Fantastic experience: Cannot tell you how good it is to finally find a gym that has absolutely EVERYTHING you could ask for. Good equipment which is regularly refurbished. Clean workout space. Understanding and considerate staff who go above and beyond to make your time at the gym as good as it could possibly be. Not to mention the infra red sauna, clean and hot showers, space for belongings, excersise room AND A CRACHE. The prices are amazing and affordable. I’m telling you this is the gym to be at in Bathurst! (Not to mention you also have access to multiple gyms across Australia as well). Definetly worth the 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Recently switched from another gym in town, everyone here is super friendly, staff especially, wide variety of high quality and well maintained machines with plenty of plates and attachments, vending machine is a wonderful bonus, aswell as the infrared sauna which is great for recovery after your workout. One of the first things I appreciated was the individual toilets and showers, many other gyms have combined change rooms and showers which can be awkward sometimes. Overall a 5/5 gym and I heavily recommend to anyone and everyone, also very quiet.

Fantastic experience: i’ve just moved here from another gym and something i’ve noticed compared to other gyms i’ve been to is the atmosphere, everyone is so friendly, especially the staff by the desk, it’s an impossible challenge to get past the desk without being noticed and shot with a smile and a wave . Not only that, the gym equipment is top tier and isn’t flooded with cardio machines like other gyms (btw still plenty of cardio machines if that’s what you’re interested in). 10/10 best gym i’ve been to

Negative experience: Worst customer service I have ever experienced in the gym… not passionate about their jobs, I literally walked out straight away I was that disgusted. I don’t want to waste my money with disgusting customer service or people who are just here for their pay check.

Negative experience: Do yourself a favour and go else where it was literally like I was being watched by a bunch of cops while I was working out. Someone left a dumbbell on the floor and all I could hear over my music was “want me to check the cameras who did it”

I have regular Pt sessions with Amelia who goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. The Manager Mikayla is always smiling and helpful and approachable. Could not rate it high enough.

Great equipment and set up, easy to move around and the members are so nice, helping or holding each other accountable as everyone deserves the best experience possible and that’s everyone’s responsibility. The staff are awesome! Super friendly and helpful, from Mikayla the manager or the various PTs. Like most businesses, there’s only so much staff can do and here, they’re doing the best they can to create such a safe and fun space (their socials, so funny!). Nice and central in town too which is great for me walking to and from. Just an all round great place!

I used to get a bit of gym anxiety at my previous gym, but since joining snap I have had nothing but positive interactions from both the staff and the other members. Everyone is so friendly and keen to give you a helping hand and pointers when needed. Big shout out to the club manager Mikayla! She is so welcoming, lovely and super easy to approach for pointers or just a friendly chat.

The staff are really friendly, approachable and supportive. I always get a ‘hello’ and ‘good bye’ during working hours. I love it. I would recommend this gym above all others in Bathurst.

Negative experience: I can't comment on their physical services and facilities. I didn't like their website. The only way I could find out much about them from the website was to provide them with all my details. I just wanted to make a casual enquiry without committing myself to be included in their contact list. I tried filling in info, but leaving the email contact blank. Nup. It would not let me progress independently to find out more info.

I wore my big girl pants and went by myself for the first time.. the QR codes were amazing for someone who knows nothing, the club manager was so helpful & the PT booked me in so fast despite being busy. All members of the gym are one big family, it doesn't matter if you have been training for years or have recently joined, every member makes you feel welcome. It's the only gym I have attended that organises social events for its members. The gym is spacious with all the equipment needed for a comprehensive workout. The staff are super friendly and are always up for a chat and a laugh.
