Fantastic experience: Joined the gym after moving to Gladesville and every time I have visited the gym, always been welcomed by staff member Kristy and Ant's beautiful smile. Great atmosphere, well looked after gym equipment, including hygiene. The staff, both Kristy and Ant, are very supportive, understanding to your goals and training needs and very friendly by nature. They definitely will keep you motivated and support your goals. Simply a great environment to be for great workout session. Highly recommend it.

Positive experience: Been going to for just over a year. Staff are really lovely and been very happy with our recommended PT. Place is kept clean but starting to look a little dated. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a friendly place to get your exercise done.

Fantastic experience: OMG where do I start, I guess it's at reception. I dunno know about you guys, but a powerlifting babe in peak condition can make me weak at the knees, Kristy is one fitness babe worth checking out. Then the babes that attend here is a selling point all on it's own. The gym is always squeaky clean and the gym crowd is just so inclusive and awesome.

Fantastic experience: I transferred from another Plus Fitness to Gladesville due to a new job in August last year. The gym has all the gear needed for a good workout and the PT sessions from Kristy just add that extra touch and motivation. I have not felt this strong and fit for a long time after only 5 months of training. I love it!

Fantastic experience: Easy to join, access to all the equipment you may need and whilst smaller in size it makes up for this in atmosphere. Friendly community, knowledgeable trainers and great customer service.

Positive experience: Clean and functional with on duty staff that can advise about fitness and technique. Enough equipment to perform a standard weights/cardio routine but minimal space and equipment for more 'cross fit' style routines. Most clientele get in, train, and get out so not a particularly social gym but means less waiting for people to finish on equipment whilst they finish their conversation. The amenities are basic; shower, toilet, sink so tricky to train and then head into the office without stopping back home first. Overall, if you know your routine, like a clean gym without the background fuss of heavy weight training clanging about or a trainer on a microphone then this gym is exactly what you have been looking for. -- 5 Treadmills 3 Exercise bikes 3 Steppers 2 Row machines 1 Squat rack 1 Bench 1 Smith machine 2 Leg press machines Full set of free weights and bars. 2 Combined shower/toilet Around 6-8 security gate parking spots.

Positive experience: This review is based on my experience checking the place out and not as a member. Despite being located within walking distance from where I'm staying, ultimately this place had way less going compared to the gym I eventually joined (a good 15kms away). Here are the things I didn't like about Plus Fitness Gladesville : - the place is tiny and there aren't many machines or room to move around - it's dark and feels claustrophobic - in order to benefit from their free trial, you'll need to fork off upfront for the fob and will supposedly get a refund if you decide the gym isn't for you - quite expensive fob, joining fee and fortnightly payments What Plus Fitness has going for it: 24/7 and that's it.

Negative experience: I discovered that they have been taking money out of my account for the last YEAR and a HALF when I asked for my membership to be cancelled but Kristy verbally said they can put it on hold until I come back and reactive it. And I signed the form and never checked again because I trusted them. Kristy said it's my fault for not checking my back account.. How about you stop tricking and lying to the members? A courtesy phone call if they didn't check show up for the last 18 months like other professional gyms do? Isn't that a basic management and customer service?

Positive experience: Crazy for Plus Fitness 24/7. Even though it’s not that large or fancy like others, I feel relaxed, comfortable, and confident being in the Plus Fitness Gym Gladesville. One thing that always annoys me is that I can’t switch off the music while doing cardio, especially using a treadmill. If Kristy helps me in that regard, that’ll be awesome. parking, personnel, quality, trainers, management, and lastly, a completely hygienic gym. One thing I miss is the water faucet.

Fantastic experience: I visited Plus Fitness Gladesville for the first time to enquire about gym membership. The staff is very friendly. Kristy, the manager answered my questions patiently. And Bec the admin person called to check how I'm going and how I'm finding the facility that is available.

Fantastic experience: Plans are cheap/flexible, 2 week notice to cancel, no joining fee etc and the staff are really helpful. Ticked every box you're after and the gym has everything you'll want.

Fantastic experience: What can I say! That’s the best gym I have ever been. It’s not because it’s massive and it’s not because there are fancy equipments. Don’t get me wrong equipment range is more then enough. The thing that makes it so perfect place to train is the staff and the community. You never feel you are judged, if they sense you are down or don’t want to train because of lack of motivation they motivate you and make some jokes to get your mood up. Going to that gym is my favourite part of the day. It’s like a therapy. I genuinely love this gym.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym, the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, such a friendly community and Kristy the club manager is always so friendly and helpful with anything you need. Equipment is always kept clean and maintained, I have never felt so comfortable training in a gym before as I do here.

I have had a most pleasant experience when signing up thanks to Kristy, who is really welcoming, friendly who went above and beyond to help. Thank you Kristy! Would highly recommend the gym to anyone as it has everything one needs to train.

Negative experience: Been a member for a long time purely because of its convenient location. Very small and over crowded. Gets very frustrating when wanting to complete a workout. Doesn’t matter what time of the day you go either.

Fantastic experience: Switched gyms recently due to more days working from home and I have not been disappointed. Kristy is so welcoming and kind. The gym itself while on the smaller side has everything you need and enough room to maintain social distancing. The space is always clean, I always manage to get on the equipment I am wanting to use and I feel very comfortable working out here as the members are friendly and from all walks of life. I really enjoy training here ✨ Thanks for creating such a great gym

Positive experience: Normally there is enough parking nearby. The range and type of equipments are sufficient for this gym. Clean, nice and friendly place especially the staff. Kristy is helpful and professional, she cares about your well-being and doing your exercises in an efficient way. I enjoy my training program, thank you Kristy. Would be better to have a water fountain, more toilet, more and different size of dumbbell and weight plates.

Positive experience: Such a friendly and CLEAN place. The staff are friendly and they are professional especially Kristy. Music is not very loud and irritating:) while you are doing exercise. You don't need to be worried for parking spots:)

Fantastic experience: Hands down the most friendliest welcoming gym I've ever been a member of. Everyone from the owner down are legends and I've never had a problem with the air conditioning in the 4 years I've trained here. Cant recommend this gym enough!! Kristy the manager always goes the extra mile for members.

Positive experience: The gym is clean with enough equipment. It doesn't get too crowded. There is enough parking nearby. The only negative is they don't have a water fountain.

Negative experience: Went to this gym yesterday and definitely won't be returning. One unisex toilet, no water bubbler, no 1.25kg weight plates and very minimal equipment. Smallest gym I've ever been to.

Negative experience: Aircon is never working. I normally not the type to swear but when I enter this gym it’s like I’m entering a sauna. Fix the aircon!!

Negative experience: No fans or aircon. Super tiny. Good basic gym for beginners I guess. There's no water fountain/dispenser. Limited parking.

Negative experience: Heavy handed customer service skills. If I could give a 0 I would. The worst customer service I have ever received

Fantastic experience: Clean, friendly staff, good equipment. I been a member here since i was a pup for about 7-8 years now. Easy to make friends, a gym where you don't feel paranoid, no one tries to make trouble with you, you'll never see people walking around with invisible lat syndrome like the other gyms.... The staff will honestly take the time to help you out if you need help, they'll look after you 100%

Positive experience: Very small local gym. Usually quiet and clean.

Negative experience: The owners don't really care about the gym. Lacks a lot of essential equipment and is really small
