Stepz Fitness Cleveland

Fantastic experience: I‘ve been training at stepz for almost 4 months and enjoyed everyday. Shereen and Josh are the kindest people I’ve met and I felt comfortable and supported every time I’ve went to the gym. I’m really thankful I got to experience such a nice community in a gym. ❤️ if I am ever back in Australia I’ll definitely come back to stepz!!❤️ Thank you for the amazing months

Fantastic experience: I joined Stepz Cleveland a little under a year ago. I find it a very friendly and inviting gym where everyone is welcomed and I do not get overwhelmed. Josh and Shereen do an amazing job!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since 2019 and, during this time, this gym has been well looked after and maintained. Josh and Shereen are the new owners and you can see they are totally committed to making this a great place to come and have a weights session, do some cardio work, or participate in a fitness class. A lot of new equipment, and watching Josh vacuuming the floors, is proof to this point. The members are pretty nice too which makes for a good all-round experience.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! The environment is welcoming and the staff and owners are genuinely friendly. The vibe is pretty chill, and you'll find lots of friendly faces around you. In comparison to other gyms I've been a member of, this one has been my favourite! I got a great weight program from Lachlan, a personal trainer at the gym, who is super knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this gym if you’re looking for a new gym :)

Fantastic experience: I have been to almost every gym in the redlands area and I can honestly say Stepz Fitness at Cleveland is the best by far. It has such a great atmosphere and brilliant equipment. Has everything you need for all of your workouts! The group classes are also so fun and motivating! Josh and Shereen are so helpful and friendly to everyone who walks in the door. They are the nicest gym owners and have done an amazing job at creating such a fantastic space to achieve your fitness goals!

Fantastic experience: I am the first to admit that I am not a gym person. All previous experiences have left me feeling rather unfulfilled and disappointed. However, I am proud to say that that has now changed since I began attending Stepz at Cleveland earlier this year. Wow! What a difference! As soon as I walked in I was overwhelmed by how genuinely friendly and supportive both managers Qi and Yin are! They are sincerely interested in the health and wellbeing of all their clients and constantly go out of their way to ensure your gym experience is both beneficial and enjoyable. Everyone is greeted by name at the door and they are always there at a moment's notice to support you with the equipment or to simply have a chat. You certainly feel valued as a person here, rather than just a number. Together Qi and Yin have created a relaxed, friendly and supportive gym environment which is honestly a pleasure to come to. They offer nothing but encouragement and zero pressure. Everyone is valued equally, regardless of age or ability and there is none of that superficial #$!* that most other gyms seem to foster and promote. I never thought I'd feel comfortable and actually enjoy the atmosphere of a gym, but at Stepz Cleveland I really do. Yes, the equipment is good, but like any business it's the quality of its people that make the real difference and that's what makes this gym a cut above the rest!

The gym is well equipped with everything you need to get a great workout in a comfortable, clean and air conditioned environment. I always look forward to having a workout there. Fantastic experience: Always clean and tidy. Enjoy being able to work out here. Staff have been friendly. I visited several others gyms before selecting Stepz as it wasn't so busy and full of people standing around or sitting on equipment that they weren't using.

Negative experience: Low end gym run at minimal cost and never staffed. The staffed hours on the door aren't the real staffed hours and all the contact numbers never pick up the phone, even on weekdays. Gross incompetence of staff means sometimes you'll be charged and still have no access to the gym. Go to goodlife instead, they actually answer phones.
