Fantastic experience: Going 10+ months, I have had a great experience at Fitstop, South Freo. The coaches are skilled, motivating, and invested in each member's progress. Everyone, regardless of fitness level, feels supported and challenged. The sense of community here is amazing; it’s a welcoming environment, making every workout enjoyable and inspiring. The owners (Benny and Aurora) have created an exceptional space. I have found Fitstop to be a fantastic place to achieve my fitness goals while being part of an encouraging community. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The best Fit stop I have been to based on the community vibe and training by both Amy and Will is inclusive and supportive of availabilities.  Ben the owner is also a Podiatrist legend. Not to mention the sauna very tempting to sign up for a full-time membership after the Very affordable month trial through the Fitstop app.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Freo and have just started my journey with Fitstop South Freo - but I'm already in love with the community and atmosphere of the gym!! Not only the trainers, but also all the members are so friendly, welcoming and supportive! Having played a team sport my entire life, I love having a group of people around me to work on fitness goals and improve together! Through the programming of the sessions and the help of the trainers, I have so much fun improving my overall strength and cardio performance and being able to work on complex movements. Thank you for creating this beautiful space where working out is definitely a highlight of my day! :)

Fantastic experience: I started coming to Fitstop south Fremantle a year ago. The thought of getting back to the gym after having 3 kids was really overwhelming for me. Aurora and Ben were super encouraging and with some coaxing I started coming to a few of the social Saturday classes before i officially signed up. What I found was beyond what I could have ever imagined for a gym. everyone is super welcoming and supportive and there is a babysitter on site that hangs with the kids! The 9:15 class during the week has been a game changer for me because it means i Can do school drop and still make it in time for the class. As an added bonus, Ben and Aurora are always going above and beyond organising ice baths, breath work, and free coffee on Saturdays; constantly going that extra mile to help build a community within the gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Fitstop South Freo for 2.5 yrs and still enjoy the atmosphere, the team and the training. Having had a quite a bit of experience in the health and fitness industry I can confidently say that South Freo are one of the best in the industry. Good quality trainers who take the time to support members and meet them where they are at in their fitness journey. The training schedule provides a nice blend of resistance and cardio so you can set up your weekly timetable to meet your needs. I think the best thing about this studio is the community. Nice people, great vibes, a genuine care from Aurora and Ben to make you feel welcome and members events that provide the ‘above and beyond’ support that helps you feel like you’re part of a group. Thank you to Aurora, Ben and the trainers alike, being part of this community has certainly provided some very welcomed enjoyment over the past few years.

Fantastic experience: I love the Community and Culture in SF. The owners have built an amazing community in South Fremantle with people of all ages wanting to live that healthily lifestyle. I absolutely love going there, and even though I work away, they always go the extra mile to make me feel welcome and send me a message if I haven’t been that week for a bit of accountability. It's hands down one of the best gyms I've trained at. They do great events which is a great mix of health and well being as well as dance off at the games day celebrations. The training layout is pretty awesome. It's not CrossFit, which isn't for everyone, and focused on strength and conditioning while still incorporating the main lifts and cardio. I think this is a great way to start training, especially with the friendly owners and trainers supporting you in beginning or growing your fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t step foot in a gym for over 4 years before joining Fitstop South Fremantle. I felt so nervous and worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up. Instead, I was welcomed with open arms and encouraged by not only the coaches but the members there too. There is such a sense of community throughout the gym and I’ve made some life long friends. I’ve now been here over two years and feel the healthiest and fittest I’ve ever felt, and that is down to the ongoing support and encouragement. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Long overdue review but very well deserved 5 stars! Been coming to this gym for over a year and have never been more consistent or motivated to keep turning up. The trainers, classes and people all make it for what it is. Highly recommend to anyone who hasn't lifted weights before & feels anxious in a typical gym environment, needing to improve their technique or improve their overall fitness. There is more much variety in the classes than just lifting but was the key reason why I started and so so glad I did!

I've not only improved my fitness here but also made lasting friendships. If you're looking for a gym where you're not just a member but a valued part of a community, this is the place for you! They don’t just get you fit they make you feel part of their community and often invite me to staff parties and events. Fantastic experience: I am from Adelaide. Have been temporarily working here since the beginning of November (but living near South Freo since the beginning of January). I really needed to find a gym to keep myself occupied and get back in shape after a bulging disc injury flare up a year ago. Aurora, Ben, Will, Anton and Aimee have all been nothing but kind and inviting at every visit. It's beautiful to walk into a gym and be called by your name (by the way, I prefer Nat over Natalie ). It adds a personal touch which is greatly appreciated! And not to mention the quick motivational message to keep me on track when I have missed a few sessions (Thanks Ben! ‍♀️) I do enjoy Crossfit/HIIT workouts but it's not for everyone! But if you're wanting to try it, South Freo FITSTOP is definitely the place for beginners through to the elite! Other members (and the trainers, of course!) are always accomodating to help everyone out (especially the beginners!) I have always felt welcome (by staff and members) and have enjoyed (most) workouts!!! Thanks, South Freo FITSTOP Team! Keep up the great work!!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent and safe environment with high-level coaches❤️. Fit Stop has a great group of people who motivate each other to step out of their comfort zones, free judgement. Fantastic experience: Great little gym in South Freo! Everyone is super friendly, the owners and the trainers have curated a nice community vibe. Wasn't sure group training would be for me but it 100% has pushed me to a new level of fitness and id recommend it to anyone. The regular ice baths and coffee mornings are also a lovely touch. Aurora and Ben you guys should be proud of what you've got, it's pretty good!

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend this gym enough!!! There is such a wide variety of classes which are there to challenge you, from heavier lifting classes to red face sweaty sessions, and even recovery stretching. Despite how hard a class might be, I always leave so excited to come back and do it all again. The trainers are amazing, always there to assist with technique and are super motivating. Since joining this community, I now have the motivation, better technique and love for training which I would have never had gained from training alone at a regular gym. If you want to invest in your health I would highly recommend Fitstop South Fremantle.

Fantastic experience: I started at Fitstop South Freo on a trail to see if it’s something I’d like and let’s just say after 3 classes I joined and became a member. The classes, the trainers and all the members are great and so supportive and encouraging and have pushed me to levels I didn’t think I’d ever be able to do. I feel stronger, fitter and happier since starting my fitness journey and wedding shred and it’s all thanks to the Fitstop team, my friends and other members for the support and push I needed. Cannot recommend this gym enough, well priced, great class times, awesome atmosphere and lots of fun!
