Cityfit Fitness Club Bathurst

Fantastic experience: Just joined Cityfit and I'm overwhelmed by the great staff that has been so helpful taking time out to show me all the gym equipment. Classes are fun and instructors are lovely. Pool facilities are great and I can with no doubt recommend Cityfit. Jess makes a great coffee too Happy I joined. Change rooms and showers are a great bonus.

Negative experience: Most instructors are great. But OWNER is NOT accommodating to special needs children. For 12 months my child has been building up his confidence in water with great teachers. Unfortunately when our teacher was away, the owner took the class and destroyed 12 months of work in a 30 mins class. She actually insulted my special needs child after he broke down in her swimming lesson after she pushed him too hard. She was unwilling to adjust HER swimming teaching style to suit a special needs child. My child broke down when he heard she was teaching his lesson again. When I rung to inform them we would not be attending while she was teaching lesson, she turned around and said. Well that's you kids problem. I did everything right. He told them to do it, they chose to do I didn't force them. No empathy at all! Disgusting behaviour from a "professional " HA!

Fantastic experience: I've been swimming at cityfit since moving to Bathurst about 7 years ago. It's an awesome pool that is always the perfect temperature and always has lap lanes available no matter what time of day. My 4 year old daughter is swimming like a tadpole thanks to their professional swimming instructors. The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially every time I ring to ask them to please check the change room for my goggles slash cap slash swimming costume slash other item I've managed to forget. Thank you cityfit!!

Fantastic experience: My family have been members of Cityfit for almost 30 when I was in primary school. Now three generations of my family regularly work out at Cityfit or go to swimming lessons.
