Positive experience: Great little gym …has updated their equipment ….and is very well ventilated . Friendly stuff too.
Positive experience: great experience but i really wish that it was a bigger gym. the price is too high considering there is no student discount which is funny because it’s surrounded by schools and there is not punching bags which is unusual for a gym

We are definitely on the smaller side of spaces however we have recently updated all our equipment to suit as many types of training as possible. Negative experience: It was my choice of gym even though there were issues. As a team we constantly tried to fix it. I gave in a lot to this gym from reporting issues on time to replenishing soft facilities and fixing loose benches. I don’t think they appreciate it. In addition many of the members are here just for convenience but now they are re-thinking that because the atmosphere has changed a lot in the recent weeks. The cold towel cabinet also disappeared without any warning not forgetting other constant surprises. The subscription does not align with the service any longer . Attrition is growing in numbers. I wish them luck despite …….!!!
Negative experience: Very plain gym. Good luck trying to cancel they will do everything in their power to continue charging you. Much better gyms elsewhere with an atmosphere
Positive experience: The gym is fairly well equipped, I think they are doing the best with a fairly small space, but I have to drop the score because: - no matter where you are in the free weights area you can’t avoid the televisions constantly blaring scenes of violence from the slums of Melbourne the night before (or worse yet, children’s cartoons). I’ll never understand why gyms choose to blast their customers with adverts on tv screens 24/7 - the cleaners coming in the middle of the morning rush and vacuuming under my feet while I’m setting up for an exercise. I simply wont come back here in the morning because of these cleaners
Positive experience: Well organised and good quality equipment.
Negative experience: Some staff are hopeless, I spoke with one this morning about people just sitting on equipment for ages playing on their phones not training as I wanted to use that equipment, I was totally dismissed. If this is the attitude I won’t be signing up again nor will my wife as she has recognised this as well, very sad.

Fantastic experience: An amazing club to be a member of, great machines, well maintained areas, and a great community. The gym manager Brayden also makes your stay at the gym great and hes a top bloke! I always find myself having a chat with him about anything and those little things are crucial in keeping customers around, I know for a fact that my experience at the gym and interactions with Brayden on a daily basis means ill definitely be with snap for a long time to come.

Positive experience: I’ve migrated to Altona North , so I haven’t been here in awhile until today! Parking area is busy due to the shopping centre.. Like every other gym afternoons are busy … Club manager was nice and greeted me upon arrival and occasionally interacts with everyone .. Bathrooms smelt bad and no storage for coats , big duffle bags or work boots. Gym is quiet small with limited equipment , which causes you to rush your sets because others are staring you down for the machine lol or you’ll often see groups socializing around equipment with no intention of using it .. The franchise itself is GREAT and affordable!!

Positive experience: Clean and tidy gym. Machines are always in immaculate condition. Pricing is pretty competitive as well. Good for self motivated people who don’t need group classes.
Fantastic experience: Not sure about the peak hours , but very less people early in the mornings. They got everything one need from cardio to strength training. Ample parking space

Positive experience: Not a bad little gym. My main concern is that there is no maintenance carried out on the equipment. Loose bolts on benches and sticky slides that need lubrication. When I raised it with staff, he couldn't do anything because there is no tool kit. I even had to improvise with a sticky slider by using hand moisturiser because there is no lubricant in the place. That was weeks ago. Disappointingly nothing has been done about it.

Fantastic experience: Was extremely impressed by Marc’s communication style and he’s genuine intent to try and find the right fitness and health solution for me. As it happens, I was after a group based service Wadih they don’t currently offer, but I very much appreciated that he pointed me in the direction of a few other local gyms to consider. He acted with integrity and as I said to him, if it was based purely on connecting with the trainer, I would have signed up for sure.
Negative experience: Strongly not recommend to this gym, they keep charging you even you don’t want to be with them anymore, and require you pay for two months during which you have no access to the gym.

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym 2 months ago and I am really happy. Snapfitness Point Cook is an amazing and clean gym with heaps of cardio and workout machines and equipment. The staff is very friendly, specially Mark who is the manager. He is very helpful and dedicated.

Fantastic experience: We were previously at good life and had the worst experience when it came to membership cancellation. We are currently relocating and wanted to pause our membership at snap fitness. Management shown from Mark was second to none. Really appreciate your efforts! We will most likely sign up again to the local snap club now when we move thanks to Mark.

Fantastic experience: Friendly vibe at this gym. Abhi, the personal trainer built my confidence and helped me with technique. He makes sure to check on your progress and I very much appreciate his honesty and the fact that he is not all about selling but just wants to help you with whatever it is you need. I got my mum to train with him too and he makes sure to modify the exercises to adapt to each person. Highly recommended!
Fantastic experience: Only 3 weeks into my membership and I'm already calling the place home. The gym is well equipped, 24/7 and hella convenient, and managed by awesome staff. I requested a temporary Personal Trainer to show me how to how to use the machines, however PT Abhi came through and has pushed me to my absolute best - and is still going. Goes above and beyond scheduled sessions while also checking in outside the gym. As your PT, your wellbeing goals becomes his mission. Best in the business and incredibly thankful for his guidance in approaching a fitter/healthier lifestyle. Appreciate y'all snap fam xoxo

Fantastic experience: The club manager, Alex, has transformed the place! She pays attention to detail and it really impacts the experience of using the gym. She makes sure that the gym is clean, smells fresh, that everything that breaks get fixed promptly, and has even made changes to the layout of the equipment for better flow. She and the PT, Abhi, put so much effort into their Instagram posts for the club, too, which helps create that community feeling.

Fantastic experience: Came in and saw Olly, only to ask for rates. However Olly was just interested in helping me and understanding my goals, that the rates no longer mattered as I felt like this was the best gym to be at. I cannoy endorse Olly enough for his role this gym, always smiling and eager to help answer all my silly questions. Definitely recommned this gym, 5 stars for sure :)

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Gym is busy but not overcrowded after work, with plenty of parking available. Equipment looks new, well maintained, and clean. Weekly cost is quite low, and can access any Snap Fitness Gym around Australia at no extra cost. Highly recommend the place!

Negative experience: Firstly the one rating is not for the gym but the behaviour i received from the staff today otherwise the gym is really good, and at a very convenient location. I have been using this gym in point cook from a month now and today I entered the gym with my brother who is also a member. When I started the gym the staff (Lucy) called me and asked if I'm a member and show my access card. I went and got my access card and she checked in the system and said that I'm not a member here She asked my first name and last name and said we don't have an entry in the system and I sneaked in with my brother to use the gym for free. and was asked to prove that I was a member and I showed her the credit card statement, the payment was done on the 9th July 2019 for $33.15 Is it my mistake that it was not entered in the system? to be surprised I reached home and checked the contract and It was the same staff Lucy who signed up me a month earlier and has not updated the system correctly So I demanded to cancel my membership from immediate effect and charged another $31.90 which I have also paid so technically I paid $65 for the gym and used it for 10 days and was accused for sneaking in With this behaviour as a customer I really felt humiliated/insulted where my integrity was questioned in front of other members of the gym accusing me of sneaking in to use the gym for free.
Hi Srikanth, We’ve looked in to the situation and can see that our staff had followed procedure in order to confirm that you were a member. As part of your membership you’re required to bring your access card and scan it on the front door each time you wish to enter the gym so that we can confirm you’re an active member. We can see that Lucy had actively tried to search for your membership in the system through various ways and eventually found your membership noting that the name had been slightly misspelt in the system. This process is not to humiliate anyone and we do apologise if this is how this situation has made you feel. There are often times where friends can try to bring in non-members not being aware that this is against policy which is why this is monitored closely by managers to ensure everyone scans in on entering and all members are provided with the satisfaction of knowing that everyone in the gym are paying members and also to ensure member safety. Our cancellation policy is 30 days’ notice and you’re unable to cancel the membership with immediate affect due to the terms and conditions on the agreement that has been signed. You’re able to continue using the gym during this notice period and I have arranged for our regional to give you a call to discuss the situation and hopefully put your mind at ease that this is a normal process followed and was not in any way done to humiliate you.
