Fantastic experience: It’s hard to represent in words how incredible the Wild Movement is. I used to always struggle to find motivation and consistency with working out, but the incredible method and human warmth they have aid me in achieving three workouts a week for six months for the first time in my life. At the beginning, I was scared of old injuries I had, but their knowledge of movement and technique, is at all times present as they take care of you with every exercise, and they make sure things feel well and are well. The results I’ve gotten are beyond what I could’ve expected when I started, there isn’t enough praise I can write regarding how amazing the whole experience is; it goes beyond the training, as you also get to know incredible people within the community. I’ve loved every second of it. If you have a chance to start training with the Wild Movement, I can’t recommend it enough to you.

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym that has a supportive and teamwork-driven environment! Luke and Bel are incredible trainers who truly build you up, create accountability, and make you feel and believe the sky is the limit. Their approach is empowering, pushing you to achieve your best while making you feel part of a community. I felt supported every step of the way. Fantastic experience: The Wild Movement is the best gym I have ever been a member of. I've been training there for nearly 3 years now and I'm training more consistently than ever before in my life and enjoying it! The programming is excellent, evidence-based and structured to enable continual improvement. All the trainers are outstanding, not only masters of their craft but also fun and supportive. The vibe is so welcoming of everyone, the trainers help you adjust and modify as needed for your level and working around any niggles or injuries. And the community of members is fantastic as well, great people encouraging each other to be their best. Do the 21 day trial, you won't regret it!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at The Wild Movement since the last week of July, I was looking for a gym that supervised technique to try and overcome lower back pain that I had been suffering with for the last 5 or 6 years. After the first 2 weeks the pain was gone. Luke and his team happily provided alternate exercises for me when needed. This gym is like no other I have ever been to, the trainers are amazing and so are the members, I can't see myself training anywhere else. EVER. It has been life changing for me!!
Fantastic experience: Not your run of the mill gym. Inclusive of all levels and ages. A great place to train whether novice or experienced. Brilliant, supportive, and informed trainers.

Over many years of struggling with injuries, the coaches have always managed to alter the workouts and support my recovery. I've managed to do a lot of things that I am very proud of. The sessions are constantly being changed up to keep things interesting and fun, and you always feel welcome.

Fantastic experience: Luke and the team have created a supportive and friendly environment - whilst knowing how and when to push you. They provide clear instructions and tailor modifications where needed in the small group sessions with never any more than 8 people in a session. The 21-day trial is a great way to test out The Wild Movement.
Fantastic experience: I've never found a more holistic gym than this one. I've been with them for over a year now and plan to stay on indefinitely. The staff are fun, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They get the balance between pushing you and nurturing you just right. I'm 46 at the time of writing but can safely say I've never been this strong or fit.
Fantastic experience: Luke and the team meet you where you're at—whether you're not feeling 100% or need a push when you’re doubting yourself. After 3ish years of training at TWM, I’ve experienced firsthand the incredible support through injuries, surgeries, COVID shutdowns, and LIFE. They take a holistic, tailored approach, offering services that go beyond physical strength. They truly understand that every aspect of our lives influences our overall health. What keeps me engaged is how the programming constantly evolves, ensuring it’s always fresh while keeping the focus on achieving my main lift goals (or cardio, if that’s your thing). Even when injured, you best believe they’ve got a modified goal for you to hit – which I love! Having dealt with a long-term injury that was frustrating and mentally challenging, getting a ‘win’ was invaluable. As a woman, I have an added layer of appreciation. Over the years, I’ve seen the team deepen their understanding of women’s health, especially regarding PMS and its effects on training. Unlike other gyms where discussing these challenges can be uncomfortable, the coaches get it and adjust your session. Above all, the vibe is immaculate and banter is on point. It’s like having a PT and training with friends. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: High quality coaching @ The Wild! Excellent movement analysis and teaching from the coaches. A real of focus on quality programming with the flexibility to adapt to individual's needs and goals and a wholistic approach towards training, nutrition, recovery and mindfulness. Fantastic experience: I have been going to TWM for over 2 years now - I used to run a lot and had never done any weights or much strength work ever. The coaches are so supportive and guide you every step of the way. I feel confident in the classes and using the equipment. I much stronger than I’ve ever been and feel great:) cannot recommend highly enough!

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a place to workout that is structured, holistic, supportive and unlike any other gym then check out The Wild Movement. I've been training at this wonderful space for 7 years now and that says a lot when I've never been consistent doing anything for that long, ever! The folks here genuinely care about your well being. TWM is guided by coaches that know their stuff and support you every step of the way. There are plenty of options in the programs which switch up on a co-ordinated schedule so your body and mind are exposed to new stimulus. TWM is not just about physical health but also mental, emotional and spiritual. The space is inviting and calming with the huge forestral waterfall background giving a great view for your mind while doing workouts. The coaches and community that has been built are welcoming of anyone that wants to make positive change in their life - we all celebrate and encourage each others wins! If you have any niggles or injuries (like I do right now), programs and movements are adjusted to suit your capabilities and help you get back to your best. Another thing I love is the variety of classes with different focuses including bodyweight/gymnastic skills. If you want to learn handstands etc. and mix it up with traditional strength training, this is the place for you. If you love cardio, wait until you try a Savage session. Thank you to Luke for creating an amazing hub, caring guidance, wise words, kindness, soft and tough love throughout <3 and to all the coaches past and present over the past 7 years for helping and continuing to change my life for the better! Fantastic experience: I have been attending the Wild movement for over 12 months now - the longest I have ever stuck with one gym - and it is the best decision I have ever made for my health and well being. I love the community feel and the small group classes that incorporate mobility and strength, but for me it is the encouragement and enthusiasm from the small group of coaches that keeps me coming back. Luke and the team and all so knowledgeable about all aspects of health, fitness and nutrition and so generous and genuine in sharing their knowledge. Fantastic experience: I joined the Wild Movement in October 2022, and so glad I found them. I am an older woman (50's!) and I have perviously trained at the gym on my own and with a personal trainer... but the style of training at Wild Movement has been the best for me. Blocks of training that are purposefully set out each week for improvement, and taught in small groups of 8 - so you get that personal training aspect with the fun of other participants. Everything is personalised - when you show up, they know what weights or modifications you will need. I also love the functional/mobility aspect of the training. The owner (Luke) and his team/trainers are awesome - all super friendly and make you feel part of the family. Even though I may find the training tough, it's super fun and I always come back! Highly recommend the Wild Movement for any age, and if you want to progress and improve your strength and mobility with support and guidance.

Fantastic experience: My experience at The Wild Movement has been amazing and I could not recommend it enough . Luke has such a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people in their health and fitness journey and the team he has around him are all fantastic. They helped me through a year of chronic back pain , tailoring my training to suit my rehab and now I am back stronger than ever . Without their help it would have been easy to give up on fitness .

Fantastic experience: I had been 'thinking' about increasing my strenght in particular and my overall fitness generally for longer than I care to admit. I answered a questionaire and was contacted by Hollie at Wild Fit and decided to take them up on their paid 21 day trial. I am so glad I did. I am not really a 'gym' person, I am kinda yin in my approach to excerise and gyms do intimidate me. I am on the 'lightweight' side of things but they have never made me feel anyting less than able. All the crew know my name, including the owner Luke, AND they use it as well, so I feel very much at home. I love the small group fitness approach and I am confident I have found my gym peeps. I am a Coach myself and understand the value of a structure that keeps you accountable to your goals. Otherwise they are just well meaning wishes. Do yourself a favour and give these guys a go. Fantastic experience: I responded to a Facebook advert and went in for a 21 day trial. I found that it was exactly what I was looking for in terms of a mixture of support and accountability which is not an easy line to tread. Wild Fit do it incredibly well. I am stronger than I've been in decades and am sleeping better than I have for years. I am so glad that advert popped up in my feed. I am no gym junkie and I am the first to admit the results make it totally worth the effort. Do yourself a favour and go and see Luke and his team at Wild Fit.

Fantastic experience: The Wild Movement has been life changing for me. Professional and skilled coaches who genuinely care about their members have created a safe space for training people of all abilities. Due to a sedentary lifestyle my fitness level was very poor in my late 50s. I emailed Luke, he got back to me less than an hour later and I started my journey to good health and confidence under the guidance and encouragement of qualified trainers. Nearly 3 years on I’m stronger and have more stamina. The Wild Movement isn’t just a gym, it’s a community dedicated to encouraging people to live their lives well.

Fantastic experience: I meant to write this review moons ago, it’s better late than never, so here it is… Prior here, I hadn't really been to a gym - it wasn't really my thing. I wouldn’t be able to tell you the difference between deadlift and bench press. But I wanted to get some upper body strength to complement other sports/exercises I was doing, so I reached out and signed up here for a trial. At the initial consult with Luke, the barbell on its own felt so heavy, but we put more weight plates on - what? really? I was a fish out of the water! At the end of the trial, I wasn’t completely sure if it was the right thing for me. Luke and Alex were excellent coaches, always explained the classes very well, demonstrated the lift techniques and explained the bracing, cued the muscles to be activated. I felt totally supported and was never lost. Other members were so friendly, so welcoming and so encouraging at each session even though I was a total unfit, weak newbie. I decided to stick around and see if I still liked it after a couple of months. That was nearly 5 years ago… Today I’m still training here. Loving the strength as well as skill sessions! Strength sessions are lifts with barbells and finish with conditioning. Skills are calisthenics on bar, parallettes or rings – aka play time – to hang about and be upside down. Sessions are challenging - I honestly have never worked so hard physically. When I feel like I am about to die in conditioning, my limbs are about to drop off, the lactic acid is killing me, the coach is there to cheer on and support. All coaches are high calibre, so knowledgeable, passionate about what they do, they practice what they coach. Most of all, they’re authentic human! I only train from the best, I mean, why wouldn’t I? They make the sessions less daunting! I had on/off knee injuries/pain over the years, and they were modifying exercises for me so I could still train. Sessions, as I mentioned, are challenging but scalable to any ability and I can get through them - maybe because I was sweating it out (and swearing, laughing, whinging) with a bunch of amazing, good human and some of their adorable doggos! There’s something about sharing the pain with a group of people. I’m still sensing the same positive energy from the amazing people that I felt at my trial years ago. Ending my training week with infrared sauna/ice bath session has been so good for relaxation and recovery - it's a nice weekly challenge for me to be uncomfortable at the extremes. What's more, I've attended many nutrition, cooking, training/technique workshops that were put up for free. These were bonus, applicable info that I've found useful. Did I get some upper body strength that I was here for initially? Absolutely, and so much more! I couldn’t hang on a bar with comfort when I first started, today I can do 10 chin-ups! I may weigh the same as I was when I first walked in, but I’ve certainly dropped fat and gained muscles. What’s really resonates with me here is that good health is beyond physical, training also works wonder on the mental and emotion sides of us. Conditioning/aerobic puts me in my discomfort zone constantly so my mental and endurance capacities have broadened. I thought running half marathons were hard, but fighting through the burns on the assault bike was another level! The number of times I told myself to breathe through another cal were mindful moments for me. As for my on/off knee issues, I have to say they are in really good shapes, I know what to avoid. I have no knee pain, and have gained enough strength to support the knees for full pistol squats.

Fantastic experience: TWM changed my life. I’m fitter than i have been since my late teens and i move better than i ever have. Luke and his team have created something special here. Luke genuinely cares about each member and shows it everyday in how he interacts with members. It’s an organisation that puts your health before everything else. The two things that first struck me when I initially joined where that everyone is so friendly, welcoming and respectful and that it’s the only gym I’ve ever been to that has no mirrors! Like i said it’s about health and happiness first.

Fantastic experience: I had been training at Anytime Fitness by myself and while it was generally well equiped, I was losing motivation to turn up. I realised that I needed to try something different. After doing a bunch of research online I found The Wild Movement and the philosophy on the website really struck a chord with me. I called and spoke with Luke (the owner) who immediately came across as super friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. After the initial three week trial there was no doubt in my mind that I had found the right place. Training here has definitely been a life improving decision and I am very grateful to have found this place. A few things I like about this gym: - Amazing coaches with expert knowledge - Awesome vibe - including the staff, customers and the space itself - They offer both calisthenics (which I am focussed on) and more traditional strength training - The holistic approach - the coaches aren't just interested in your physical training, but also your sleep, nutrition, stress levels etc and they check in with you regularly - The sessions never have more than 8 people so you are getting a very personalised experience but still have the benefits of group training - The accountability of showing up because you've booked your sessions in advance - The culture in the gym is non-judgemental. There are people of all levels here from beginners to experts and everyone is respectful of each other - Can ride your bike and park it inside the gym - Little touches like having plants, a small library of interesting books, chill lighting, no mirrors and an honour/trust system to buy supplements make it a very unique space compared to other commercial gyms - Value for money. It may be more costly than training by yourself, but if you compare it with hiring a personal trainer even twice per week you are getting much better value here in my opinion. - There is also a good coffee shop next door! Fantastic experience: First gym I’ve been too in my 64 years. A wonderful place to start rebuilding my strength and aerobic fitness. Small classes, experienced coaches, programmed sessions (daily, weekly and longer term) which makes fitness training purposeful and results focussed. Surprisingly, now part of my daily life, after only 6+ weeks, I now look forward to doing it exercise.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of many gyms over the years and thought I’d never find anywhere that I’d fit. Then ….. through my EP, I stumbled across The Wild Movement. I watched for a few weeks feeling that same anxiety of this being “just another one of those gyms”. I took the leap and reached out to Luke. Through our initial conversation he explained Wild to me, he sold it well. I jumped at a 3 week trial. This is when the reality hit ….. this ISN’T like any gym I’ve ever been at before! I had a one on one online consult with Hollie who was solely and genuinely interested in me, my goals, my history and how Wild can help me achieve the best me I can be. I then had my one on one assessment with Hollie. There was a class on and they all welcomed me and introduced themselves. WOW! I found my bench marks of where to start and my form was assessed and all info passed onto all the coaches so they too can look after me as best as possible. My first class came around quick and it was in this very day, I knew I’d found my people! Give me a barbell and some iron therapy all day everyday and I’ll be happy, give me cardio and I’m not confident and fail at it terribly! (Self assessment of my cardio here) At the end of every class is a conditioning session ….. anxiety through the roof, assessing who was in my class and wow these people are fit and will be fast and I’ll be struggling failing at the end. So we hit the dreaded conditioning …….. WOW!!! Everyone was amazing! Encouraging and helping each other along, yes we all go at our own pace and do what we can, scale options available if needed the works. Some finished before others and even though I finished last (just) not once did I feel like the straggler or I was letting anyone down. I was encouraged and supported the whole time! The inclusion is so good!! It was on my way home that I wanted to go back to Wild and do it again! NOW!! The whole session including that dreaded conditioning. Never have I once felt judged or uncomfortable at Wild, I’ve always felt welcomed, supported and that I’ve found my people, I’ve found my home. THEN….. The weeks tick by and the sessions tick over, the smile getting bigger and my trial is coming to an end. I’ve spent weeks in the FB group, all over the resources for members online, checkins on insta and when Luke said how are you going I was so ready to sign up. One month in and I get this awesome survey via email and the flash backs of “every other gym” enter the mind. I completed the survey which was all about me, my goals, my achievements and focusses moving forward. I fill it in honestly not expecting much. How wrong I was! Not only did my survey responses get read and analyzed BUT I got a personalised video message response celebrating my wins, acknowledging my responses and some ways we can work on my hurdles. I was so happily surprised with this service and genuine care for ME! This gym cares about me and that I become the best version of me. So… If you’ve read this far, I hope you’re as impressed as I am. I love WILD! The coaches, the members, the gym are all amazing and I really feel I belong here to achieve my goals judgment free! The personalised service is next level awesome and I really feel apart of the family. So if you want a gym that allows you judgement free to lift as much or as little as you want and if you’re awesome or terrible (like me) at cardio but it’s what you want to work on again judgment free. If you want somewhere you’ll be encouraged and coached so you can train safely. Then this is the place you need to be! Hit them up for a trial if you don’t believe me but be warned ….. you’ll be hooked!

Fantastic experience: My favourite gym, I used to workout in snap fitness and anytime fitness by myself. I was making slow gains, but since coming to the wild movement I’ve reached both weight and resting heart rate goals. The classes go an awesome job of motivating and getting the most out of me. Fantastic experience: I recommend everyone who is looking for strength and conditioning training to try Wild Movement. Luke and Hollie are awesome: they have a lot of knowledge about the body and are passionate about health + wellness and you can feel it in every class! WM is more than your classical gym; coaches check-in regularly, you receive advices about nutrition + sleep as well as short online classes if you can’t make it to class. On top of that, you have unlimited access to sauna and ice bath for ultimate recovery. The community is also very diverse and you can be sure to be well looked after even if you have no experience. Fantastic experience: I started training here for the usual reasons weight loss and fitness as I get closer to the big 50. Signed up for the 21 day trial with pretty low expectations to be honest, I had looked at Gyms and personal training which didn't seem like a good fit for me. I didn't expect to see results or more importantly the support and community Luke has built here. An amazing group of people of all age groups slogging it out for an hour together. My first point of contact Holly has been amazing as are the rest of the team I've met so far. With zero judgement and in-depth knowledge she and the rest of the trainers are engaged in the sessions and modify as needed for injury etc. No cookie cutter training one size fits all. Adapting during the floods so we could train while Luke rebuilt the gym out of hours is a pretty good example of the commitment here. Will I reach my goals of being fit enough to sail for a year? Maybe, but I know that I am in much better shape than I was 3 months ago and plan to be able to say the same in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say... Negative self talk has gone. The support from the team, each partner im paired with and from all the trainers has been a blessing and confidence building. Gym lingo still cra cra but im getting there. The pace; the trust ive gained within different lunchtime groups has grown. My ability to slowly upgrade or test the weight challenges although still in control the fear subsides for the challenge and endorphins grow as much as my smiling. This is the best experience. Fantastic experience: I've been training online with the wild movement for a few years now to compliment my chosen sport/profession and I've seen immense growth not only physically but mentally also. My strength has improved ten fold and I'm now capable of moving some pretty heavy weight with ease, something i never thought was possible. The pack strength training program is the perfect mix of strength, conditioning, hypertrophy, aerobic endurance, mobility and skill work. It's not just what they do on the gym floor but also off it, they give you the knowledge you need to create better habits and choices to help fuel and look after your body and mind. Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, highly recommend. The most inclusive community where all fitness levels, gender, motivation levels are welcome. Gym has small group training with excellent trainers, Luke, Alex, Carola, Lance and Hollie who all get to know everyone and push members to reach their consistent best. Initially came here recovering from spinal surgery several years ago and often pinch myself when I realise how far I've come along fitness wise.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to gyms all my life. By far this gym is a standout for me, not only did they see me all the way through shoulder surgery post recovery but I have learnt so much about training. Every single trainer takes an interest in your journey. Going to the gym is fun! everyone makes you feel welcome, it is such a special community here. I cannot reccomend Wild Movement highly enough.

Fantastic experience: When I started over three years ago now I couldn’t do anything … I was fifty, fat and miserable. I had tried a bunch of gyms and always ended up quitting reinforcing my internal belief that this was just the way it goes getting older. There was something about this place that was different for me. I couldn’t put my finger on it. I just was able to work through all my fears and feelings and stay in it. And although I hate those before and after situations that are plastered on social media I can authentically and genuinely say that my life (not just my body) has completely transformed. I go for my mental health now and the community I consider an integral part of my life. It might work for you it might not - but if it doesn’t you have lost nothing. Be strong Find your tribe xx

Fantastic experience: I love training at TWM! The environment is so encouraging and you can truly go at your own pace. The training is evidence based and driven by a ubiquitous passion which echoes through every session. Every coach makes you feel like a part of the family and listens to you, your goals and makes any adjustments that you need. No matter what your goals are, the coaches fully support you in your journey. They provide a unique environment and have a holistic, maintainable and rewarding approach to health and fitness. Fantastic experience: This place provides perfect balance of accountability and relaxed atmosphere. They've accommodated my individual needs after back problems and heart surgery and have helped me make progress over the couple of years I have been going. Fantastic experience: I joined The Wild Movement when the school year started this year! It is the first time all three kids have been in school and I wanted to carve some time out for myself. From the moment I walked in for my very thorough assessment to the class I attended at lunch yesterday, these guys have had my back. There is such a special thing happening at TWM. Luke has honed in on his craft here to motivate and support people on whatever their journey might be in an endless variety of ways. Four months in, I am super excited to attend the ever changing and challenging sessions, I am stronger, more self aware and feeling the most comfortable in my skin than I have for awhile! Fantastic experience: Training with Luke and other Coaches at The Wild Movement is unique and fantastic. Always there are words of encouragement and an honest will for each member to improve themselves in fitness, strength, nutrition and health. Fantastic experience: A comprehensive, tailored, safe space to get not only fit but healthy on all levels. Genuine people and staff make it feel like a collaboration not just a business. Visually nourishing surroundings. These guys have thought of everything for the clients well being and also their own enjoyment THE best place anywhere to improve yourself inside and out. Fantastic experience: Luke and the coaching team at The Wild Movement are excellent. The atmosphere that has been created by these guys is one of support, fun, motivation and acievement. As someone who has always hated going to the gym (especially to do strength training) I am really impressed with how comfortable and motivated I am to get myself to class! They have even been providing at home sessions via zoom during COVID lockdowns so you don't miss out. The small class sizes (max 8) means that the coaches always have time to take an interest in each of us at every lesson. They provide well rounded and positive feedback on form, lifts etc. and encouragement to achieve your goals and PBs. The small sizes means you also build camaraderie with your fellow trainees, everyone gets behind eachother to do thier best. The block programs are well thought out and have enough variation to keep you interested but also keep you on track to achieve your PBs in your desired lifts etc. There are plenty of session times to fit into my schedule. The accountability program is consistent and keeps you motivated without being over bearing. Luke also offers excellent advice and information on nutrition, mental health and physical well being. I am really happy to have found and joined The Wild Movement gym and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great group of guys and girls to get fit, strong and healthy with.
