Anytime Fitness Diamond Creek 24/7 Gym

Positive experience: Great set of life fitness equipment, but no air conditioning?!?! In response to the reply: I was in your gym a couple nights ago, using the weights section and could only see the fans, unless theres air con in the cardio section? If there is air con its either not working very well, or was turned off, because it was damn boiling last night when I was there.

Negative experience: I have incorrectly been charged a dishonour fee for the past 6 months since signing a membership contract. After contacting anytime fitness I was referred to debit success ( their external payment agency ) and then referred to my own bank for information, as they were quick to shift blame at every turn. I have provided all documentation that I was asked for. I have followed up not only with my own bank but also anytime fitness as well as their payment agency and still no resolution. There has been zero accountability from Anytime Fitness as well as minimal assistance in investigating the issue further their side. This company does not care for the individual, nor have I found them to put the health and wellbeing of their community above their interest in maintaining their funds.

Fantastic experience: Good range of exercise gear on two levels, with weights on both levels and rower and treadmills on ground level. Change rooms with shower on your level. One toilet, no shower, grind level. Staff during staffed hours always alert n helpful. Good compliance with usual gym rules, including returning weights to racks. Good security.

Fantastic experience: Changed to this gym after moving since late April. I mainly go after 8 pm on weekdays. The gym is very clean and quiet. I can always have a peaceful hour there.

Positive experience: I go at night time so can't comment about the staff as they are not in. The gym is kept clean and they have bought more equipment over the years. It's not a big gym, so it's better if you go at non-peak hours. You can control the music from a limited selection of Spotify tracks by using the mobile app CrowdDJ.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Anytime Fitness DC. There are usually enough people there that is has a good energy but never enough that you are waiting around for a piece of equipment. It’s super clean and full of quality equipment. On the rare occasion that something is broken it is always fixed promptly. The staff are awesome and have created a fantastic environment for all members to train in.

Fantastic experience: Been a member at AF Diamond Creek for a little over 12 months. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and willing to help and even have a chat if you want. Equipment is in brand new condition and clean as is the premises. Temperature is set nicely too. Keep up the great work.

Positive experience: It feels like there is less exercise equipment space than the older location but it is on one level and brand new. Lacking a seated calf raise and poorly set lat pull down cable indicate some simple limitations compared to other gyms.

Positive experience: Good gym, the music is way too loud though. I struggle to hear my music when I have my headphones in.

Negative experience: if you sign up with a contract make sure you get everything in writing or record the conversation. i had a 18mnth contract which ran out 2 months ago and am still being charged. at the time of signing up i was told if i ticked a certain box on my contract that the contract would not continue to roll on month on month and just end. they are now trying to tell me i need to give 30 days notice so they are going to charge me an entire month because my notice runs 10 days into that month. they will scam you for every dollar they can. the amenities are sub par anyways, you are better off going to snap fitness.

Fantastic experience: Great place to train. Large variety of up to date equipment and generally clean. Most weights are put away and equipment is regularly serviced. Probably one of the top 3 gyms in Diamond Creek.12 month membership is cheap too.

Negative experience: Most of the 5 star reviews for this business are fake. Take a read through them and you can see that they all promote the exact same businesses in Queensland, eg: Case King. A clear violation of Googles review policy and misleading to the community. I have used this gym in the past and found the equipment, etc to be fine. That counts for little however if you treat your members as disposable. I don't believe their behavior is representative of Anytime Fitness as a group - at least not in my experience. I hope this club improves with time but I'm not holding my breath.

Negative experience: Felt like I was bullied into paying money, threatened me with all sorts of harassment, and harassed me at the same time. They told me I was contracted to them, however could not come forward with a contract that I had signed, only ones they digitally printed my name to. Business is all about making money, But abusing people’s privacy and harassing them over false claims is not a good way to go about it. I write this review only because of the volume of people who have complained on a Public Forum this week in regards to this gym, and I feel it’s current rating is unjust. This gym needs new management. It’s a shame.

Positive experience: Best gym in the area but the new fit out makes no sense. Placed all the treadmills bikes etc facing a wall, they used to face the great views of Diamond Creek. Strange decision.

Negative experience: BEWARE BEWARE THIS GYM SIGNS UP 16 YEAR OLD CHILDREN STILL GOING TO SCHOOL ON 12 MONTH BINDING CONTRACTS....LEGAL YES....BUT IS IT ETHICAL NO....AND WHEN THEY DO LOOSE INCOME THROUGH LOSS OF PART TIME SHIFTS THEY ARE OBLIGED TO PAY OUT THEIR CONTRACT....PLEASE REVIEW YOUR POLICY....16 YEAR OLDS GOING TO SCHOOL ARE UNDER ENOUGH PRESSURE WITHOUT THIS UNSCRUPULOUS BEHAVIOUR.

Negative experience: BEWARE!! Bad. Don't go here. These people didn't honour an agreement to provide free PT sessions on joining. I waited almost 10 months and still nothing despite calling and filling out their webforms.NOT one person even called me to discuss. My bank advised me to not pay the bill and see if they contact me. Sure enough they contacted me when they didn't receive a payment. They verbally harassed me . Now it has gone to debt collectors. I would have paid out the contract had they taken off the cost of the 3 PT sessions that I never received , but they wouldn't agree to it. Further to that, they were so rude and were completely unwilling to help. They eventually offered free Pt sessions to make up for the months of not getting back to me yes. However, by that stage why would anyone want to step foot in an establishment which lacks ANY kind of integrity or customer service at all. After over a year this is still going on.
