Negative experience: Very bad gym. Old equipment, dumbbells are broken. If you wanna work out don’t come here. Not enough equipment and vibe is not that great

Negative experience: Worst branch i have ever visit, only one plain rod, waited 20 mins for turn even when 4 person total in gym.

Fantastic experience: Been using this gym for going on two years now and have to say that it has a very welcoming atmosphere and the staff are an absolute delight. Have had Jacob as my pt for most of my time here and he's been great to work with, very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for his clients. Couldn't recommend the gym highly enough, just a great place to workout!

Fantastic experience: Snap fitness Browns Plains 5 stars. The gym manager, Jade goes above and beyond to assist all members of the club. The support I have personally received from the Jade has been life changing. The personal trainers are always there to support, assist and encourage you especially when you need it. Members of the club are always friendly towards you and offer encouragement and a chat. I would definitely recommend this club to everyone looking for a gym.

Fantastic experience: The gym has got to be the most comfortable and family friendly I have ever been too. Club Manager Jade has made the centre very inviting and welcoming. The PT’s Michael and Jacob go the extra mile to help you achieve your journey.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 would gym again, a great easily accessible gym with all basic machines and weights available as well as toilets and showers on site with super friendly staff available to assist any questions or concerns

Positive experience: 3 stars - 1 for good parking, 1 for good space and the last is for the fact it is usually clean. Equipment is so outdated though. They need to upgrade a lot of their weight machines for example, their leg press feels like it's from the stone age doesnt even have any handles to grip onto while working out and the guard is terrible.

Negative experience: I went to check out the place, the person there followed me as she showed me the equipment etc, then as I was leaving, they told me to leave my information such as name last name, address phone number and I hadn't even decided to join, I said for privacy reason I didn't feel comfortable to just give all that information they said by law I had to do that, I gave them all the information then I looked at privacy laws and it was just not true. Needless to say I won't be going there.

Negative experience: I have a snap membership and usually train at snap fitness Flagstone but I decided to try out the snap gym at Browns plains. This gym is so small it's almost uncomfortable, most of the equipment is really old and there seems to be alot of out dated equipment I doubt anyone would use. All of the equipment is so tightly squished together in there. I found the music to be way too loud and there was barely any space to stretch before and after a workout it was ridiculous. Also the personal trainer that works there is listed on the notice board as a 'nutritional specialist' or something like that which is totally inaccurate considering he has only attained a certificate 3 and 4 in fitness and has no additional training in nutrition therefore should not be giving diet advice to his clients. That's another subject anyway. Overall quite unhappy with my experience attending snap fitness Browns plains and won't be returning or recommending this gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Great equipment and good amount of space except pick your times well sometimes peak hrs like weekdays at 3-6pm can get quite busy. Great value and you can take your membership to enter all their other locations.
