Fantastic experience: Been training here since January and since day one I have been supported in my journey. So much to love such as everyday is a new layout. The music is always vibing, the trainers ensure your doing the right techniques like a personal trainer every day. A new gym towel once you reach your 100 milestone and challenges that I can actually do like shoot a coach with a nerf gun and bounce a ping pong on a bat. Too many good reasons to train at the Truganina F45 Gym. And if you say that Jasmine T referred you then you’ll definitely have me as a gym buddy when I see you there. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend F45 Truganina for your next training destination. Chris and the team are extremely dedicated to their craft, and are very welcoming and accommodating. The Centre itself is nice and spacious unlike other F45's I've trained at but a real standout is how community oriented the staff and members are. Super friendly, skilled and a bloody great range of music mash-ups ensures the sessions are over in a blink ️‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Glad I made the move and took the trial classes 15 months ago now. I was never athletic nor someone that does much exercise at all! Now I woke up at least an hour each day to make my session 5 times almost every week. The studio has a big chamber, full equipment as required and coaches are helpful. They will push you to do better but not overly pushy. Everyone in the studio gives more than 110% effort during workout , people are friendly and encouraging during/outside of class.

Fantastic experience: This is best decision ever. I would give 100 stars super attentive staff specifically Chris, Linda, Michelle and Amber. Love their energy and passion to show how to do exercise correctly. Amazing results for myself too. I have joined 4 weeks ago and already lost of 4.2 kgs which is amazing and I never thought it would be possible. I feel healthier and more energetic than ever before. This is the best place to be. People should quit joining normal gyms and join F45 at Truganina you will never regret. Trust me

Fantastic experience: Going to F45 TRUGANINA has been one of the best decisions I made this year and all the trainers there have been so helpful and encouraging during the sessions I had. The community itself is amazing and being someone who hasn't had much experience going to gyms or working out, I feel so comfortable and motivated going here. I have improved so much in the 12 sessions I had so far and I feel myself getting stronger as every session goes by. Fantastic experience: I joined f45 end of November 2020. Its been a little over 6 months in and its the best decision Ive ever made. All coaches here do an exceptional job coaching, they never fail to remind me to reach out to them if I need help with anything. They always make the effort to engage with their members no matter what, modify exercises to make things easier if I need to, take the time to teach me the right techniques to avoid injuries, and always SUPPORTIVE and friendly. I am so blessed to be apart of a Team that takes really good care of me and my family whenever we step foot into the studio. The only regrets I have is not signing up sooner. I would highly recommend f45 Truganina.

Fantastic experience: A massive shout out to the team at F45 Truganina!! I’ve visited many F45 studios over my time and Truganina has by far been my favourite. Communication is on point - they made so easy for me to organise a three week membership while I was visiting Melbourne and I was able to book in and start training straight away. Trainers are awesome, super friendly and motivating, they’re always there to give you that extra push when you need it, and quickly pick up when your technique isn’t right. The studio is so spacious, music is fire, member’s are so kind and welcoming. Truganina is definitely going to be my home away from home and will always be my studio of choice when I’m in Melbourne. Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to work out here while visiting my daughter who is a member at F45 Truganina. A friendly and encouraging team who cater for member's of differing capabilities. I was welcomed and able to train for free during my stay. I have never done F45 before but did not feel out of place with coaches that provided low impact options to suit my (dodgy knee) and TV screens that show you what to do. My daughter received a nice surprise along with some others for reaching 100 sessions where she was celebrated and received an Truganina F45 work out towel. Well done guys for providing a professional, fun and friendly place to exercise in the community

Fantastic experience: One thing that made me hesitant about F45 is the fact that I dont usually like class environments. It wasn’t until I saw people I know that are members of Truganina always talking about how much they loved this studio, that I figured I’d try it out with the 3 weeks for $59 promo. 2 weeks in, I knew I was going to sign up permanently, and I knew I was going to love it there. That was 2 months ago and I havent looked back since! I couldnt believe how friendly the trainers and members were. People are so encouraging there, it really is an amazing atmosphere. The trainers push you to your absolute limits and ensure that your form is correct to avoid injuries. I’ve made small achievements in the short time that I’ve been there and I’m so proud of my progress. Truganina has played a big part in that! Shoutout to Chris & Tristan and all the trainers there, for instilling a culture at this studio that makes it so infectious that people keep wanting to come back.

Fantastic experience: Tried F45 on the 3 week trial and ended up signing up for a 3 month membership because of how good the facilities, trainers and workouts are! Feeling more motivated than ever to get to the gym and put in work because of this place!

Fantastic experience: Since joining F45 Truganina in Dec 2020, I was nervous at first just 8 weeks after giving birth and not feeling my best, coaches Chris and Tristan made me feel so welcome. I’m a shy person from the get go but they made me feel comfortable and from that I was driven/motivated to push through all my fears and insecurities. Now I’ve been there for over 6 months and I feel ALL the coaches have had a hand in my journey of health and fitness. Still a work in progress so I have my days when I fall back but I don’t feel any judgement from them only encouragement and motivation to get back up and try again. It’s not just a gym, it’s the Atmosphere, Culture, Vibe!

Fantastic experience: Been at this studio for 2 1/2 months now was initially so scared to train in a group environment but instantly loved the vibe from my first class and have lost more weight than I ever thought possible in this short amount of time. There are amazing trainers who are super attentive and helpful. Chris and Tristan are friendly & approachable and do such an awesome job running the place. Such a huge space to workout in. The atmosphere and vibe was awsome!!! Glad I've found a studio I can come to when visiting Melbourne again. Definitely recommend signing up here.

Fantastic experience: amazing experience and staff are incredible

Negative experience: Initial experience was great. Chris and many of the other trainers are awesome. I was a member for 12+ months. In the last few months i began noticing communication issues. Numerous attempts to contact Tristan about my membership went unanswered for weeks or ignored (despite automatic email response). When confronted about it he gaslighted me saying that he 'never received those emails' or that he 'didn't know what i was referring to'. He also made inappropriate comments about another member's appearance to me and when i confronted him he said 'I took his words out of context' and that he 'didn't mean to say he looked dangerous', but he 'looked scary'...It triggered me and I communicated my concerns to him and he turned it back on me said that i was 'taking and reading things the wrong way'. I left because there is a toxic culture and too much unprofessionalism on his part and whilst some trainers do their best to manage everyone's expectations, he needs to do more to lead by example.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending F45 Truganina for 18 months. The trainers are friendly, approachable and very welcoming. When you walk into the studio, they greet you by name which I think is a nice touch. They are constantly pushing their members to reach their full potential whilst training. I have never reached the level of fitness I am currently at, whilst training at a gym. The support I have received from the trainers towards my training has been beneficial to my fitness achievements. I’m so grateful that I have never missed a class due to it being full. We are very lucky to have a huge studio in Truganina. The studio and most importantly the bathrooms are always tidy. You will always see Tristan vacuuming! One of the things I really love about my local studio is that even though we’re all working hard to reach our fitness goals, we are also having fun at the same time! Thanks again for opening up in the Truganina community. Not only have I smashed my fitness goals but I love how I have made friends with likeminded people.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at F45,Truganina since Feb/Mar 2019. When I joined it was during a transitional phase in my life having moved from the other side of the world to Australia. During that time it was a little chaotic so joining F45 offered me routine and some structure which I desperately needed at the time. This studio is by far the biggest one I’ve been to which I really love as you are not cramped or confined to a small area to do your workouts, you actually have room to move around. The bathrooms/toilets are always clean and well stocked and there are plenty of car parks just outside the studio so you don’t have to walk far. This studio is also very well equipped with everything you will need for your workouts with a great selection of varying weights to choose from. I have nothing but positive praises to say about all the trainers/owners here at F45,Truganina. They genuinely care about helping their clients reach their goals and potential and are constantly figuring out ways to do so (e.g investing in heavier weights/bars and medicine balls) Shout out to Rob (trainer) for helping me improve my form when it comes to lifting and always encouraging me to go heavier, even when I don’t want to I have greatly benefited from your tips, so thank you. A great studio with amazing staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As a gym avoider, I didn't think it would last but the positivity and motivation provided by the friendly trainers and everyone working out alongside me has made it my favourite part of my day, everyday. The studio is clean, huge and all staff are highly knowledgable in their respective fields, understanding what works for each individual and providing great advice and motivation in each class. Fantastic experience: I’ve been at F45 Truganina for 9 months this September and I am not exaggerating when I say that this studio has changed my life. Before F45, I used to go to the gym once a fortnight and call 30 mins on the treadmill a ‘workout’. Now, I train 5-6 days a week, sometimes doubling up on sessions. There is no way I would be able to have made this change without the team at F45 Truganina. First of all the workout space is insanely huge, theres room to move and you wont feel like you’re on top of your workout neighbour. Secondly, the community is insane! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I’ve brought along old friends who have now signed up and even extended their memberships and made new ones. And lastly, no two trainers are the same and they all offer expertise and support in different areas of training. There is always someone there to ask for help and you can be sure that they will be there, to give you the push you need (and secretly want). Tristan, Chris and the team are so welcoming the moment you step through the door and I really appreciate the way they get to know everyone and make you feel like a family member and not just a customer. I would 100% recommend this studio to anyone looking for a fun, supportive and motivating workout environment.

Negative experience: POOR COMMUNICATION. I’ve been to many gyms and F45 franchises but this has got to be worst one. Multiple episodes of poor communication from working out membership fees to membership cancellation via email and in person. You just cannot get a straight answer. BULLYING: I’ve personally felt bullied by the owner Tristan, not only at the gym but also via social media. That just shows how ‘professional’ this business is. TARDINESS: What’s the point of a 45 minute class when it doesn’t run on time? Spend the extra $1 and go to Hoppers. Clean toilets too! There’s a reason why they’re #1 in the west.
