Fantastic experience: Banger of a gym..been to many..and this is best so far..no pretentious people with the phones taking selfises etc..staff are friendly and inviting..relaxed atmosphere..feels more like a family gym than anything..

Negative experience: You have 48hrs to return your trial card or they won't give you the $50 back. Despite being in there within the 48hrs to discuss pricing they chose to not tell me about the return of the card expiry. When I tried to return the fob the response was "you signed the small print". I was not provided a copy of the T&Cs. I just want to make other people aware of these misleading tactics.

However, our policy clearly states that the trial fob must be returned within 48 hours to qualify for a refund, and this information is highlighted in the first light of the document signed by yourself. Unfortunately, we did not receive the fob until three weeks after the trial ended, which is why we were unable to process your refund. Fantastic experience: Good location, parking available. Most of the equipments inside the gym. I like it as it is not crowded

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with this gym due to poor communication and unclear policies. I was told that I would have to make payments myself, but they withdrew money directly from my bank account without notifying me. When I tried to cancel, I was informed I would need to pay for an additional 14 days, which was never mentioned when I signed up. I ended up paying more than expected, and overall, I found the service misleading. Be cautious before joining.

Negative experience: Very poor service, wanted to cancel my membership, then they freeze it for 6 months and trying charge more money from me to cancel the membership. Threatening me that they take me to to court. Very bad customer service and trying to rip me off. Never deal with any anytime fitness anymore.

Negative experience: It's now stuffy and NO ventilation. Gets very crowded between 6 to 10 pm.

Positive experience: Great gym but would be nice if management could do something about nobody re-racking their weights as everytime I go there there's plates left on most of the machines or just lying on the floor next to them.

Fantastic experience: Hello, Anytime Fitness need a better system of replacing broken or non-functional equipment. It seems someone higher is stingy on providing a reasonable budget to get things replaced or upgraded. Also free up your personell from the sales obligations and actually hire a sales department that works on aggressive sales. From the time I've been with Anytime Fitness here in SA the turnover rate for the gyms staff is atrocious. Outside of that everything else is above expectations!! The Churchill team is top notch!

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible. They transferred my membership to themselves from my suburb club forcefully without any prior intimation. They also increased my rates by 40% without any warning until I noticed in my bank statement. Talked to them and the staff didn't have a clue about their processes and bluntly refused to help. Stay clear everyone.

Negative experience: Plz don't go on that gym really they don't know how to talk and behave to their customer and me and my partner moved to Victoria regional still paying without any used and even we do cancellation and pay cancellation again they send us invoice of 18 dollars really not good please don't go there

Negative experience: Been to allot of anytime gyms in my time and this one is definitely not a good one unfortunately. The gym is extremely small and the sheer stench of bad body odour can be overwhelming. No one seems to care about hygiene and wiping the machines down at all. Maybe the staff aren’t enforcing these rules? I don’t know, either way some automated air fresheners would help this place out greatly.

Negative experience: I didn't really like the layout of this any time they also lack some gym equipment
Positive experience: Nice place very big, went there for my younger brother's Wake couple of weeks ago apparently it was his and his wife favourite pub they used to play alot of pool there.

Fantastic experience: Almost all equipment for all sorts of workouts are available. Pretty clean and neat. Staff is friendly,and comembers seriously carryout their workouts. Very encouraging environment. .
Negative experience: I cancelled my membership 2 months ago but they didn’t cancelled they freeze my account and after 2 months it again started deduction in my account. So they charged 80$ fees + 58 cancellations .

Negative experience: Such a bad management in place. They tell you it’s no contract and stuff, but when you go in to cancel the membership they’ll charge you. I cancelled my membership with them couple of months ago and they recently charged me their monthly fees because apparently it wasn’t cancelled. And now when I told them the story they don’t wanna listen and asked me to pay their monthly fee to cancel the account. Such a terrible place. Will trap you in some kinda problem to get your money

Negative experience: After freezing my account for a certain time.I was still charging $$$. Even tho by letting them know that my account is freez still they refuse to corporate and being very rude over the phone . Small gym and Smell of sweat stinks . I’m taking my money to else where.
Negative experience: Once of the female staff member was absolutely rude...just has one small query relating to membership; she was abrupt and almost acted like she was doing a favour with her presence. Terrible service.
Positive experience: This is not my "home" gym but as Anytime Fitness members can use any other AF gym, I come here often. I have read the other reviews, but have not experienced any of that. I have not come at night time, only day time. It's usually pretty easy to get on most machines during the day I've found. The air con seems fine to me also. For the times I've been all I can say is I'm happy at this gym and have had no issues.

Negative experience: Obsolotly ripping off pepole. I singed the ongoing catract with them but the never xplaine me how it works. Always busy . Hot and stink every time even in the morning. Not recomended for no ones.
Negative experience: I used to come here everyday. Standard has continued to decline with a string of new managers & staff. Over 2 weeks with aircon not working at all in the middle of summer. After making an observation about it being a sauna rather than a gym on Facebook late one evening, I was summarily blocked from their page. Constant battles with the fat sweaties over fans - they would rather sweat & stink it seems. Over this place. There's much better in the vicinity
Negative experience: Before it was good but it has been a few weeks that the environment is getting worse. They do not turn the air condition on and also the water cooler. Secondly it smells very disgusting inside the gym and feels so warm in fact much warmer than outside. After many requests and complains, no action taken yet which is so bad.
Fantastic experience: What a great gym, staff are excellent, many gains were made.
Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. Friendly staff, particularly Matt who is always ready to help. I like all the different sales they have on as well which can be very beneficial to members. I go at lunch time around 12pm so it's reasonably quiet, which means machines are usually available. Definitely the best gym so far.
