Negative experience: Air conditioning is terrible. Would genuinely be better off training outside in the hot sun compared to the sauna that this gym becomes on hot days. Poses a very real danger of heat stress to gym goers.

Positive experience: Multiple reviews mentioning the poor aircon and still is horrendous. Know multiple people who attend this gym and it’s always the topic of conversation. How many people need to mention this issue for it to be fixed? Revo own how many gyms and yet can’t afford good aircon or run it at a cool enough temperature? Great equipment and gym is always clean but far out fix the aircon or run it cooler please

Fantastic experience: I’m very happy with the gym—it has plenty of equipment and ample space. However, I’d like to bring to your attention the mould issue in the female shower, which has numerous black spots. Please consider a more thorough cleaning using a mould killer or a more efficient cleaning method. Thank you!

Positive experience: Amazing gym. Love working out here and would love to give 5 star but few female staff literally make me feel that way as in I am not welcome here their body language and seriousness while looking at me whenever I entered the gym makes me uncomfortable. Otherwise gym is amazing

Negative experience: Revo Fitness initially stood out with its clean and modern facilities, but over time, its quality has noticeably declined. At the Beverly location, parking is a significant issue. The parking lot is far too small to accommodate the number of registered members, especially during peak hours—it seems to hold less than a tenth of the members. The gym's equipment is also lacking, with an insufficient number of benches and several machines available at other branches missing from this location. The massage chairs, included with the upgraded membership, are disappointing—cheap and ineffective—making the additional cost unjustifiable. Furthermore, the gym does not offer Pilates reformers, so for those training exclusively at Beverly, the basic membership is a more practical choice. That said, I hope the situation improves soon. With ongoing construction around the location, I wonder if they plan to expand the space to address the parking and equipment issues.

Negative experience: So poor maintenance. Male toilet urinal is out of service since I started on march and don't make any difference if you complain about or not

Fantastic experience: This gym is honestly the best gym I have ever stepped foot into. The girls at the front desk are all super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the gym is just something unlike anything I have ever experienced in other gyms! 10/10 would recommend

Negative experience: poor maintenance of machines, the seated leg curl has been out of service since February, the male toilet stinks because the urinal has not worked since March, and the ropes are pretty much rubbish, if you want to leave feedback on the app, guess what didn't work either…. Extremely dispointed.

Positive experience: New time joiner. Easy and quick access to the gym from joining online and 0 in store contact to activate. App is fantastic for telling you how busy the gym is every second of the day and gym was extremely cool in temperature this morning (an obvious improvement from the business based on older reviews). Treadmills have in build aircon fans and were really cool. Wide and clean space to exercise Grass area, big weights and cardio area and parking wasn't bad. Could do with a few more toilets and maybe having door stoppers to encourage the doors be open when not in use to increase air flow Other then that, gym was great and no complains :)

Negative experience: Poor climatization, men toilets are stinkly disgusting, hardly ever staffed, requested to cancel my membership, made me pay for another 45 days. Only to find out 5 months later that I’m still being charged the monthly membershit fee And haven’t heard back from them on cancelation. Equipment is okay and the space, but that you find in any other gym.

Negative experience: I recommend NEVER SIGN UP WITH THESE GUYS... NO MATTER WAT YOU TELL THEM THEY COME UP WITH A REASON WHY THEY DONT CANT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP... I AM TAKONG THEM TO OMBUDSMAN!

Fantastic experience: Good gym with plenty of spacious areas for weight training and a separate section for HIIT workouts. A good environment, has nice and clean gym equipment, and membership is affordable not very expensive like other gyms, also has a vending machine filled with snacks and drinks. Good gym to enjoy a fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: An excellent open space gym that's well equipped and with friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a fair range of equipment, and decent overall space. Hiit area is a bit small but still good enough. Fans were also working fine, couldn't feel much heat but the day was fairly cooler as well.

Positive experience: Very spacious gym. Sunny and not claustrophobic which I love. It provides great value for money and a very good selection of equipment. At peak times it packs out but for a value gym that's to be expected. I personally find the air conditioning to be just fine as long as you dress appropriately. My main issue with Revo generally is that they don't seem to do much maintenance on their kit. Simple lubrication on the sliders and Loctite on the screws would make a world of difference. I realise that perhaps the staff are not trained in that however perhaps you could get a contractor to visit for a couple of hours each month. After a year of use and no maintenance the kit is becoming annoying to use. The Cable crossovers need particular attention. I have raised the issue with staff of a loose pin on one and weeks later it was still loose. Windsor Gardens has similar issues but more gear which somewhat makes up for it. The place is mostly neat and tidy and the staff are nice. I still reckon it's the best in the area but just wish they could address the maintenance issue and it'd be 5 stars.

Negative experience: I’m not a member but have been looking to become a l member and have been ringing and ringing and ringing all at different hours of different days during your supposed “staffed” hours I cannot get through I also can’t leave a voicemail because the voicemail is full and hasn’t been cleared or checked lol? literally wanted to sign up and clarify wether this gym has a crèche and do a quick tour to check if this gym is the right one for me but after reading reviews of poor customer services , people having the same issue of nobody answering the phone during staffed hours like me I’m not sure it’s worth it I’ll just take my money elsewhere .. thanks anyway Revo..

Positive experience: Good gym pity I've been trying to ring them for days every hour and no one picks up

Positive experience: Bathrooms could do with some work but my main issue is the air circulation/air conditioning needs to be improved. However the gym is well maintained, and has an excellent assortment of machines.

Negative experience: The only thing worse than a bad workout is a bad workout in a gym with horrific air-conditioning. I'd rather not build up a sweat the moment I walk into the gym; and I'd rather not be at risk of passing out from exhaustion because it's too hot to do my routine

Positive experience: A well-organised and spacious gym... but its evident even after last year's summer that the air con system still needs updating and previous feedback (which I can see in other reviews!) hasn't been prioritised... or Revo is likely too busy spending money opening more new gyms to fix pre-existing ones. Great gym generally but would recommend avoiding if the temp is over 30.

Negative experience: The trainers don’t respond to the PT requests and staff is unprofessional. You would have to wait for months to get a cancelation form from them on email and if you go in during staff hours gym is unattended and you have to wait for 30 mins before someone would come, apparently the staff said they are running low on people but the management doesn’t want to spend more money, they can charge you even when you’ve asked for cancellation.

Fantastic experience: Small compared to windsor garden, but has everything you need. The bathroom is quite small too and I couldn't understand the water heating system. only the water in the shower was cold kk

Positive experience: The equipment, space and vibe are perfect. The management team is quite active in addressing the concerns when raised through Google reviews. —————————— However, seems like the staff is not actioning the concerns when provided in person at the gym. There is no feedback facility available for people training after hours to write and request. It’s winter time and the gym turns into an ice factory at 6 am every morning. If you train in the morning, I would advise you to carry a jumper without fail. There are more cable machines than their attachments. Most people train without gym towels, and very few people would bother wiping the bench or putting weights back in place after use. For days and days, staff don't care about topping up hand sanitisers.

Negative experience: The air conditioning hasn’t worked for months. This is a big issue and they won’t do anything about it. We spoke to the front desk and signed a petition to get it fixed but it seems like it’s done nothing. For such a new gym with big potential you’d think they would take this more seriously. I’ve spoken to many other people at the gym and everyone is really upset about this issue and have also spoken to staff about it.

Negative experience: No air con or fans.. it’s basically impossible to train optimally. The gym is stuffy and it feels like your almost about to faint each set. The bench’s also aren’t great, whoever designed them have never worked out before... You would think I’d be smart to make them with a flat surface not curved.. feels terrible on the shoulders. Fix these issues and it would be a great gym, until then I’m trying back at my old gym.

Positive experience: The existing evaporative air-conditioning at this gym simply isn't adequate to handle the summer heat. Avoid training here on hot days unless you're specifically wanting a sauna. The equipment is great though. 5 stars if the air-conditioning issue gets addressed.

Fantastic experience: Sterilisation of gym equipment is super important to me. So can you please stay on top of the cleaning stations you have provided for us all to use. That being the wipes and spray bottles. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Spacious, classy, clean & the most important thing is they have two hit spaces. They need to install an extra punching bag or two in a separate space.
