Anytime Fitness Frenchs Forest

Negative experience: I will admit I lost my pass where I paid $100 for a 7 day trial and yes it’s “policy” to withhold the pass if you lose it. However I had serious health problems which took priority. The lack of empathy and respect from the staff was disappointing. Even when offering hospital / treatment proof. When I asked for the name of Australia’s CEO, the response was “go for it” shortly followed up by a more polite email response (still saying no).

Fantastic experience: Great gym in Frenchs Forest! The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The gym is consistently clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to work out. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: The best gym! The equipment, facilities and gym space are always super clean, fresh and in top shape. The manager, Lilly is always cheerful and welcoming. Anything that needs fixing or attention, she’s gets it done. Trainer, Max is highly knowledgeable and an excellent motivator too. Highly recommend this gym.

I regularly visit the area from interstate to see family and they were very helpful in offering me a casual pass for a great price. Negative experience: Don’t go here unless you want to risk being banned from all Anytime Fitness! I was banned for asking someone to stop slamming their weights! Then the owner refused to answer both customer support or my calls!!

Fantastic experience: If only all other Anytime's could be like this one! The new location is a tenfold improvement with more space, a better view (natural light is 10/10) and even better facilities. Staff there are still the friendliest by far and it all really makes you want to come and work out. A very happy member!

Negative experience: Really poor service from the club owner. A new staff member made a mistake that put me out of pocket, club owner would not rectify the issue despite her staffs error instead happy to make me pay for it. Horrible to deal with. Facilities are standard for Anytime, much better gyms nearby with similar price points.

Fantastic experience: As an anytime fitness gym gypsy this is my favourite facility. Can't praise the staff enough for their friendly attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help. Facility is ALWAYS clean - bathrooms especially. The layout is great too. Recently been upgraded.

Negative experience: Poor Equipment. Consistently reaches capacity that there is no machine to use and not even breathing room in the gym. They have one of the highest members with the smallest gym. It's embarrassing.

Positive experience: Like this gym. Good equipment and a nice vibe. It does get busy at times, but what gym doesn't. Its small and friendly and has all the right stuff.

Positive experience: Decent Gym, one of the better anytime fitness's in the area. Plenty equipment too there is always a bench available. Can be a bit crowded at times but there isn't a lot the mgmt can do about that.
