Positive experience: A nice gym with a friendly receptionist (her name is Tracy or something). She's really nice and professional. About the gym I think it is nice, as I only use the equipments like half hour a day and barely use other services. But I feel like the air condition can be stronger.

Positive experience: Only problem here is one of the gym members. If u come here long enough in the evening, you'll see a specific individual of around Indian decent who always wears tight pants and top. He wears glasses and has a beard, and he has terrible gym etiquette. I've been going to the gym for years and have never seen someone as rude as him. You ask him how many sets he has left and he'll just shoo you away and his ego is through the roof. Gym staff should educate his etiquette as it annoys many gym members.

Negative experience: Disappointing experience at Club Lime, exercise caution before considering a membership. There is a severe lack of space, creating an uncomfortably crowded environment that compromises the quality of workouts. Safety and hygiene concerns in such conditions are hard to overlook. Plus, the management is bad, they find ways to charge more. Don't fall for their first 4 weeks free offer or membership free offer. Nothing is free, they will charge you everything, the moment you want to move to another gym.

Negative experience: When you join everything is easy but to cancel membership is extremely difficult!! My husband has health issues and sent you number of emails to cancel his membership but nothing happened. I can’t believe what is so difficult !!! Just cancel it. Simple. They will keep charging you. Head office info clublime is totally useless. Online chat just robot. Manager advising login online but your online system doesn’t work. Impossible to cancel your membership!

Fantastic experience: Pretty good actually. I'm not sure how it will be in a busy time, but Sunday afternoon it was great. The change rooms were surprisingly clean compared to others.

Positive experience: Have experienced some hiccups with admin in the past to do with payments and especially when they do ‘special deals’, but these all got resolved eventually and their customer service is friendly. The actual gym functions great for my personal fitness needs. The only ‘issue’ would be the womens lockers - somehow most of the lockers (there's 50+ lockers) are always taken even though there’s no way there’s that many women in the gym. I think members may be using these lockers as general bag storage. This is a bit annoying because it takes many tries to find an empty locker. I do realise it’s difficult for them to manage this though… There's also the limited opening hours but that's been said again and again, I've learned to work around it for it to suit me.

Positive experience: Great Gym, Community is very friendly, Friendly Staff and PTs, only thing lacking is the amount of squat racks the facility has, you sort of have to wait a long period for the hope of getting to one especially on the busier nights, would be nice to see more in the gym, as well as Boxing bags and more bodybuilding equipment.
Negative experience: Hours are very limited, closing at 10pm on a weekday is ridiculous and as a result tends to get super busy right before closing which makes it impossible to freely workout. Staff are friendly and nice. Please look into turning this into a 24/7 gym.

Fantastic experience: A group of friends and I have been with this gym for a year now, and we're overall very happy. Yes, it can get pretty busy at times, and longer opening hours (especially during weekends) would be nice, but the equipment is very new and well serviced, all staff members arr very friendly and helpful, everything is clean and the vibe is good.
Positive experience: Great location, great facility and friendly staff. Only issues I have had there over the last couple years are the membership and debit payments. Difficult to end your membership, as you have to attend in person, they do not accept membership termination via email, makes difficult if you move far away. Payment debits can be a bit speratic and often are a few days off the previous which can be annoying for personal budgeting.

Negative experience: My under age minor was permitted to sign up online without parental consent. When brought to staff attention they happily cancelled the membership but kept the money that was charged. We did ask how membership proceeded without consent and were told “someone would have picked up on him being underage eventually”. Conveniently, allowing online sign ups which require account details is trickery. A minor cannot legally be held to contract. We have sought legal advice and will be pursuing this matter further. Exercise extreme caution with this gym.

Positive experience: Great equipment and very clean. Please put in a big boxing bag in the spare function room it would be awesome. Otherwise nice staff and great location. They have never been rude to me since I started there. If you had just a big bag ( boxing ) I’d give 5 stars

Negative experience: - Not enough equipments in proportion to number of members - Not transparent regarding fees - Late fee penalty too high, and is deducted without any warning 0/10 would not recommend. There are better options at and around Rhodes.

Negative experience: I wish I could say this is a great a gym to go to as I live and work in Rhodes and it’s decently priced (unlike xactive), However, unfortunately the owners think it’s okay to treat me like I’m some peasant and disrespect me to my face. It Is truly quite sad as their staff are actually quite the opposite (friendly and nice People). Negative experience: THIEVES. I stopped being a member of this gym when it was Gfitness and when the new owners took over they decided it would be okay to continue to take money from my account. Not only did they take money from my account during lockdown (when I couldn’t even go to the gym) but they also never informed me of the account rollover (I didn’t give any permission). Worst part was that when they opened up again they told me I had to cancel with 1 month in advance. Stealing another 84 dollars unrightfully. Months have passed and I continue to have problems as the owners refused to give the $200+ they stole from my account. THIEVES. Do not recommend to anyone unless you want to support this very unethical business corporation. Hard to believe there are many club limes.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym
Positive experience: Nice gym, however it is quite small and during peak times it gets quite packed and you gotta start lining up for equipment and weights. Most people who train here wipe up before/after using which is nice. Some of the reception staff don't seem that friendly and will not even look at you when you enter/leave the gym. Unfortunately, there is no 24hr access to the gym, despite it being fully capable of doing so. The opening hours are rather restricted, even more so on the weekends which is very unfortunate. I find that it is rather unfair to charge us ~$60 to use the access app but not allow us to use its 24hr access capability. How about charge us when you finally go 24hrs.
Negative experience: Terrible. No air conditioner and ventilation. Very unprofessional staff members. Left one day 5 minutes into a session because we were dripping with sweat due to lack of air con, to be refused entry weeks later due to a previous incident. Unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: i’ve just joined this gym & 100 percent am happy with it, staff are awesome always has a smile on their faces. Solid Equipment, Clean & i love how there is hair dryers & straightens in th changing rooms (i don’t know if this is normal in Australia as ive come from New Zealand & haven’t seen this before lol :-) super convenient) New to th area Rhodes & glad this gym is just a walk away. I cannot wait till they have classes going.
Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, new equipment and open format much better for those who don't need classes. Automated entry system allows quick access. If they had 24 hr access it would be perfect.

Fantastic experience: I don't know what the previous review was talking about (Liao) but Club Lime Rhodes recently bought GFitness (who have been in Rhodes under one ownership for 15 + years) They shut for a few months due to Covid right when they were meant to close to refurbish for the new brand so they could only start renovations once covid restrictions lifted. All members were notified of the changes before handover which took 2 months! So it was 7 months from notification of handover before Club Lime actually opened. Surely you would have figured out that your membership has continued into the new ownership by then?
Negative experience: Cannot remember how many times this gym has been renamed and change owners. I guess It never attracted a good number of customers due to the limited class and spaces. If not it used to be the only gym near my home, I wont attend it. Funny part is that the gym can shut down for renovation (not for Covid ) and change gym brand freely, but it doesn't mean your contract's break with them. you will automatically pay once they decide it is time to reopen with the new name.
Positive experience: Parking's a bit hit and miss but the equipment is in great condition and it has every machine you could hope to find.

Positive experience: Decently sized, clean gym with completely new equipment, just needs some classes like the other Club Limes. One trainer in particular is quite unprofessional and obnoxious, but everyone else is pretty good. Reception staff are helpful and friendly. They let underage kids do personal training classes here on the weekends too, which I think is quite weird and a bit uncomfortable.
