Fantastic experience: I trained at the studio for two weeks while visiting Melbourne and had a great time. Felt very welcome by Zoe and Caleb and the trainings and equipments were very good. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at three F45 studios, and all have been good, but Brunswick West is a clear standout. The trainers bring a great energy to the classes, and I’ve found them to be really helpful and attentive towards rookies like me who easily fall into bad form. And the studio membership is quite friendly — more social and chatty than others I’ve belonged to (though if you want to come in and quietly work hard, you won’t have any issue with that here either). The alternative pricing structures to the usual pay-per-week model, such as the 5- and 10-class passes, was one reason I started trekking across suburbs to attend this studio. But I kept coming back because it’s such a good one!

Fantastic experience: I have tried out multiple F45 centres over the years and this one is by far the best. All of the staff are so friendly and always go out of their way to give me alternative exercises to accomodate for my injuries. They're extremely responsive to communications and overall good fun! Highly reccomend F45 Brunswick West!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to F45 Brunswick West almost from its start. I love the community vibe Ben and Ania have created. The trainers are so supportive and it’s such a fun environment, even for an oldie like me! I’m almost at 1000 classes and I can’t imagine not seeing my F45 family every morning ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a lot of different f45 locations while traveling around Australia for the last month, and this was my favorite by far! Everyone was so friendly, even after they learned that I was just passing thru (and so wouldn’t become a member)—which isn’t really the case at all the locations. The owner also has major Ted Lasso vibes, really nice, cutting it up with everyone, challenging you to little competitions. And of course, the work out was killer.

Fantastic experience: Fun, friendly and challenging training. Everything you need is set up for you for each session. No more waiting for gym equipment to be free or having to think about what exercise you are going to do next. All you have to do is turn up and the trainers will motivate you and take you through it all. Lots of class time options and set cardio/ weights and mixed days. It is an awesome team and a great environment for people at all different levels of fitness. I am in my 50s and the trainers are always able to help my modify down when I need to, but also encourage me to push myself when I am able. Highly recommend people to give it a try!

Fantastic experience: Although i've only done a few sessions with the F45 Brunswick west team so far, i've probably had my best experience coming back into the functional training style after a year. They thoroughly help when you need modifications or general help with an exercise and motivate through working with you not just with words. Love the vibe and energy of the team and the members!

Fantastic experience: I train at B.West F45 6 days a week and honestly, I love it. The environment the team have created here is incredible. There is something for every level of fitness, and everyone is encouraged to do their personal best, regardless of where they are at. Fantastic experience: I’ve been doing F45 for 4 years now, which is incredible because I normally get really bored with exercise! Fantastic experience: F45 Brunswick West is banging. Love the trainers - they are friendly, knowledgeable, unintimidating and non-judgemental. Each session has equal parts fun, improvement in technique and encouragement. Owners Ben and Ania run a slick operation and every session I attend feels like walking in to a second home. Have been to a few other F45 locations around Melbourne, this is the most welcoming and enjoyable. Not ready to say that I enjoy the pain yet... but close to it!

Fantastic experience: I almost don't want to write a review for F45 Brunswick West to tell you how good it is, because then you might come along and take up all the beautiful wide open space of the studio! I've visited a bunch of other F45 studios and this is the best I've been to. Fortunately it's also the closest to my house! The studio is immaculate with all new equipment and tonnes of space. The trainers are all experts and 100% encouraging and supportive. Finally, the community of people training in the studio is amazing, a wonderful friendly, inclusive and diverse bunch of people.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and knowledgeable trainers, ample parking close by, always clean and neatly set up for next group of F45ers. There's more than one toilet and even a cold water dispenser (it's the little things that count). Love that everyone stretches together at the end. Great community.

Fantastic experience: I started training at F45 Brunswick West about 6 weeks ago after a long time of not doing any exercise. I immediately felt welcomed and supported by the trainers. It's a great space with top of the notch equipment! The friendly atmosphere and wide variety of classes is incredibly motivating. I'd definitely recommend this studio to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Like most people I've trialled a few F45s and Brunswick West is easily the best one by far. It isn't boxy or pokey like some and the trainers are great fun and know their stuff

Fantastic experience: Amazing location, amazing gym & the kindest & most welcoming staff and members! I joined F45 Brunswick west a few months ago and have loved it since day one. These high intensity 45 minute workouts leave me feeling amazing (and sweaty). Definitely recommend for everyone :)

Fantastic experience: I am so glad that I decided to do a trial at F45 Brunswick West, because after the first couple of days I knew that I wanted to join the Brunswick West team.
