Fantastic experience: Really good gym with new equipments and nice staff

Negative experience: I originally joined this gym when it was Outfit24 under manager Tom who was a nice guy. And they had some trainers and things were good. After the pandemic this was sold to new owners and new name PumpUp Fitness. Clients were automatically transferred. But new/current staff make it difficult for people to leave. They want emails, after that you get a form. Which you would think staff at reception could hand out. Everything done to milk out as much money as possible. I won't bother recommending this to anyone. Money is their only priority at any cost

Fantastic experience: Top tier gym love the vibe, the best equipment, the friendliest staff!. Such a great place to go train. Finally a good gym that doesn’t have out of order signs on the equipment, if something isn’t working, they literally fix it straight away. The owners are always around and love to have a chat. Lots of parking spaces out the front too. Could not recommend this gym enough

Fantastic experience: Well, this is my gym , so I'm gonna have some good things to say about it. It's small and not always crowded with people. Depending on what you actually want in a gym will determine whether Pumpup is for you. Being a smaller gym, they don't have heaps of the same machines at your disposal, but they do have a nice range of things to get your workout done. I find the atmosphere to be nice, with people just wanting to get their workouts done. The facilities are nice and clean. They have all the right creature comforts, lockers, toilets, TV's, fans, and drinks machine. It's a 24-hour gym ️, so if you're someone who likes being able to go to the gym at any hour of the day. That is also a bonus. The staff I've met are friendly, membership is reasonable but the one thing I'm crying out for is an abductor machine, they don't have one Other than that, I find the place pleasant, in a good location, and convenient. Take a look and see for yourself.

Negative experience: I’ve been a member long time here they called me agreed on a price then when I went they increased the price.

Negative experience: My 12 month contract finish 10 months ago. I went their personally to stop my membership and lady at counter told me they will stop after that i called them 3 times but they still diduct money for 10 months. This gym people need to stop rip off people Really poor management

Under his expert guidance, I have been able to achieve more than I ever thought possible. Aaron has been an amazing trainer, and it has been an absolute pleasure working with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone who, like me, needs professional guidance and support in their fitness journey.

Negative experience: Had a 12 month contract, they kept taking money out of my account 2 months past it, contacted then about it and said they will charge me 1 more month then they will stop, absolutely never coming back here again, very money hungry

Negative experience: Doesn’t have equipment you want and even if your contract finish in 12 month they still charge you for extra 1 month which is scam don’t recommend this gym.

Negative experience: 100% dissatisfied. Do not have a good customer service and just think about their own benefits not customers problem!!

Fantastic experience: It's a nice gym with two separate areas. Mostly people go to a separate section for a leg workout and a main area with dumbell rack with multiple machines. Plenty of parking for people and a nice open park next to it if you like to go out and walk or run before workouts.

Negative experience: Everything is good in this gym the only thing I experienced there is the owner of the gym he talked to me very rude, I have never seen such a rude behaviour in my entire life at any gym or in industry. That makes me to cancel my membership there !

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym early this year and its one of the best decision i made, Aaron has been kind and friendly and has helped me with my training and weight loss journey, the gym has good equipment, also more equipment has been added this year and it is a clean gym.

The gym has an excellent range of equipment and facilities to help you on your fitness journey. Aaron is excellent at communicating and always ensures all your queries are answered! The pricing is also super affordable.

Fantastic experience: Recently decided to join a gym to get myself back into shape after little exercise in 2 years. After several tours of gyms in the area, I decided that Outfit 24 was the best gym for my needs. The gym is a warm and friendly environment and have received tips from other gym members in regards to technique which has assisted me in my workouts. The manager, Tom, is a legend and is always up for a quick chat and keeps the gym in peak cleanliness at all times. Furthermore, it is incredibly affordable. For anyone looking to join a gym, I would hands down recommend Outfit 24.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Outfit24 after coming from another gym that was not a good fit for me. Best decision I have ever made coming to Outfit24. The staff are just wonderful friendly and so chatty, you can always be up for a quick chat with Tom! It is by far the cheapest and CLEANEST gym around! Tom is on top of the quality and cleanliness of his gym as well as his regularly maintained top shelf equipment! I have been with Outfit24 for just over a month, from following Toms advice and a few small dietary changes I have lost 5 kilos already! You can expect a friendly chill environment, clean and regularly maintained gym equipment, lovely staff and well priced nutrition then look no further, outfit24 is worth every cent and every kilo you gain or drop :)

Fantastic experience: I have been training at outfit24 Cranbourne for approx 9 months .I attend regularly and really enjoy the warm,friendly atmosphere.Tom is accomodating,polite and above all professional in this industry .The facilitiy is very well maintained through out the day .The trainers listen and take the time to answer any questions you may have .

Fantastic array of equipment despite being a small gym. 24hr access is amazing. Only concern is everything is yellow which is really jarring, especially since I don’t wear my glasses while training!!

Fantastic experience: My partner and I have been going to PARC Frankston for almost a year, and have been looking for a gym close to us for a while! FINALLY found a PERFECT gym! I am very anal about how clean the place is and the atmosphere.. Both are great! You will be greeted by the owner (Tom) whom I absolutely loved from the second I’ve met him! He is the friendliest and sweetest person you’ll ever meet!! The gym has every equipment needed for your workout, wether you’re doing legs, chest or yoga, there’s everything for everyone’s needs!! So people, COME AND JOIN!!! You won’t regret it! Plus the personal trainers Michael and Brendon are EXCELLENT!!

Fantastic experience: Been with this gym for ages and was able to meet 3 managers/owners. So far, the gym has the best manager/owner that it has now. Tom has been very accommodating with most, if not all, members and always caters to what the gym and members need. A lot of new equipment have been added since the gym was brought up too! It is true that it is just small, but it has enough equipment for ones weekly routine. And add to that their very clean, 5 star toilet/shower room! Hope this gym maintains all the good stuff or at least lessen the bad ones. Great Job Tom and the outfit24 team!. (Y)
