Fantastic experience: I was a member through winter last year. They have an upstairs and downstairs area. Upstairs is quieter because there's less weightlifting equipment. Overall it was never busy and everyone kept to themselves

Very lovely atmosphere and friendly, focused people that are just there to do their own thing; I was very comfortable and was able to get a great workout in. Fantastic experience: A second home away from home. This gym was one of the things I deeply missed after leaving Melbourne. I've been training for many years, and a lot of the equipment you find in this gym you would not find elsewhere. People are down to earth, and there's no ego. Paul is a really cool guy, even after I cancelled my membership and returned the tag, he offered to allow me to train free of charge for those few days before I left Melbourne.

The positive and supportive atmosphere really helped ease any anxiety I had about training at a new gym. The facility itself is top-notch, with a wide variety of machines and equipment to accommodate every style of training. You’ll find everything you need, no matter your fitness goals. One of the things I appreciated most was the straightforward, no-nonsense contract. The sign-up process was smooth, getting the 24/7 access fob was quick, and returning it when my membership ended was super easy. No hidden fees or complicated procedures - just a hassle-free experience from start to finish. I only ended my contract because I moved an hour away. If you’re looking for a gym with a welcoming community and excellent facilities, Apollo is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I were met with a warm welcome into Apollo Gym by Stephanie, with a tour and a informative guide. Paul was extremely informative and friendly over the phone and overall helpful. Mason was also wonderful aswell as I needed assistance learning new machines. Overall cleanliness and tidiness of cables, weights and dumbbells is 5/5.

Fantastic experience: I trained at Apollo for about a year. The gym was absolutely fantastic. It has all the equipment you could possibly need, the space is fantastic as are the culture, members and staff. There's room, equipment and support for all types of training from strength, cardio or anything in between. Apollo was recommended to me coming back from a knee rrconstruction, and I found it super easy to accommodate the weird and wonderful movements and limitations as I rehabilitated. On top of this the owner, Paul, is a really fantastic guy. Easy to approach, responsive and all around good to deal with. If work hadn't taken me away I'd never have left !

The layout of the gym and variety of equipment available allows you to workout efficiently which means you can fit a session into any daily routine, plus the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff creates a fantastic energy and motivational environment to enjoy. I’ve recently moved to the south east and reluctantly had to advise of my membership termination and I have been blown away by the ease and no strings attached process.

Fantastic experience: I grew up playing rugby league since a age of 3 years old and working in construction since I was 15 years old. One day I woke up to head to work like any another day and I collapsed to the ground… found out I had a L5 S1 basically bone on bone in my lower spine. I’ve been training at ESP for 1 year and 5 months with the help of Sage Decosta and Marty also with the amount of support we have with the 4:35am crew I am now able to deadlift 145kg, box squat 120kg and good morning 105kg (Hinge) and RDL 100kgs Sure i still have days where my back is NO GOOD! But having such a diverse and knowledgeable crew have soo information and are happy to give out freely, most of this knowledge you’d paid top dollar for. They have given me soo much advise, also finding other people in similar conditions or much severe. Appreciate Paul and Marty as they’ve created such a beautiful environment and community, I’ve been too many of gyms in my life, but none have these quality’s that ESP hold so proud. Shout out to Bridget, Doc, Andy, Sage, marty, Paul, Wade, Oscar, Chrisso, Matty, Sammy and any one of may of missed from the 4:35am crew

Fantastic experience: I have never liked gyms, until I walked into the Apollo gym. I started training with Paul after a recommendation from a friend. That was five years ago. The facilities are amazing, every machine you could need to target any part of your body you want to train. Staff are helpful and my trainer Paul is not just amazingly knowledgeable, but also great for a laugh while training. What keeps me coming back is the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. No mirrors or the kind of people who go to gyms to stare at themselves, just the people there to get fit or stay fit. I drive 30 minutes each way just to train at Apollo. Highly recommended.

We are in the older age bracket and find the equipment perfect for us to build strength and endurance. Paul has designed a workout appropriate for our age. Fantastic experience: Excellent gym for lifters! I personally am not a fan of classes and focus on lifting and this was the only gym in the inner west which offers exactly what I was after. There is a huge range of free weights and machine options. Very friendly staff and a great community of people.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic gym. This is a gym that is obviously designed and kitted out by people who actually train hard. Travelling from Mildura Paul the owner was nice enough to allow me to train over the weekend as I am close to a bodybuilding competition. Walking in on Saturday morning I was in awe of the variety of not only machines but everything else down to the amount of chains and bands available. Every cable attachment you can imagine, every thickness handles and unique pieces are all available and easily organised onto smart pegs along the walls. The best barbells (Olympic and specialised) you can find. There’s even a kabuki transformer bar in the Elitefts mono lift. If you know equipment then you know that this place is special. After two sessions I am still like a kid in a candy store. Here’s a non exhaustive list of rare pieces I used and saw that literally you can’t find anywhere else. • Watson pieces (supported row upstairs) • Prime attachments • Kabuki transformer bar (as above) • Ivanko calibrated plates (lots of them) • Rodgers Athletic glute drive • Multiple reverse hyper machines including a massive 5ft tall one. • Multiple Elitefts pieces • Cybex leg press (original prestige model) • Pendulum squat. As I said this is a gym for everyone, weather you are into general fitness, bodybuilding or powerlifting they have you covered. Highly recommended and I will be coming back to explore many more times.

Fantastic experience: I came to Apollo gym with tight hip flexors and poor squat technique. Thanks to Paul (who’s knowledge in the industry and tailored advice is nothing short of impressive) my mobility has noticeably improved and I can now squat bellow parallel! You won’t find more knowledgeable and supportive coaches in the industry who genuinely care about you and your individual goals. There is a community mindset and welcomeness as soon as you walk in… not to mention you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to the high quality equipment available!

There are various unique equipment that I have not seen in any other gym such as: individual leg extension and hamstring curls, hip flexor machine and self propelled treadmill. Staff and members provide a welcoming and friendly environment, which motivates you to return and train again. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Best Decision I made was switching to this gym....The staff are polite, welcoming, friendly and always happy to help if ya have any questions. I was with the mainstream gyms for years and decided to switch here as I wanted to see what a more sports/performance style gym was like and im impressed by how great of an experience it is and that there is no 'ego's' everyones just there to train and better themselves. I also got a Fitness coach/PT - Matt - who is great and supportive. :)

Fantastic experience: I've been in and out of gyms for the past 20 years and I thought I'd seen some of the best on offer until I walked into Apollo, this is without exception the best gym I've ever trained at in my life from the shear amount of amazing equipment to the thoughtful layout of the gym. On top of all this I had the privilege of doing a session with the best trainer I've met Mr Adam Zaks. Phenomenal gym, phenomenal trainer.

Paul has extensive weight lifting and functional fitness knowledge and is always willing to give advice. The gym is clean and tidy, with covid protocols in place. Fantastic experience: Having been a member in excess of 13 years, I can highly recommend Apollo Gym. The new facility is second to none and the training environment is excellent. The ability to train through injury is a testament to their extensive knowledge.

Fantastic experience: I found this gym online, and started personal training to rehab sport-damaged knees and a shoulder after a few years of inaction and debilitation. On the other side of 55, I can confidently say that my overall strength and ability is much better than when I was 15 years younger. I do two sessions a week in a small group, with a balanced program covering 10 exercises that work all parts of my body. The program is changed every few months, and we focus on technique and increase weights incrementally so that injuries don’t occur. I haven’t seen a physio since I started here! I had never been to a gym before this, and feel very comfortable in the supportive atmosphere fostered by the staff and other members.
