Negative experience: Managers a rude peice of work, and others can agree. BRING BACK THE OTHER MANAGER!!!!

Fantastic experience: Welcoming gym with great atmosphere and up to date equipment. The club manger Holly is always a pleasure to deal with and super helpful with advice for nutrition and fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: Holly the manager is a lovely person and is welcoming to everyone who comes into the gym. She’s always boosting my confidence. The gym is one of the best gyms I’ve gone to in the past 5 years!!

Negative experience: This gym is nice place, but manager is bit rude (Holy) , she always stair people around. And she doesn’t help people around and doesn’t maintain dumbbells cleanness. Former manager was nice.

Negative experience: They will spam you with rejoin texts if you stop your membership. It appears that "opting out" doesn't work. This is not acceptable.

With the help of the amazing manager and her amazing team I have lost nearly 12 kilos and have gained so much confidence. From the moment you walk in and being greeted by the always smiling happy Holly and then to being greeted by every PT it really makes me feel so welcomed and supported. Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve been too hands down! And I’ve been to a few over the years. It’s like a small family with everyone always trying to uo lift everyone else. And I haven’t seen anyone bring in as many people to that gym and stay like I have with holly over the last 10 months. Nothing but positive and helpful and kind! And knows how to pick the perfect trainers to hire to help us gym goers achieve our goals properly! Amazing work snap in hiring holly and even Aidan the PT. Nothing short of amazing at that gym she deserves a pay rise!!!

Negative experience: Small and needs alot more equipment. Hard when you're in-between sets and then someone uses the machine. You cant get your full work out in effectively. nearly impossible to get onto management. I found email is the best way. Even between buisness hours. But they're straight onto you for payments. Staff are lovely though and you're always greeted with a Hello and goodbye. But overall Too expensive for what is offered in my opinion

Fantastic experience: I have only been coming here for 1 week, but I love it already. They have an array of equipment for everyone. I have been training with PT Renee twice a week and she is really amazing, encouraging and non-judgemental. 100% recommend Snap Fitness at Meadowbrook.

Luckily, the staff here are so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They’ve made the experience amazing and I can genuinely say I’m excited to go to gym now. Always very clean, and such a good variety of machines, weights etc

The manager Hayden has been the best gym manager I have ever met and Renee who is supportive and promotes good health. Negative experience: I used to go there with my sister, moved Northside then had to travel all the way back (no car at the time which is why I wanted to cancel, no snap gyms within walking distance of my new residence) just to cancel, then they kept “changing staff” and losing my cancellation paperwork so they kept taking money out of my account, I canceled my card so they tried taking money out of my sisters account weeks later, the manager I called even had the audacity to try and make me pay for weeks of gym membership even though I had canceled my membership months ago, I was made to feel like I was lying and that she was doing me a favour when she let it go. This did happen a few years ago but I’m still stewing over how completely horrible the experience was that when I hear someone talk about joining a gym I’m quick to tell them NOT to join a snap gym cause they just want your bloody money and that’s it.

Positive experience: Decent gym, good staff, its just really getting really overcrowded with group classes and peak hours. Between 2:30-7:45 just about everything is taken (machine,bench,squat racks) hard to go to if you do a propper workout routine as most guys are in groups which makes you have to wait for 20minuts for them to be done with a bench, thats all.
