Fantastic experience: The gym is amazing staff very friendly and helpful classes great and the gym is even better than ever since they recthe new equipment. Its a very friendly place to work out 24/7

Positive experience: Add a punching bag then the gyms perfect

Negative experience: Old equipments. Not safe as some gym members are throwing weights after use

Fantastic experience: Picked up a 24/7 tag as a part of my fitness passport a while back. Woman who served me was super nice & welcoming. Gem of a spot to get all your training in without fuss, clean & well kept equipment/facilities.

Fantastic experience: My sister’s card was malfunctioning and it didn’t work (before corona) for a solid month, but the way the staff handled the situation professionally, really made this Plus Fitness stand out the most. The staff are extremely kind as well, the one only thing thing that I don’t like is the water fountain being removed, but it honestly makes sense when you’re amidst a pandemic. 10/10

Positive experience: Same as any other gym only there cause of my physio for a work injury Not a gym freak not a body builder so when my time is up then is my gym sessions

Fantastic experience: Absolutely friendly and professional staff, gym facilities are always clean and there are a large variety of equipment for use.

Positive experience: Great gym, equipment and friendly staff. That been said; it is probably the busiest Plus Fitness I have been to. Treadmills have a note for limit of 20 minutes, so if you are planning to train for a marathon you must find a gym with no time limits. Even at 4:30 am it's sort of busy.

Fantastic experience: I was a member of this gym for close to 2 years. The only reason I canceled my membership is because I preferred to go to a gym that had more equipment. That's no knock against Plus Fitness 24/7 Saint Marys because at the time I was there it was 100% fulfilled what I needed at the time. I've read horror stories regarding people at other Plus Fitness 24/7 gyms saying they "canceled" their membership yet they were continued to be charged. I simply followed their policies and I had no issues canceling my membership and have not been charge beyond what I was told. Plus Fitness 24/7 Saint Marys is a great gym with the essentials for a good work out and to maintain an active lifestyle. No complaints from me!. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Negative experience: Im a fitness passport member new to the area. Was refused entry during staff hours becauses i didnt want to buy the fob for after hours entry untill i use the gym to see if i was happy with the equipment ect. Fitness passport pays for my entrance but i was told if i dont buy the Fob i either cant enter or i have to pay the causal visit fee. Very unhappy with there customer service. And will be happily gyming else where.
