Fantastic experience: This is by far the best gym in the Riverland for multiple reasons. Equipment and the facility is great for someone who wants to lift traditional or go more class style. They offer both, gym is clean and tidy They offer good classes and trainers know they’re stuff The staff there are also the nicest people I’ve ever met, I got to know Nikki and Bailey during my time here (I was here in a project for work) and they were by far the most accomodating and kindest people I’ve ever seen staff a gym. Will recommend this place 10 out of 10 times over for anyone training in the Riverland around Berri, Renmark Paringa etc Thank you guys!

I am a professional natural body builder and came to renmark for a holiday I was quiet impressed with fusions fitness range of equipment and set up. It had everything i needed to follow my strict training plan and the staff let me in early which was also a bonus.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending the group classes and love them! I feel challenged and pushed in every session and love the variety of exercises in each class. Dally has taken the time to provide me with advice on stretching and technique to improve my overall performance which has been very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Cross Fit Renmark & Fusion Gym for 10 months. When I started Cross Fit i thought i would give it 1 month to see if i liked it. Well its like a drug, head coach Dally is so inspiring with his coaching ways, if you can not perform a exercise he will modify it to suit the individual person. This is carried through to his coaches who have the same coaching techniques. The great sportsmanship from other members makes the box a great place to be. Dally also set me up with nutrition, 20kg lighter & feeling great. Age is no barrier give it a go you will feel great.

Fantastic experience: I was very hesitant to try CrossFit but I’m really enjoying the scaled workouts and look forward to building up strength. Dally is also helping me with my nutrition and mindset that has been my weak point in the past, I’m benefitting from going to classes. And it’s lots of fun as well

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at CrossFit Renmark. The coaches were very welcoming, and the community atmosphere of the classes was even more so. Always put a lot of emphasis on technique and form which for me is always a sign of good coaching. The facilities are top notch as well with all the classic CrossFit box bells and whistles maintained in pristine condition. The 24/7 access suited me perfectly as I wasn't always able to make class times due to work, so I'm glad I was able to get my daily WODs in around my ever changing schedule. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great Gym. If you're a beginner or a tried and tested athlete you will get a lot of the CrossFit classed. The Open gym is also great. 24 hour access makes it easy to get a work out when you're squeezed for time.
