Fantastic experience: I joined planet fitness and I think his name was Arron who I was signed up by. He was so welcoming and friendly. He gave myself and a friend a tour so we know where to find things on our first session. I never had this experience at a gym around campbelltown before. The gym is clean and the equipment is plenty. People seem friendly. It was nice to go in and Arron remembered us checking in on us and making sure we were all good. Really happy with this place.

Negative experience: I was encouraged to reach out to other members, so I did. Upon doing this, a member complained that I said hello to her. I responded with a counter complaint about her doing this with no real reason. I was instantly blocked from the app and banned. I literally done NOTHING wrong. This is indeed a toxic, judgemental environment and you will be excluded if you don’t look the part. I suggest avoiding this gym and going to anytime fitness in the same location. Always be aware of a business that constantly gets 5 star reviews and the owner always responds . It’s a fake review. I received your response…..I emailed you. There was no reply. Membership is cancelled. You didn’t help me at all.

Negative experience: I had set up an auto-debit for my membership, but for some reason, only a fortnight's payment was debited in July. In August, the reception asked me to pay 10 AUD, which I did. At that time, I was told that there were no outstanding payments. However, today I was again asked to pay for the same July payment. I explained that I had already paid it and would provide the transaction details the next day, but I was still denied entry. In the end, I had to pay another 10 AUD and decided to cancel my membership.

Negative experience: I've been a member of gosford for over 5yrs, moved to the area and attended campbelltown for the first time yesterday. I was followed into the toilet by a male 'team leader' who insisted I come back to the desk and sort things out. I had apparently missed one payment back in March and he insisted I pay on thr spot or leave the gym. I called gosford and the woman told him it was their fault it had not been picked up and emailed me a link to pay, she also mentioned general policy is not to refuse entry unless the membership was blocked and red which she assured mine was not. The campbelltown team leader still refused to accept this and said the charge was over 80 despite the annual charge still pending. I left in tears after being absolutely humiliated. I have found gosford planet fitness amazing so will try one more time in campbelltown but am now very uncomfortable to face this team leader again.

Fantastic experience: I just joined last week, and so far, I’m really enjoying it. I haven’t had a chance to try out the Black Card Spa yet, but I plan to soon. For now, I’ve been using the bike, and it's been great. The gym is open 24 hours, which is super convenient. The shower was clean when I used it, which I appreciated. This morning, they even had free sweets, chips, and snacks—I grabbed a cookie, and it was delicious! There are small lockers outside and larger ones in the changing rooms, which is handy.

Fantastic experience: I moved from a different gym around 12 months ago and have been really happy with the move. It’s is further for me but all team I have interacted with when I visit have been friendly with a simple hello and a bye when leaving every time. Clean facilities and pro active team that appear to care about what they do makes a big difference. I recently interacted with Aaron who showed professionalism and genuine care about making a difference. Well done team keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: Campbelltown is a great place to work out .Warm environment great staff and I feel comfortable to work out in this environment very different to other gyms I have been to.

Fantastic experience: Planet fitness Campbelltown is by far the best gym I have belonged to. It has so much equipment and is the cleanest environment I have been in. Staff are amazing and friendly. The trainers go the extra mile everytime they are fun keep you motivated and very experienced, Alex and Emily are amazing. Everyone is friendly and motivate each other age is not an issue, that was my concern before I started as I am a bit older than some of the people I work out with. If you are looking to start a new journey in fitness, Planet Fitness Campbelltown is the place for you.

Negative experience: I attended this gym last week and what is horrible experience it was! do not recommend it smells like feet and the lady at the front counter was very rude she runs the gym like a prison officer and the patrons are the prisoners. There was a long line of people, I simply wanted to scan my card and go in and she pulled me to the side and was demanding to know who my plus one is mind you I have a membership that allows me to have a plus one

Positive experience: The customer service from Amanda and some of the boys are great. However, the most recent hire (not sure of their gender) is quite socially awkward and rude. I had scanned my pass the other day (mind you I have been a member over a year) and she had yelled for me to stop - in front of other members they were signing up. I asked what the problem was and they advised “you owe money” in front of other members. I asked how this was the case and they had said my card had expired two years ago (I’ve only been a member for just over a year). Anyways I had sorted it out but it was an awkward experience. This person needs serious training and I know other members of the gym feel this awkward energy from them.

Negative experience: Cancelled my membership after manger put it on hold as missing payment when I wasn't staff member embarrassed me that I'm behind of payment front of other members were in main door and wasn't missing any payment. Never back aging to this gym.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend!! Friendly staff, clean premises. Six friends all signed up together because it’s the most affordable gym in Campbelltown. Thank you Planet Fitness!

Negative experience: I'm a member and so is my partner she signed in and they pulled me up and said tp my partner where is his membership that's sus he's walking behind you even though both our memberships allow a second person for free made me feel awkward and judged even though it's a judgement free zone haha

Negative experience: Charged me $50 for 2 weeks of working out and it’s ment to be $12 how does that work?

Positive experience: Cheap membership fee, equipments are ok. Cons: dirty toilets that i often find

Fantastic experience: Great gym

Positive experience: Went as a guest of a member (which is part of the membership) was very impressed with the range of equipment and doubles of everything it seems. Not setup for power lifting or heavy lifts if that's what your after.

Negative experience: Such a horrible experience!!! I visited the gym 29th Jan at 9:30 pm One of the staff members was extremely rude (fully tattooed lady at reception). She literally shouted at me and in the end of conversation said: “Go out of this gym!!!!!” I was shocked I’m a regular member and visit the gym quite often. Other staff are very friendly However that receptionist had not only ZERO customer oriented skills and lack of basic culture, but was also literally AGGRESSIVE in her workplace I hope management will take care of this incident

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t sure about starting at the gym as my past experience with them was absolutely horrible but right from the very start the staff made me weep welcome. The staff and other gym members are all amazing and not even a hint of judgement. So if you’re looking for the perfect gym with the kindest people ever then I would highly recommend this gym.

Positive experience: Great beginner gym, staff are friendly, machines are plentiful and working. TVs always have some kind of issue and bathrooms are always disgusting. $5.00 you can’t complain though.

Fantastic experience: Just wanna give Staff member Shaurav (I hope i spelt that right) a shoutout for all his help and service on my first day there Yesterday. He was so sweet and welcoming signing me up and showing me around everywhere and explaining how to use some of the equipment i was unsure about. 10/10 customer service! Gym is clean and tidy and well maintained and lots of equipment to choose from. My only suggestions would be to implment some free weight barbells aswell as your current smith machines and some more assisted pull up machines with smoother glide. Other then that very happy with all equipment and facilities! Massage chairs are amazing and my all time favourite after a workout!

Negative experience: Joined up on Monday online & paid $14.95. Went in on Friday the same week for the first time and was charged another $19.90, the same afternoon I checked my account & Planet Fitness had charged me another $21.90. Apparently I joined 1 day before the fortnightly payment was due so I was charged infill. Spoke to Amanda @ the Campbelltown branch who was not helpful at all. Don't be fooled by the $10 or $5 a week. No Stars!! Have to put 1 or it won't post.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym with great facilities. Alex the trainer has made the experience so easy and free of judgement and has me actually wanting to go workout and enjoying the programme he has assigned me. I can honestly say I've never felt more comfortable and welcome in a gym before and that's a huge credit to Alex and all the friendly team!

Fantastic experience: The staff member, Shaurav Vinod, was super friendly when i first started and he was really helpful in getting me to come to the gym, he is the reason i have finally lost weight, highly recommend this gym for its staff.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy the range of equipment. Also the No Judgement Zone makes me feel comfortable to workout here. Staff are also very welcoming and helpful. However they should replace the lockers because they keep breaking!

Negative experience: Being charged when I didn't get a call to confirm if I wanted to continue with my sign up but I still got charged. NOT GOOD SERVICE

Fantastic experience: I was procrastinating joining a gym! Best decision I made to join planet fitness. The trainer Alex, sat down with me for a chat and came up with a workout plan. 5 weeks on the results are showing. Fantastic facilities, friendly staff, cheap membership with plenty of perks!! The massage chairs and hydrobeds are awesome and if your into classes Alex the trainer runs some great classes! Love the judgement free zone! If your looking for a gym, or considering a change, planet fitness Campbelltown is the place to go!! You won't regret it!!

Negative experience: This one star is due to such a poor contract to u gym goer I feel in the instant of actually using the gym notify by email just to be told to pay the arrears due even tho the gym was never used or entered due to medical conditions which I feel should null avoid contract due to having such a medical condition that restricts me from attending the gym I'm now facing a almost 200$ fee actually in financial hardship everyone be careful about joining its a trap even when u haven't attended FTW and that GYM and its constricting contract binding

Fantastic experience: Great gym, so much variety in equipment, best price by far for a gym membership, lovely and helpful staff, always clean bathrooms and showers, plenty of extra locker space in bathrooms if smaller general lockers are full.

Negative experience: Although the gym is kept clean and is great and very spacious, unfortunately the staff lack in customer service skills. It's such a shame because it is a very nice gym and affordable! First time visiting this gym and it wasn't a warm welcome. Once i told the staff member it was my first time there was no welcome, or any information given. Not even a simple the toilets and lockers are down there when i stood there looking lost. I was given my scan card and that was it, it wasn't like the staff member was busy either. I have since spoken to new members, i myself have had to help them as the staff are not showing them around or giving out any information. When deciding to sign up to this gym i rang up to see what time the Black card area closes on 2 different occasions i was told 10pm. However, a couple of nights ago i visited the gym, my first time and i was looking forward to using this area. I completed my workout, and it was 9:20pm. I walked into the area and was meet with a staff member, the staff member walked off. The staff member then came back to say this area was now closed. I found this very disappointing as online and over the phone i was clearly told 10pm. The staff member (Mackenzie) explained they close it every night from 9pm to do the end of day cleaning. Which is fine but i believe they should then be telling people this! I have now been several times and it has been closed form 8.3o even! After voicing my concerns i I then asked if i could just use the massage chairs, staff member said yes and directed me to them. Being my first time i was unaware that you need a code or to go to the front desk to get the chair turned on. I sat there for 5 minutes trying to work out the chairs, trying all of them. I then asked the guy next to me how to use it and he explained the code situation. He also told me he never knew and no staff member told him, a friend told him. He also agreed with me the staff are hopeless and not very helpful. I'm unsure why the staff member would even direct me to the chairs knowing i had no clue and knowing they wouldn't work? The staff member knew it was my first visit. A second staff member came in to tell me the area is closed, i then explained the situation again and also explaining the other staff member directed me to the chairs. I asked if I could just have a 5 minute massage as it wasn't even 10 to 10pm yet. Staff member then said well no cause they are 7 minute massages. I was really excited for this gym, however this as a first experience hasn't been good. I have been a member of gyms before and the customer service is always 5 star however this gym lacks it. 0 star for the staff. I thought gym staff were meant to be inviting and HELPFUL. This gym has potential in being a great gym however the staff need training on simple customer service! EDIT- To ADD to this i have also seen on the website you are meant to get a free shirt when joining.. Free T-Shirt We're so happy to have you as a member, we'll welcome you a with a free PF t-shirt. Has anyone else not received theirs or even had it mentioned to them?

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with your new gym. I have been a member of Casula and this is definitely a LEVEL UP. Very spacious, clean and accommodating. Friendly staff and affordable. Love the new equipment as well. Very happy member right here

Negative experience: The moment you fill out the form and tick the boxes, even if you don't authorise the payments, you get charged. Kirsty will tell you too bad as you have already agreed to the terms and conditions, which you should've read. The response over the phone was cold and no refund was given for 2 months. BTW, I have never attended the facilities, not once. Money hungry indeed, not a good customer service and certainly not the right way to handle issues . I would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from the staff at planet fitness Campbelltown, I recently had my fitness program individually created for me, I was given instructions on how to use the machines safely and effectively to maximise my fitness goals and had follow up on subsequent days to ensure that I was able to follow the instructions. The staff at the desk are friendly, the gym is clean and there is plenty of equipment available.

Positive experience: Gym looks great but I signed up today for the Black Card, I wasn’t given any instructions on how the gym works, in particular how you use the additional benefits of the black card, we asked so many questions and it was like getting blood out of a stone. Very disappointed in the customer service, this was the 2nd time in there to enquire about the gym and both times we got poor customer service. I hope it improves.
