Negative experience: Great equipment, although no air conditioning?? And broken fans?? Extremely hot environment to be in during summer. Also no treadmill or stair master

Negative experience: There aren’t AC it feels like a sauna very disappointed.

Negative experience: We just cancelled my wife’s membership after a very disappointing experience. Unlike other gyms, such as Anytime Fitness, this gym apparently has an issue with members taking video calls while working out - even when done respectfully and without disrupting others. We initially worked with the staff to find a compromise, and they agreed she could continue her calls as long as no one else was in the frame. However, they immediately reversed their position when another member became aggressive and even threatened to “deal with it herself” if the gym didn’t take action. She had been taking calls for six months prior without a single issue, and as soon as it was raised she tried to reach a fair compromise. It’s completely unprofessional and cowardly for the staff to have sided with the aggressor. This isn’t the kind of environment anyone should feel comfortable in.

Fantastic experience: I train at Lime Thomastown twice a week with Omar my trainer . Over thirty years of utilising the services of various personal trainers, Omar would have to be the most knowledgeable and competent of all of them .

Fantastic experience: Great gym, always clean, more than enough equipment. Weights are always where they're meant to be and easy to find. Staff are incredibly helpful, and there's a really comfortable vibe in there. Plenty of parking in front, around the back of the building, and across the street. The app to access the building is straightforward and has information on how busy the gym currently is. Good prices for a 24/7 gym, and they usually have good sign-up deals.

Fantastic experience: Would literally give this gym 10 stars if I could. Decant gym, well equipped, solid rang of newish equipment, clean and tidy and very rarely busy when I train and the best part, the aircon is always on even in winter which is amazing and rare for a gym… I can push stupid weights and not feel like I’m in a furnace.

Positive experience: Great gym! Great equipment. Only thing I can say is maybe a few personal hygiene posters up or maybe a friendly reminder email sent out to Members about it as there’s always a bad scent of BO walking in and without aircon it’s only gonna get worse come summer.

Negative experience: No air conditioning, no treadmills, no stair master, Non existent communication from customer service and senior management, increase in membership without the equipment mentioned, extra cost at using other franchises in the area and only having access during staffed hour. Club lime let me remind you that without the members you do not have a business so empower yourselves to learn custom service skills so that you stop treating your members like numbers. It's fair to say I am more than not happy and would not recommend this gym/s to anyone. Thanks for the 1yr of service but time to move on.

Fantastic experience: Club Lime Thomastown is an excellent gym that I would highly recommend. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant workout environment. There is plenty of room, ensuring that you never feel cramped or crowded while exercising. The gym also boasts nice new equipment, which adds to the overall positive experience. Although I haven't had much interaction with the staff due to my early morning visits, they have always been friendly and helpful when needed. The gym is not overly busy, so you never have to wait for equipment, making your workout sessions efficient and seamless. Overall, Club Lime Thomastown provides a fantastic gym experience. With its cleanliness, ample space, and well-maintained equipment, it is a great place to achieve your fitness goals.

Negative experience: Very disappointing customer service. They sent an email on 27th September advising the Thomastown Gym was going to be closed from 9th October till 28th November, giving customers 11 days of formal notice (that’s not the issue). I first contacted them on 2nd October and asked to place a hold on my direct debit as I didn’t want to keep paying for months it’s closed. Ashleigh, from Member sent an email on 6th October confirmed that she has suspended the direct debit until the gym the reopening of the Gym. However, I got charged as normal. I rang their customer service and they asked me to liaise with Ashleigh as she was already handling my query. I sent an email requesting a refund to my bank account and I received an email back advising that money was credited to my member account to cover the membership when the Gym reopens which I never agreed to and she completely ignored my refund request (twice). That’s not all, I then sent an email on 6th of October asking if there was going to be any fee if I cancel my membership which Ashleigh never replied to. I then sent a reminder on 17th October to advise what I need to do to cancel the membership, Ashleigh then replied that I have to give 28 day notice period to cancel my membership and if I am to cancel my membership they will have to charge me for 28 days. I understand the notice period policy if the Gym was functioning as usual and I agree with the charges. Why do we have to keeping paying as for the ‘notice period’ for a Gym that’s not open for customers? Club Lime only gave 11 days of notice on closure but want the customers to be paying for a closed gym. How is this fair? On top of that, they have the worst member assist team. When I asked why my initial query on cancellation was ignored on 6th October, the reply was, quote-unquote,“Furthermore, there are various modes of contact to Club Lime and if this was a pressing question for you - why did you not reach out to us again to clarify?”

Negative experience: The workers at the gym are lier’s Nor do they clean & sanitise the equipment yuck!

Negative experience: Worst company’s I’ve ever dealt with, stryve was great however these guys don’t know how to operate. I’ve asked for my membership to be cancelled & paid my exit fee. Its been 3 weeks now & are still taken funds out my account, i spoke to a female that told me that it was cancelled & closed to find out this week yet again money has been taken out. Very disappointed & Furious!! Pathetic service, been lied to multiple times!!

Negative experience: Most of the equipment is broken or doesn’t work, and the people that work here are absolutely useless never going here again

Negative experience: Overall my experience with the service, equipment and general facilities was very poor. Most of all, the false entry fee advertisement and rude management with very abrupt style was just unacceptable. The gym was dusty, the desk was unmanned and once arriving I was charged $20 for a casual session when the window displayed $8. 0 star rating for this facility!

Fantastic experience: Been going here for about a year. Good gym, good vibe, heaps of space and equipment. I'm a PT and I rate it. Boxing facilities are good; as an ex-boxer I think their setup is all you need for boxing / Maui Thai. The boxing classes held here are really good. Affordable and easy going gym.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, lots of equipment and machines to use. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. People just determined to smash out a workout then head home. The gym has pretty much everything you need, also very happy with the new glute abductor machine.

Fantastic experience: Stryve is the best gym in the world. It has the best vibe, awesome atmosphere and the friendliest and most approachable staff members around. Both Rahmi and Sunny are absolute legends! Whether you train in martial arts or weights, the gym caters for everybody. Personal trainers John Cera and Steve are highly recommended. Worth trying if you want results. I travel over 30 minutes to get there. Believe me it's worth it.
