Fantastic experience: Happy to be posting the 100th review of this awesome gym. I used to train at a very noisy, busy gym nearby and the change to Crewfit has been so worth it. Great equipment, great vibe and Jackson and the team are always helpful. Working with trainer Dave has been a game changer for me too.

Powelifting, bodybuilding, cross training or just working on keeping healthy, this gym has an including environment with superb vibes

Dave was extremely welcoming and even stopped his own workout to give a friend and I the tour of the gym and made us feel very comfortable which lead to us both joining the gym and engaged him as my PT. Fantastic experience: Best gym ever! So much space for doing whatever movement you want to do, and you never feel like you're in anyone's way. The staff/ trainers are all lovely and the gyms equipment is all Prime, with all the amazing leg press variations. It's super clean as well and the tunes are pumping.

Fantastic experience: Jackson the owner is one of the most genuine guys you could ever come across who has provided myself & an entire community with a state of the art training facility over the past few years. Being a gym equipment supplier / manufacturer myself as well as an athlete, I’ve not come across a more aesthetic gym with a mix of premium commercial + functional training equipment all in the one space. Having visited close to all commercial & functional training facilities in NSW - I struggle to recommend anything better in this state.

Fantastic experience: Best gym experience I've had. It combines regular top quality group training regimes and normal access to use equipment in your own time. Add in some state of the art amenities with some super knowledgeable and friendly trainers/staff and you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: When it comes to Gyms around the St George area, Crewfit is second to none. I've tried out multiple gyms, and nothing compares to the world-class equipment, friendly, helpful staff, and well-maintained facilities. Nich, Pete and Jackson are supportive and welcoming and will go out of their way to help when needed. It's one of the best training environments whether you're a beginner or regularly frequent the gym.

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried a few different gyms in the area and none even come close to the top notch experience at Crewfit. The gym itself is very nice - bright, spacious, spotless, and plenty of nice equipment. More importantly, the coaches are amazing! Every single staff member I have encountered has been nothing but friendly, supportive, and welcoming. They know how to strike the balance between helping you modify or correct technique when you need it, and pushing you that little bit harder. I highly recommend joining this gym whether you are very experienced or brand new to training.

Fantastic experience: Crewfit is a fantastic gym - super spacious, with brand-new equipment and facilities. Culture wise the people are fun and supportive, as well as knowledgeable. Not to mention the people who go there like to train (and not play on their phones ). Really happy to be a member here - keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: Great setup, state of the art equipment with power lifting specific bench presses and squat/deadlift areas. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Nice post-workout smoothie options or a coffee pre-training. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I have never stuck to gym for this long in my life. I would get bored with classes at other gyms. This gym is so good. Great equipment, all the classes are so customised and changed up that you never get bored. I can finally say I am a gym person!

Fantastic experience: If I could give it 10 stars I would. This place is so amazing in so many ways - Where do I start? Let's talk equipment: Speciality equipment: Glute/Ham raise, Reverse Hyper Extension, Belt Squat etc etc - if you don't know what these are, that's because almost no gyms have this stuff! Trust me you need them in your life! Very much gym connoisseur stuff. What about the plate loaded machines? There are cams on the machines, so you can change the strength curve - this means you can make it harder at the beginning, middle or end of the movement! Talk about program variability - more variables to overload your body = more results. Rouge gear: If the place was nuked this equipment would still be here, it is tough, true to form, highly functional and as a bonus it is amazing looking. Let's talk fit out - Polished concrete floors, neutral palette, it's a beautiful space with an unprecedented attention to detail. I paid the owners to shoot exercise video content here - yes it's that amazing! They have in house coffees and shakes that you can buy and free filter water (even a soda option) as well! Ok so what are the staff like? The owners (and their staff) are really down to earth and lovely people. They make you feel super welcome and are great for a chat (and a laugh). Negatives? None. The only thing is I wished it was closer to my house :(

Fantastic experience: This place is an awesome place to train. State of the art equipment, amazing trainers and super stylish interior design and overall great vibe. To make the training experience even better the coffee and smoothies are amazing from the cafe. I have just had THE BEST PROTEIN SMOOTHIE after training! Tasted too good to be healthy! A special shout out to Lara for making me my breakfast shake. Simply delicious. In fact it may be so good I will have have another one tomorrow after class!

A Family friendly atmosphere with a great choice of strength, and cardio classes lead by Nick and the team. They always bring an element of fun while keeping it professional and motivating. One of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever trained in and I love the fact that everything is always back in its place and in working order. An absolute impressive Gym to reach your goals on your fitness journey! Well done to Jackson and his team.

Fantastic experience: Ayyyy karaammbbaaaa…. SO BEAUTY!!! The most welcoming crew (hehe) staff and attendees. The owners are probably the nicest most sweet and humble creatures ever. Spectacular facility that you can actually breathe in as there are the worlds biggest fans and ohhh it feels so bluddy nice. It’s such a spacious, prestige, CLEAN, no funny soggy sweaty sock smell. All the equipment is brand new and very nice looking and a fancy treadmill thing from the future. Oh very delicious coffee served by a barista WOOOT WOOT!

Fantastic experience: Second to none in all the gyms I’ve been to. As soon as you walk in you know the place was built with passion, intent & careful selection. If you understand the functioning movements of isolating any particular body part, you will know that these machines have been designed for hypertrophy in the safest positions to reduce injury over time. Good staff, clean gym. Look forward to seeing this place evolve even more.

Fantastic experience: Weights and cardio equipment are state of the art. I've been searching for a good trainer for a while, I started training with Rhyes from Crewfit, I knew after the first session I was training with a pro! Definitely worth the money. I'm excited again about training. This gym is ahead of the rest.

Fantastic experience: CREWFIT is more than a gym, it's like a church of fitness!!! Every little detail has been considered - from the GHD in the bathroom, the Insta-worthy strip lighting, the custom door handles... Not to mention the hand-picked, state of the art equipment shipped over from the US. This huge space has been purpose built from the ground up with nothing but blood, sweat and tears. It's squeaky clean, has a creche, amazing classes and the most helpful staff you'll ever meet. What's most impressive to me perhaps is that this premium facility has such a down to earth, family and community vibe!!! Kudos to Jax and Jazz. You have gone above and beyond. I've suffered from plantar fasciitis for years but since starting at Crewfit and using their Airrunners my feet have had no issues. Jackson has gone above and beyond! Fantastic experience: I have known Jackson Ngu the owner of Crewfit for several years. He was my personal trainer at another gym and he also helped rehabilitate my teenage son’s sports injuries. Jackson always impressed me with his attention to detail, the importance of maintaining form and the need to progress in a logical fashion when resistance training. His degree in nutrition also gives him that extra edge when it comes to maximising resistance training. Generous with his time and knowledgeable he was a pleasure to work with. I got to know Jackson and his extended family well and Jackson often spoke about his dream of opening his own gym and I am absolutely delighted that his dream has come true. Crewfit is probably the cleanest, most impressive gym space I have ever seen. Absolutely first-class facilities with top-class equipment and very professional staff. I have not used the group classes but if they reflect the quality of the rest of the gym, they are going to be worth attending. Crewfit, spread across two levels, with off street parking must surely be the benchmark for personalised gyms in Australia. Peter Hill
