Fantastic experience: Wow what can I say about this gym. 1st it’s the biggest gym in hervey bay 2nd literally every machine you need 3rd. I saw the staff always and I mean always cleaning. And I appreciated it. ( even the ac filters daily) 4 the staff was very friendly 5 they have a sauna Highly recommended if you need a gym ( even though it can be very intimidating at front. But don’t worry you will be fine.

Fantastic experience: An awesome gym !!! A great mix of old style hard core with contemporary state of the art. It’s a fab setup:with ample space, great vibe, lots of top equipment that is well cared for & the team obviously train. Unfortunately, I’m on holidays & only enjoyed 2 casual visits. If I lived here, I’d crack my neck to join.

Negative experience: Absolutely a scam. They’re changing the prices without your consent and charging you and when you go to cancel the account they want you to pay over 100 dollars to cancel it and you ‘must’ pay for membership for the next four weeks. Rubbish gym also unhygienic! Do some cleaning workers especially in those bathrooms!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the bay by far, and owner operated so can talk to the person making the decisions and he's always up for a chat and a around good bloke. Can tell he loves his business and is constantly upgrading and adding to the collection of machines, great amount of free weights. Rather large selection of cardio also but not my thing, ellipticals, stair climbers, treadmills, rowing machines, bikes. And awesome staff always keen to help during business hours good for a spot or advice or personal training and training plans offered also. Very clean every machine has its own spray and cloth and between the vigilant staff and mutual respect of the gym members is always free of rubbish and most of the time weights always put back where they belong.

Fantastic experience: Came up to Hervey for about a week for a break away from the Gold Coast back in July 2022. I train at Worlds Gym and I must say Hervey Bay 24 Hr Gym made my stay in Hervey Bay even better. The equipment and the staff are awesome. I know where to train when I’m back up those ways Sept 2023 Update: Just got back from Hervey Bay for a 5 day get away and the gym has expanded even more. Makes me love the place even more. Forgot my car keys at the desk when I got to my car. Staff comes running out to bring my keys. I’m telling you…there no where else in Hervey Bay that’s better than Hervey Bay 24HR gym. The staff are awesome. It’s definitely my gym away from home

Negative experience: Something fitness passport holders should be aware of - you are not welcomed in this gym. Apparently they aren't making anything out of it and you may be treated with an F* welcome from the club owner. Not worth a try.

Fantastic experience: Gym was a lot bigger and more well equipped then I expected. Huge range of cardio, free weights and machines. Only issue was no showers, maybe I missed them ‍♂️. Friendly staff and relatively cheap casual rates.

Negative experience: DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Rude and argumentative owner. Dropped in for a casual session on holidays and as i was asking if there were showers my card was tapped to pay the $24. Told them we needed showers as we were back on the road straight away so wouldnt be able to use the gym and the 'owner' started yelling and swearing at me because i asked if they could refund our money, he said refund is "not part of his eftpos package". So rude. One unisex toilet is all they have for all that space which is unhygienic and revolting. Went to Lyfestyle 4 down the road and they were great!! Plus had plenty of clean showers. Not just about making money.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with this gym. My membership had expired and I was due to be transferred to Brisbane for work. My transfer got pushed back a week so I went into the gym and asked if I could purchase a weeks worth of training or a ten day pass. The owners insisted that I don't pay, and gave me 8 days for free until I'll get transfered to Brisbane. I know it's not the biggest deal in the world but they redid all my biometrics (fingerprints to access 24 hours again) and re issued my card for nothing, when they could have just taken $30 odd bucks off me. Great customer service and a gym that pretty much has the lot in Hervey Bay.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst gym, the rudest staff and terrible easy debit system. Save your money and go to snap.
