Fantastic experience: Body Shape Warringah Mall is everything a gym should be - community oriented and uplifting. I regularly come to this gym because of the welcoming atmosphere they provide and it has transformed my outlook on exercise as not something to change how my body looks but something to strengthen my health, mind and spirit ❤️

Fantastic experience: I recently joined BodyShape after searching for a gym that had a variety of classes and a supportive environment. Bodyshape has provided that and more. Prior to joining I read a review in which someone had said they had issues booking in for classes during the trial. This was NOT my experience. I had no issues booking into classes during my trial (or since) and have found the instructors to be wonderful and encouraging. Cannot recommend this gym highly enough

Fantastic experience: Body shape gym has been awesome for me. I e toned my body , I’ve made new friends, I love my interaction with the instructors who are ultra committed, on task and so helpful and friendly. Likewise all the front admin staff are super helpful- especially Erica ! and I am really impressed with the support given to charities and world health issues and programs to lift ourselves. The gym is clean and comfortable and the added extra little touches such as hair straighteners, the occasional treat such as fruit platters and the obvious intention to continually improve by providing new equip Ent and classes is AWESOME ! Fantastic experience: The recent 24/7 access + equipment upgrade makes this women’s gym the whole package. I’ve been at the gym for over 2 years + the classes have been consistent, + with the variety of instructors, class times + class types, you’re bound to find your perfect fit. The memberships are priced incredibly well considering what’s on offer. The gym floor is smaller so does fill up quicker during peak hours like any gym but outside of those hours it’s fine + the upgraded equipment is great. The classes definitely have a more community feel + the members I encounter are always so welcoming, supportive + encouraging. As are the front desk staff. As cliche as it may sound, this gym has been my happy place since I started. I have met some of my favourite people through this gym. It’ll always be a gym I look forward to going to as a place to get stronger, connect with my friends + enjoy me time whether that be on the gym floor or classes.

It’s the first gym where I have found comfortable and confident in using machines I wouldn’t normally use, the vibe is really nice and everyone is super friendly. I have the fitness passport so can use plenty of other gyms around the northern beaches but I always find myself coming back to this one :) would recommend

The trainers are all super motivating and there is overall just a great vibe all around. Love the 24hr opening hours too, never thought I’ll hit the gym 3 times a week but it’s so easy thanks to all the variety of classes they have, there is always something on for every mood, so much fun!

Fantastic experience: Such a great fitness centre , the staff and yoga / pilates teachers are always so friendly and welcoming .Great yoga and Pilates classes for all ages and varying levels of fitness and such a nice atmosphere there . Very good gym also .

Negative experience: I have been a member since 2020 but now you can never book into a class and if you do book the class can be full as others don’t book in and just turn up - so you cant get in on the floor as their is no space! There is no system to check if the correctly booked member is allowed access to the class. It is free for all. When you attend an early morning class and the trainer is chewing gum and disinterested you don’t feel motivated at all. I have placed my membership on hold - was still charged - have tried to cancel previously months ago only to be told you have to attend to the gym to sign a form physically and that additional classes will be added so just stay a bit longer …so more $$ charged for months and no classes available to book into. To say i am unhappy would be correct. I always find the staff lovely but there is something seriously lacking at the moment with the level of service with membership. I now have had my membership canceled as i didn't respond to texts and a phone call and threatened with an additional charge for my fob if not returned- I am just out of hospital from surgery and will return my fob when i can drive again. I am feeling very disappointed to be honest that this has ended up like this.

Negative experience: I had a7 day free pass to try it out. All the classes were booked more than 7 days ahead. They have too many members or not enough classes. When I let them know why I wouldn’t be joining at the end of the trial they offered me another 7 days and I pointed out that the classes were going to be booked out for those days too. I now go to Manly Swim Centre, also cheap and classes can only be booked 3 days in advance. I set my alarm For 7am and get to do the classes I want.

Fantastic experience: Body Shape female fitness in Warringah Mall is such a friendly relaxed space. They have a good variety of classes, a gym plus special extras. I have totally enjoyed the shiatsu massage & the red bed light therapy. If you are a fitness passport holder you can book classes here, not all gyms permit F.P members to book into classes. I am not a true gym goer but as Shape has a casual vibe I feel comfortable here! Give it a go! Recommend

The instructors are the best and go the extra mile to ensure you are on the right path! I can highly recommend the yoga classes! I have done yoga all over the world and I can am very impresswd with the level of expertise.

A few have mentioned how convenient the location is as well. Managers and staff of bodyshape must be doing an incredible job because word of mouth is hard to come by these days.

Fantastic experience: Have been a swimmer all my life and gym has never been on my radar!!! Decided I needed a change of routine and decided to jump outta the pool and into something else! Walking around the block was my new gig for a few months and then that flopped so decided to tour a few gyms which quickly confirmed that gym wasn’t my thing! Decided to tour one more gym and that was BODY SHAPE! After my tour I was sold! Still hesitant and little unsure if I was going to get into it, and then my first week or 2 in I was set! I had found my place! Classes aren’t for me so I just cruise in and do my own thing and love it!! Feeling great!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been quite anxious going to a gym. I was recommended to go check out bodyshape and when I did I signed up instantly and been loving it. Friendly and welcoming staff and there so many classes to choose from, all the ladies are friendly and people love to help out if your not used to using equipment. Also the crèche is amazing it’s great for the kids yet again the staff are absolutely amazing in there and I feel comfortable leaving my children without any issues

Positive experience: I think the atmosphere of this gym is 10/10, and perfect for beginners of all ages to get experience with weight lifting in a pretty much completely judge-free/ ego lifting-free atmosphere, with no unwanted stares. Some points of feedback would be that the gym is quite small, which in any other instance would be a problem but because not that many people go it's not a big deal. However, I think unstaffed hours should be considered, because some people work late and can't get there early, especially on weekends. It's very annoying getting all the way there and realising it's closed because it's Sunday, or getting kicked out of the gym mid set (Which has happened multiple times). If those concerns aren't a problem for you I would 100% recommend this gym, when I first started out it was the best gym I could have asked for. However, now that I'm progressing, and for those who are becoming more advanced lifters, it might be time to switch to a bigger gym, with unstaffed hours. (Also a big thanks to the lovely body-shape team, you're all lovely!)

She always knows how to create a good atmosphere, even in the worst wether she brings some candles and creates the most peaceful and calm atmosphere. Fantastic experience: James was fabulous in taking me through all the options the gym has to offer. I think the teachers are very professional and I love the freedom of women’s only, all ages (and no matter what level of fitness you are) you are very encouraged to push yourself out of your comfort zone in order to get fit !! I think it’s a fabulous and dynamic gym and it inspires and motivates me in coming to the exercise classes.

Fantastic experience: my all time favourite gym. i’ve been going here since start of 2017 when i was in year 8 and was at my heaviest (84kg) and have been regularly weekdays after school since then to now! (2020 year 11) i self taught myself the ways around the gym and found exercises to do without any trainer and i’m now at 63kg and lost 21kg and feeling and looking my best ever :) i still think i might book a personal trainer one day! thank you for being so supportive and sweet every time i walk to workout ! xoxo

Fantastic experience: I've been with Body Shape Warringah Mall for 6 months. I have lost 3 kg without changing my diet and I can fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes! All zumba instructors are amazing! Pilates with Tanya is also great! They offered 3X 30min personal training sessions when I joined. Claire, the PT, thought me good exercise that I could do alone.

Fantastic experience: I didn't like to go to gyms before because of the smell, and a lot of guys around... so I discovered Body Shape, is a female only gym, really clean and nice smell, just nice womens around, nice environment, a lot of options of classes, good equipments... just perfect.... So now I go to the gym at least 5 times a week... =) I love it!!!
