be back on the next round....

Fantastic experience: Where to start?! This gym has helped me to find my passion for health and fitness again. The staff are lovely and helpful and the environment is positive and upbeat. The best part of my day is walking through that front door. The classes are fun yet challenging and everyone supports and encourages each other. Also, the creche service is amazing, you know your kids are in good hands which makes the classes even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Workout South Nowra to anyone looking for a positive place to work out.

Fantastic experience: Awesome facilities. Staff and owners are personable and genuine about their business.

Negative experience: I've attended this gym for 3 years only because of its convenient location. The staff are friendly at the door but once you are a regular, their not really that great. I once made the mistake of walking on the downstairs area during a 3 person class that took up less then half the space and got grilled for it. The trainers also love to use up the entire space of the calesthetics room for a single client or even on their private session. If your not paying extra for private sessions don't expect them to pay attention during a conversation. This was written also with he experience of using the other gyms in Nowra.
